主要有導(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)、絕緣電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)、成(cheng)品電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓試(shi)驗及絕緣線芯間電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓試(shi)驗,每項都很(hen)重(zhong)(zhong)要,導(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)接反映(ying)了電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)傳輸性能(neng),直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)接影響電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)在(zai)通(tong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)運(yun)行中的(de)(de)溫度(du)、壽命、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓降(jiang)、以(yi)及運(yun)行安(an)全,它主要考查(cha)導(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)的(de)(de)材質(zhi)(zhi)和截(jie)面(mian)積(ji),若導(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)的(de)(de)材質(zhi)(zhi)不(bu)(bu)好或截(jie)面(mian)積(ji)嚴(yan)重(zhong)(zhong)不(bu)(bu)足,就會(hui)造成(cheng)導(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)嚴(yan)重(zhong)(zhong)超標,這種電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)鋪設在(zai)線路中就會(hui)增加電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流在(zai)線路上(shang)通(tong)過時的(de)(de)損耗,引(yin)起電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)導(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)本身發(fa)熱,引(yin)起包覆導(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)的(de)(de)絕緣老化開裂,造成(cheng)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)線路漏電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)、短路,甚至造成(cheng)火災,危及人身、財產的(de)(de)安(an)全。標準對(dui)不(bu)(bu)同規(gui)格(ge)(ge)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)的(de)(de)導(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)值(zhi)均有嚴(yan)格(ge)(ge)的(de)(de)規(gui)定(ding)(ding),不(bu)(bu)得(de)大于標準規(gui)定(ding)(ding)的(de)(de)值(zhi)。
絕緣(yuan)(yuan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻、成品(pin)(pin)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓試驗(yan)(yan)及絕緣(yuan)(yuan)線(xian)芯間電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓試驗(yan)(yan),均考查的(de)(de)是(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜絕緣(yuan)(yuan)層和護套層的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣絕緣(yuan)(yuan)性(xing)能,絕緣(yuan)(yuan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻是(shi)檢測兩個導體之間絕緣(yuan)(yuan)材料(liao)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻,它應(ying)足(zu)夠大(da)以起到(dao)絕緣(yuan)(yuan)保護作用(yong)。成品(pin)(pin)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓試驗(yan)(yan)及絕緣(yuan)(yuan)線(xian)芯間電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓試驗(yan)(yan)不(bu)(bu)光要求(qiu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜有(you)(you)足(zu)夠的(de)(de)絕緣(yuan)(yuan)能力,還要求(qiu)絕緣(yuan)(yuan)或護套材料(liao)均勻無雜質、厚度足(zu)夠均勻,表面(mian)不(bu)(bu)能有(you)(you)看不(bu)(bu)見的(de)(de)沙(sha)眼、針(zhen)孔等,否則就會造成耐壓試驗(yan)(yan)時局(ju)部擊(ji)穿。
2.機械性能檢測
