按電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)等級可(ke)(ke)分為中、低壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)(35千伏(fu)及(ji)以(yi)(yi)下)、高壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)(110千伏(fu)以(yi)(yi)上(shang))、超高壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)(275~800千伏(fu))以(yi)(yi)及(ji)特高壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)(1000千伏(fu)及(ji)以(yi)(yi)上(shang))。此外,還可(ke)(ke)按電(dian)(dian)流制分為交(jiao)流電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)和直流電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)。
按絕緣材料分
1、油(you)浸紙(zhi)(zhi)絕(jue)緣(yuan)電(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)纜以(yi)油(you)浸紙(zhi)(zhi)作絕(jue)緣(yuan)的(de)電(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)纜。其(qi)應用歷史(shi)最長。它安全可靠,使用壽命長,價格低廉。主要缺(que)點(dian)是敷設受落(luo)差限制(zhi)。自從(cong)開發出不(bu)滴流浸紙(zhi)(zhi)絕(jue)緣(yuan)后,解決了(le)落(luo)差限制(zhi)問題,使油(you)浸紙(zhi)(zhi)絕(jue)緣(yuan)電(dian)(dian)纜得(de)以(yi)繼(ji)續廣泛應用。
2、塑料(liao)絕(jue)緣(yuan)電力電纜 絕(jue)緣(yuan)層為擠壓(ya)塑料(liao)的(de)電力電纜。常用的(de)塑料(liao)有(you)聚(ju)氯乙(yi)烯(xi)、聚(ju)乙(yi)烯(xi)、交聯(lian)聚(ju)乙(yi)烯(xi)。塑料(liao)電纜結(jie)構簡單,制(zhi)造加(jia)工方便,重量輕,敷設(she)安裝方便,不受敷設(she)落差(cha)限制(zhi)。因此廣泛應用作中低(di)壓(ya)電纜,并(bing)有(you)取代(dai)粘(zhan)性浸漬油紙電纜的(de)趨勢。其最大(da)缺點(dian)是存(cun)在(zai)樹枝(zhi)化擊穿現象,這限制(zhi)了它在(zai)更高電壓(ya)的(de)使用。
3、橡皮絕緣電力電纜(lan) 絕緣層(ceng)為橡膠(jiao)加上各種配合(he)劑,經過(guo)充分混煉后擠包在導(dao)電線芯上,經過(guo)加溫硫化而成(cheng)。它柔(rou)軟(ruan),富有彈性,適合(he)于(yu)移動頻(pin)繁、敷設彎曲半(ban)徑小的場(chang)合(he)。
常用作絕緣的膠(jiao)(jiao)料有天然膠(jiao)(jiao)-丁(ding)苯膠(jiao)(jiao)混合物,乙丙膠(jiao)(jiao)、丁(ding)基膠(jiao)(jiao)等。
按電(dian)壓(ya)等級(ji)分
1、低壓電纜:適用(yong)于(yu)固(gu)定敷設在交流50Hz,額(e)定電壓3kv及以下的輸配電線(xian)路上作(zuo)輸送(song)電能(neng)用(yong)。
2、中低壓電(dian)纜:(一般指(zhi)35KV及(ji)以下):聚氯(lv)乙烯(xi)(xi)絕(jue)緣電(dian)纜,聚乙烯(xi)(xi)絕(jue)緣電(dian)纜,交聯聚乙烯(xi)(xi)絕(jue)緣電(dian)纜等。
3、高(gao)壓(ya)電纜:(一般為110KV及以上(shang)):聚(ju)乙(yi)(yi)烯電纜和交(jiao)聯聚(ju)乙(yi)(yi)烯絕緣電纜等。
4、超高壓電纜(lan):(275~800千伏)。
5、特高壓電纜:(1000千伏及以上(shang))。
基本結(jie)構(gou):電力電纜的基本結(jie)構(gou)由線芯(導體)、絕緣層、屏蔽層和保護層四(si)部分(fen)組成。
1.線芯是電(dian)力(li)(li)電(dian)纜的導(dao)電(dian)部(bu)分,用來輸送電(dian)能,是電(dian)力(li)(li)電(dian)纜的主(zhu)要部(bu)分。
2.絕(jue)緣層是將線芯(xin)與大地以及不(bu)同相的線芯(xin)間在(zai)電(dian)氣(qi)上彼此隔離,保證(zheng)電(dian)能輸送,是電(dian)力電(dian)纜結構中不(bu)可(ke)缺(que)少的組成(cheng)部分。
3.15KV及(ji)以上的電力電纜一般(ban)都有(you)導體(ti)屏蔽層和(he)絕緣屏蔽層。
4.保護層的作用是保護電力(li)電纜(lan)免受(shou)外(wai)界雜質和(he)水分的侵入,以(yi)及防止外(wai)力(li)直接損壞電力(li)電纜(lan)。
主要(yao)優點:
1占地(di)(di)少(shao)。一般埋設(she)于(yu)土壤中或敷設(she)于(yu)室(shi)內,溝道,隧道中,線間絕緣距離小,不用桿塔,占地(di)(di)少(shao),基(ji)本(ben)不占地(di)(di)面上空(kong)間。
2可(ke)靠性高。受氣候條件(jian)和周圍環境影響小(xiao),傳輸性能穩(wen)定,可(ke)靠性高。
3具(ju)有向(xiang)超(chao)高壓,大容(rong)量發(fa)展的(de)(de)更為有利的(de)(de)條件,如低溫,超(chao)導電力電纜等(deng)。
4分布電容較大。
5維護工作量少。
6電擊可能性小。

電力(li)電纜的型號
1.用漢語(yu)拼音第一個(ge)字母的大寫表(biao)(biao)示絕緣種類、導體材(cai)料、內(nei)護層材(cai)料和結構特(te)點。如用Z代表(biao)(biao)紙(zhi);L代表(biao)(biao)鋁(lv);Q代表(biao)(biao)鉛(qian)(qian);F代表(biao)(biao)分相(fen);ZR代表(biao)(biao)阻燃(zuran);NH代表(biao)(biao)耐火(huo)(naihuo)。
2.用數(shu)(shu)字(zi)表(biao)(biao)示外(wai)(wai)護層(ceng)構成(cheng),有二位數(shu)(shu)字(zi)。無(wu)數(shu)(shu)字(zi)代表(biao)(biao)無(wu)鎧(kai)裝(zhuang)層(ceng),無(wu)外(wai)(wai)被層(ceng)。第(di)一(yi)位數(shu)(shu)字(zi)表(biao)(biao)示鎧(kai)裝(zhuang),第(di)二位數(shu)(shu)字(zi)表(biao)(biao)示外(wai)(wai)被,如粗鋼(gang)絲鎧(kai)裝(zhuang)纖維外(wai)(wai)被表(biao)(biao)示為41。
