按絕(jue)緣材料分
1、油浸(jin)(jin)紙(zhi)絕緣電(dian)力(li)電(dian)纜以(yi)油浸(jin)(jin)紙(zhi)作絕緣的電(dian)力(li)電(dian)纜。其應(ying)(ying)用(yong)歷(li)史(shi)最長(chang)。它安全(quan)可(ke)靠,使用(yong)壽命長(chang),價格(ge)低廉。主(zhu)要缺(que)點是敷(fu)設受(shou)落差限制(zhi)。自(zi)從開發出不(bu)滴(di)流浸(jin)(jin)紙(zhi)絕緣后,解決了落差限制(zhi)問題,使油浸(jin)(jin)紙(zhi)絕緣電(dian)纜得以(yi)繼續(xu)廣泛應(ying)(ying)用(yong)。
2、塑(su)料絕(jue)緣(yuan)電(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan) 絕(jue)緣(yuan)層為擠壓塑(su)料的電(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)。常用的塑(su)料有聚(ju)氯乙烯(xi)、聚(ju)乙烯(xi)、交聯聚(ju)乙烯(xi)。塑(su)料電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)結構簡(jian)單,制(zhi)造(zao)加工方便,重量輕,敷設(she)安裝方便,不受敷設(she)落差(cha)限制(zhi)。因(yin)此(ci)廣泛(fan)應用作(zuo)中低壓電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan),并(bing)有取(qu)代粘性(xing)浸漬(zi)油紙電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)的趨勢(shi)。其最大缺點是(shi)存在樹(shu)枝化擊穿現象,這限制(zhi)了它在更高(gao)電(dian)(dian)壓的使用。
3、橡皮絕緣電(dian)力電(dian)纜 絕緣層為橡膠(jiao)加上(shang)各種配合(he)(he)劑(ji),經(jing)過充分混煉后(hou)擠包在導電(dian)線芯上(shang),經(jing)過加溫硫化而成。它柔軟,富有彈性,適合(he)(he)于移動頻繁(fan)、敷設彎曲半徑小的場(chang)合(he)(he)。
常用作絕(jue)緣的膠(jiao)料有天然(ran)膠(jiao)-丁(ding)苯膠(jiao)混合物,乙丙膠(jiao)、丁(ding)基膠(jiao)等。
按電壓等級(ji)分
1、低壓(ya)電(dian)纜:適用(yong)于固(gu)定敷設在交流50Hz,額(e)定電(dian)壓(ya)3kv及以下的(de)輸配電(dian)線路上(shang)作輸送(song)電(dian)能(neng)用(yong)。
2、中低壓電纜:(一(yi)般指35KV及以下(xia)):聚(ju)氯乙烯(xi)(xi)絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)電纜,聚(ju)乙烯(xi)(xi)絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)電纜,交聯聚(ju)乙烯(xi)(xi)絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)電纜等。
3、高壓電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜:(一般(ban)為(wei)110KV及以(yi)上):聚乙烯電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜和交聯聚乙烯絕緣(yuan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜等。
4、超(chao)高壓電纜(lan):(275~800千(qian)伏)。
5、特高壓電纜:(1000千伏(fu)及(ji)以上)。

1.線芯是電(dian)(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)的導電(dian)(dian)(dian)部分,用(yong)來輸送電(dian)(dian)(dian)能,是電(dian)(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)的主要部分。
2.絕緣(yuan)層(ceng)是將(jiang)線芯與大地以(yi)及不同相(xiang)的(de)線芯間(jian)在電氣上(shang)彼此隔離,保證(zheng)電能輸送(song),是電力(li)電纜結構中不可缺少的(de)組(zu)成部分(fen)。
3.15KV及以上的(de)電力電纜一般(ban)都有導(dao)體屏蔽層和絕緣屏蔽層。
4.保護層的(de)作(zuo)用是(shi)保護電力(li)電纜免(mian)受外界雜質和水分的(de)侵入,以及防止外力(li)直(zhi)接損壞電力(li)電纜。
主(zhu)要優(you)點:
1占(zhan)地少。一般埋設于(yu)土壤(rang)中或敷(fu)設于(yu)室(shi)內,溝道,隧道中,線間(jian)絕緣距離(li)小,不用桿塔,占(zhan)地少,基本不占(zhan)地面上空(kong)間(jian)。
2可靠性高(gao)。受氣候條件和(he)周(zhou)圍環境影響小(xiao),傳輸性能穩定,可靠性高(gao)。
3具有(you)向超高壓,大容量發展的更為(wei)有(you)利的條件,如低溫,超導電力電纜(lan)等。