主要是(shi)(shi)考查絕緣(yuan)(yuan)和護(hu)套(tao)(tao)塑料材(cai)(cai)料的(de)(de)抗張(zhang)強(qiang)(qiang)度(du)、斷(duan)裂伸長率(lv),包(bao)括老(lao)(lao)化(hua)前后(hou),還(huan)有對于(yu)成品軟(ruan)電(dian)纜(lan)(lan)進行的(de)(de)曲撓試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)、彎曲試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)、荷(he)重斷(duan)芯試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)、絕緣(yuan)(yuan)線芯撕裂試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)、靜態曲撓試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)等。老(lao)(lao)化(hua)前、后(hou)抗張(zhang)強(qiang)(qiang)度(du)、老(lao)(lao)化(hua)前后(hou)斷(duan)裂伸長率(lv)是(shi)(shi)電(dian)纜(lan)(lan)絕緣(yuan)(yuan)和護(hu)套(tao)(tao)材(cai)(cai)料最重要最基本的(de)(de)指標,要求用作電(dian)纜(lan)(lan)絕緣(yuan)(yuan)和護(hu)套(tao)(tao)的(de)(de)材(cai)(cai)料,既要有足夠的(de)(de)拉伸強(qiang)(qiang)度(du)不容易拉斷(duan),又要有一(yi)定(ding)的(de)(de)柔韌性。
老化是(shi)指(zhi)在高(gao)溫條(tiao)件下(xia),絕(jue)緣(yuan)和護(hu)套(tao)材料保(bao)持其(qi)原有(you)性能的(de)能力,老化不應嚴重影響材料的(de)抗(kang)張(zhang)強度和伸長(chang)率,這些都將直接(jie)影響電纜(lan)的(de)使(shi)用壽命(ming),若(ruo)抗(kang)張(zhang)強度和斷(duan)(duan)裂伸長(chang)率不合格,進(jin)行(xing)電纜(lan)的(de)施(shi)工(gong)安裝時就(jiu)極易(yi)(yi)出現護(hu)套(tao)或絕(jue)緣(yuan)體(ti)斷(duan)(duan)裂,或在光、熱環境下(xia)使(shi)用的(de)電纜(lan)其(qi)護(hu)套(tao)和絕(jue)緣(yuan)容(rong)易(yi)(yi)變脆,斷(duan)(duan)裂,致(zhi)使(shi)帶電導體(ti)裸露,發生觸電危險。
另外(wai)軟(ruan)電(dian)(dian)纜由于不是(shi)(shi)固定(ding)敷設,使用(yong)中存在(zai)反復(fu)拖拉、彎曲(qu)等(deng)情況,所(suo)以對于軟(ruan)電(dian)(dian)纜標準又另外(wai)規定(ding)了在(zai)其(qi)成品電(dian)(dian)纜上(shang)加做動(dong)態曲(qu)撓(nao)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)、彎曲(qu)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)、荷重斷芯試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)、絕(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)線芯撕裂試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)、靜(jing)態曲(qu)撓(nao)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)等(deng),以保證(zheng)這種(zhong)線纜在(zai)實(shi)際使用(yong)中滿足要求。如動(dong)態曲(qu)撓(nao)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)主要考(kao)核軟(ruan)電(dian)(dian)纜在(zai)受(shou)到外(wai)界的(de)機械拉伸和彎曲(qu)等(deng)應(ying)力時,軟(ruan)導體的(de)絞合線絲是(shi)(shi)否(fou)斷裂而降低(di)電(dian)(dian)的(de)傳(chuan)輸性能,或者刺破絕(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)而降低(di)絕(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)電(dian)(dian)氣性能;絕(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)在(zai)受(shou)到應(ying)力作用(yong)是(shi)(shi)是(shi)(shi)否(fou)變(bian)形(xing)或開裂而影響(xiang)電(dian)(dian)纜的(de)電(dian)(dian)氣絕(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)性能的(de)一種(zhong)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)方法。
3.絕緣和護套材料(liao)性能(neng)試驗
包括熱(re)失重(zhong)、熱(re)沖擊(ji)、高(gao)溫(wen)壓力、低溫(wen)彎曲、低溫(wen)拉(la)伸、低溫(wen)沖擊(ji)、阻(zu)燃(ran)性(xing)(xing)(xing)能等(deng)等(deng)。這些都是(shi)考(kao)查(cha)絕緣(yuan)和(he)護套的(de)(de)塑料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)材(cai)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)的(de)(de)性(xing)(xing)(xing)能好(hao)(hao)壞,如熱(re)失重(zhong)試(shi)驗是(shi)檢(jian)測經(jing)(jing)過7天80℃的(de)(de)高(gao)溫(wen)老(lao)化后(hou)材(cai)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)降解、揮(hui)發的(de)(de)程度(du);熱(re)沖擊(ji)檢(jian)測在(zai)(zai)(zai)150℃高(gao)溫(wen)1h后(hou)經(jing)(jing)特(te)殊(shu)卷繞的(de)(de)絕緣(yuan)表面是(shi)否有開(kai)裂;高(gao)溫(wen)壓力檢(jian)測絕緣(yuan)材(cai)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)經(jing)(jing)過高(gao)溫(wen)再冷卻后(hou)其(qi)(qi)彈性(xing)(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)保持程度(du);所(suo)有的(de)(de)低溫(wen)試(shi)驗一(yi)般指在(zai)(zai)(zai)-15℃條件下(xia)其(qi)(qi)機械性(xing)(xing)(xing)能的(de)(de)變化,都是(shi)檢(jian)測線(xian)纜材(cai)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)低溫(wen)環境下(xia)是(shi)否變脆、易開(kai)裂或易拉(la)斷等(deng)。 