主(zhu)要(yao)有導體直(zhi)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)、絕緣電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)、成(cheng)品電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓試驗(yan)及絕緣線(xian)芯(xin)間電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓試驗(yan),每項都很重要(yao),導體電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)直(zhi)接反映(ying)了(le)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)傳輸性能(neng),直(zhi)接影響(xiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)在通電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)運(yun)行中的(de)(de)溫度、壽命、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓降、以(yi)及運(yun)行安全(quan),它主(zhu)要(yao)考(kao)查導體的(de)(de)材質(zhi)和截(jie)面積,若導體的(de)(de)材質(zhi)不(bu)(bu)好或(huo)截(jie)面積嚴重不(bu)(bu)足,就會造成(cheng)導體直(zhi)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)嚴重超(chao)標(biao),這種電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)鋪設在線(xian)路(lu)(lu)中就會增加電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流在線(xian)路(lu)(lu)上通過時的(de)(de)損耗,引(yin)(yin)起電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)導體本身(shen)發熱,引(yin)(yin)起包覆導體的(de)(de)絕緣老(lao)化開裂,造成(cheng)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)線(xian)路(lu)(lu)漏(lou)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)、短路(lu)(lu),甚(shen)至(zhi)造成(cheng)火災,危及人身(shen)、財產的(de)(de)安全(quan)。標(biao)準對不(bu)(bu)同規(gui)格(ge)(ge)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)的(de)(de)導體直(zhi)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)值均有嚴格(ge)(ge)的(de)(de)規(gui)定,不(bu)(bu)得大于(yu)標(biao)準規(gui)定的(de)(de)值。
絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)、成(cheng)品(pin)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)及(ji)絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)線芯間電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan),均(jun)考查的是(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)層和護(hu)套層的電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)性能,絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)是(shi)(shi)檢測兩(liang)個導體之間絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)材(cai)料(liao)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu),它應(ying)足夠(gou)(gou)大(da)以(yi)起到絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)保護(hu)作用。成(cheng)品(pin)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)及(ji)絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)線芯間電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)不光要求(qiu)(qiu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜有(you)足夠(gou)(gou)的絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)能力,還要求(qiu)(qiu)絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)或護(hu)套材(cai)料(liao)均(jun)勻無雜質、厚度足夠(gou)(gou)均(jun)勻,表面不能有(you)看不見的沙眼、針孔等,否則就會造成(cheng)耐壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)時局部擊(ji)穿。
2.機械性能檢測
主要(yao)是考查絕(jue)緣和護套塑料(liao)(liao)材(cai)料(liao)(liao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)抗張(zhang)強(qiang)度(du)(du)、斷裂(lie)伸長(chang)率,包括(kuo)老化(hua)前后(hou),還有對于成品軟電(dian)纜進行的(de)(de)(de)(de)曲(qu)(qu)撓(nao)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗、彎曲(qu)(qu)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗、荷重斷芯試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗、絕(jue)緣線芯撕裂(lie)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗、靜態曲(qu)(qu)撓(nao)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗等。老化(hua)前、后(hou)抗張(zhang)強(qiang)度(du)(du)、老化(hua)前后(hou)斷裂(lie)伸長(chang)率是電(dian)纜絕(jue)緣和護套材(cai)料(liao)(liao)最(zui)重要(yao)最(zui)基本(ben)的(de)(de)(de)(de)指標,要(yao)求用(yong)作電(dian)纜絕(jue)緣和護套的(de)(de)(de)(de)材(cai)料(liao)(liao),既要(yao)有足夠的(de)(de)(de)(de)拉(la)伸強(qiang)度(du)(du)不容(rong)易(yi)拉(la)斷,又(you)要(yao)有一定的(de)(de)(de)(de)柔(rou)韌(ren)性。
老化是指在高溫(wen)條件下,絕緣和(he)護套(tao)材料(liao)保持其原有性能的(de)(de)(de)能力,老化不應嚴重影響(xiang)材料(liao)的(de)(de)(de)抗(kang)張(zhang)強(qiang)(qiang)度和(he)伸(shen)長率,這些都將直(zhi)接影響(xiang)電(dian)纜的(de)(de)(de)使(shi)用(yong)壽命,若(ruo)抗(kang)張(zhang)強(qiang)(qiang)度和(he)斷裂(lie)伸(shen)長率不合格,進行(xing)電(dian)纜的(de)(de)(de)施工安裝時就(jiu)極易(yi)(yi)出現護套(tao)或絕緣體(ti)斷裂(lie),或在光(guang)、熱環境下使(shi)用(yong)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)纜其護套(tao)和(he)絕緣容易(yi)(yi)變脆(cui),斷裂(lie),致使(shi)帶電(dian)導(dao)體(ti)裸露,發生(sheng)觸電(dian)危險(xian)。