另外電纜的(de)(de)阻(zu)燃(ran)性(xing)(xing)(xing)能勝能很(hen)重(zhong)要(yao),考(kao)查(cha)該項性(xing)(xing)(xing)能的(de)(de)試(shi)驗為不延燃(ran)試(shi)驗,即對按標準安裝(zhuang)的(de)(de)成(cheng)品電纜用(yong)專(zhuan)門的(de)(de)火(huo)焰點燃(ran)一(yi)定的(de)(de)時間,待(dai)其(qi)(qi)火(huo)焰自行熄滅后(hou)檢(jian)查(cha)線(xian)纜被燒的(de)(de)情況,當(dang)然被燒掉的(de)(de)部分越少(shao)越好(hao)(hao),說明其(qi)(qi)燃(ran)燒性(xing)(xing)(xing)差,阻(zu)燃(ran)性(xing)(xing)(xing)好(hao)(hao),越安全(quan)。
4.標志檢查
標(biao)準要求電纜包裝上應(ying)附有表(biao)示產品型(xing)號(hao)、規格(ge)、標(biao)準號(hao)、廠名(ming)和(he)產地(di)的(de)標(biao)簽或(huo)標(biao)志(zhi),規格(ge)包括額定電壓、芯(xin)數和(he)導體標(biao)稱截面(mian)等(deng);電纜表(biao)面(mian)應(ying)印有制造廠名(ming)、產品型(xing)號(hao)和(he)額定電壓的(de)連續標(biao)志(zhi),標(biao)志(zhi)間距要求≤200mm(絕緣表(biao)面(mian))或(huo)≤500mm (護套表(biao)面(mian)),標(biao)志(zhi)內容應(ying)齊全(quan)、清晰、耐(nai)擦,這(zhe)個(ge)要求是方便(bian)使用(yong)者了解電纜的(de)型(xing)號(hao)規格(ge)及電壓等(deng)級(ji),以防(fang)敷設錯誤。
另(ling)外,電線絕緣線芯(xin)應優先選用(yong)(yong)標(biao)準推薦的(de)顏(yan)色(se)(se),特別要提的(de)是黃/綠雙色(se)(se)線芯(xin),這種線一(yi)(yi)(yi)般用(yong)(yong)在電器產品的(de)電源線中,這條特殊雙色(se)(se)線專用(yong)(yong)于(yu)(yu)接地,對(dui)于(yu)(yu)黃/綠搭配標(biao)準也有以下規定(ding):即對(dui)每一(yi)(yi)(yi)段長巧~的(de)雙色(se)(se)絕緣線芯(xin),其中一(yi)(yi)(yi)種顏(yan)色(se)(se)應至少覆蓋(gai)絕緣線芯(xin)表面的(de)30%,且不大于(yu)(yu)70%,而(er)另(ling)一(yi)(yi)(yi)種顏(yan)色(se)(se)則覆蓋(gai)絕緣線芯(xin)的(de)其余(yu)部(bu)分(fen),即黃/綠雙色(se)(se)應基本(ben)均衡搭配。
5.結構尺寸檢測
包括(kuo)絕(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)和(he)護套(tao)的(de)(de)厚(hou)度(du)、最薄(bo)厚(hou)度(du)、外(wai)形尺(chi)寸等。絕(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)和(he)護套(tao)的(de)(de)厚(hou)度(du)大(da)小對(dui)(dui)于電(dian)纜能(neng)(neng)夠耐受多大(da)強度(du)的(de)(de)電(dian)壓,以(yi)及其機械性能(neng)(neng)好壞都(dou)有(you)很(hen)重要(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)作(zuo)用,所以(yi)對(dui)(dui)于不同規格(ge)的(de)(de)電(dian)纜,標(biao)準對(dui)(dui)厚(hou)度(du)都(dou)有(you)嚴(yan)格(ge)規定(ding),要(yao)(yao)求不得(de)低于國家標(biao)準的(de)(de)規定(ding)值。電(dian)纜絕(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)厚(hou)度(du)太薄(bo)會嚴(yan)重影響(xiang)電(dian)纜的(de)(de)使用安(an)全(quan),會帶來電(dian)纜擊穿(chuan)、導體裸(luo)露引起(qi)漏電(dian)等安(an)全(quan)隱患(huan),當然(ran)也不是越厚(hou)越好,應不影響(xiang)安(an)裝,故標(biao)準又設(she)了一(yi)個外(wai)形尺(chi)寸要(yao)(yao)求對(dui)(dui)此進行限制。
常見的認證標志
1.CCC認證(zheng)強制性認證(zheng),是進入國內(nei)市場的通(tong)行證(zheng)。
2.CB認(ren)證(zheng)(zheng)有(you)利(li)于產品出(chu)口用于家庭、辦公(gong)室、車間和類(lei)似場所的直接(jie)涉及人身安(an)全(quan)的電工產品,這類(lei)產品在一(yi)部分國家中(zhong)實(shi)行強制性認(ren)證(zheng)(zheng),即(ji)取(qu)得該(gai)國的認(ren)證(zheng)(zheng)合格(ge)證(zheng)(zheng)書后,才允許出(chu)口到該(gai)國,并(bing)在該(gai)國市場上銷(xiao)售。即(ji)使(shi)在未實(shi)行強制性認(ren)證(zheng)(zheng)的國家中(zhong),消費(fei)者為(wei)了自身的安(an)全(quan),都愿意購買經過(guo)認(ren)證(zheng)(zheng)而帶有(you)認(ren)證(zheng)(zheng)標志的產品。
3.CE認證
是產品進入歐盟及歐洲貿易自由區國(guo)家市場的(de)通行(xing)證。獲得認證并貼(tie)有CE標志的(de)產品將降低在歐洲市場上(shang)銷(xiao)售(shou)的(de)風險:
1)被海(hai)關扣(kou)留和(he)查處的風險;
2)被市場監督機(ji)構查(cha)處的風險;
3)同行出于競爭(zheng)目(mu)的的指控風(feng)險。