另外軟電纜(lan)由于不(bu)是(shi)固定(ding)敷(fu)設,使(shi)用(yong)(yong)中存(cun)在(zai)反(fan)復拖拉(la)、彎(wan)曲(qu)等情況,所以對于軟電纜(lan)標準又另外規(gui)定(ding)了在(zai)其成品電纜(lan)上加做動(dong)態(tai)曲(qu)撓試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)、彎(wan)曲(qu)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)、荷重斷芯試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)、絕(jue)緣(yuan)線(xian)芯撕裂試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)、靜態(tai)曲(qu)撓試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)等,以保證(zheng)這種線(xian)纜(lan)在(zai)實際使(shi)用(yong)(yong)中滿足要(yao)求(qiu)。如動(dong)態(tai)曲(qu)撓試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)主要(yao)考核(he)軟電纜(lan)在(zai)受到外界的(de)機械拉(la)伸(shen)和彎(wan)曲(qu)等應(ying)力(li)(li)時,軟導(dao)體(ti)的(de)絞合線(xian)絲是(shi)否(fou)(fou)斷裂而降低(di)電的(de)傳輸(shu)性(xing)能,或者刺(ci)破(po)絕(jue)緣(yuan)而降低(di)絕(jue)緣(yuan)電氣性(xing)能;絕(jue)緣(yuan)在(zai)受到應(ying)力(li)(li)作用(yong)(yong)是(shi)是(shi)否(fou)(fou)變形或開裂而影(ying)響電纜(lan)的(de)電氣絕(jue)緣(yuan)性(xing)能的(de)一種試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)方法。
3.絕緣和護套材料(liao)性能試驗
包(bao)括(kuo)熱(re)(re)(re)失重、熱(re)(re)(re)沖擊、高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)壓力、低(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)彎曲(qu)、低(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)拉(la)伸、低(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)沖擊、阻(zu)(zu)燃性(xing)(xing)能(neng)等等。這些都是(shi)考查絕緣(yuan)和(he)護套(tao)的(de)(de)(de)塑料材料的(de)(de)(de)性(xing)(xing)能(neng)好(hao)壞(huai),如熱(re)(re)(re)失重試(shi)驗是(shi)檢(jian)(jian)測經(jing)過7天80℃的(de)(de)(de)高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)老(lao)化(hua)后(hou)材料降解(jie)、揮發的(de)(de)(de)程度;熱(re)(re)(re)沖擊檢(jian)(jian)測在150℃高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)1h后(hou)經(jing)特殊卷繞的(de)(de)(de)絕緣(yuan)表面是(shi)否有開裂;高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)壓力檢(jian)(jian)測絕緣(yuan)材料在經(jing)過高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)再冷(leng)卻(que)后(hou)其(qi)(qi)彈性(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)(de)保持程度;所有的(de)(de)(de)低(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)試(shi)驗一般指在-15℃條件下其(qi)(qi)機械性(xing)(xing)能(neng)的(de)(de)(de)變化(hua),都是(shi)檢(jian)(jian)測線(xian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)材料在低(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)環境下是(shi)否變脆、易開裂或易拉(la)斷(duan)等。 另(ling)外電纜(lan)(lan)(lan)的(de)(de)(de)阻(zu)(zu)燃性(xing)(xing)能(neng)勝能(neng)很重要(yao),考查該項(xiang)性(xing)(xing)能(neng)的(de)(de)(de)試(shi)驗為不延燃試(shi)驗,即對按標準安裝的(de)(de)(de)成品(pin)電纜(lan)(lan)(lan)用(yong)專門的(de)(de)(de)火焰(yan)點燃一定(ding)的(de)(de)(de)時間,待其(qi)(qi)火焰(yan)自行(xing)熄滅后(hou)檢(jian)(jian)查線(xian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)被(bei)燒(shao)的(de)(de)(de)情況(kuang),當然被(bei)燒(shao)掉的(de)(de)(de)部分(fen)越少越好(hao),說明其(qi)(qi)燃燒(shao)性(xing)(xing)差,阻(zu)(zu)燃性(xing)(xing)好(hao),越安全。
4.標志檢查
標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)要(yao)求(qiu)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)包(bao)(bao)裝(zhuang)上應(ying)附有表(biao)(biao)示產品型號(hao)、規格(ge)、標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)號(hao)、廠(chang)名和(he)(he)產地(di)的(de)(de)(de)標(biao)(biao)簽或(huo)標(biao)(biao)志(zhi),規格(ge)包(bao)(bao)括額(e)定電(dian)(dian)壓、芯數和(he)(he)導體標(biao)(biao)稱(cheng)截面等;電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)表(biao)(biao)面應(ying)印有制造廠(chang)名、產品型號(hao)和(he)(he)額(e)定電(dian)(dian)壓的(de)(de)(de)連續標(biao)(biao)志(zhi),標(biao)(biao)志(zhi)間(jian)距(ju)要(yao)求(qiu)≤200mm(絕緣表(biao)(biao)面)或(huo)≤500mm (護套(tao)表(biao)(biao)面),標(biao)(biao)志(zhi)內容(rong)應(ying)齊全、清晰、耐擦,這(zhe)個要(yao)求(qiu)是方便使(shi)用者(zhe)了解(jie)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)的(de)(de)(de)型號(hao)規格(ge)及電(dian)(dian)壓等級,以防敷設錯誤。
另(ling)外,電線(xian)(xian)(xian)絕緣線(xian)(xian)(xian)芯(xin)應優先選用(yong)標準推薦的(de)(de)顏(yan)色,特(te)別要提的(de)(de)是黃(huang)/綠雙(shuang)色線(xian)(xian)(xian)芯(xin),這(zhe)種線(xian)(xian)(xian)一(yi)般用(yong)在電器產品的(de)(de)電源(yuan)線(xian)(xian)(xian)中,這(zhe)條(tiao)特(te)殊雙(shuang)色線(xian)(xian)(xian)專用(yong)于接地,對于黃(huang)/綠搭(da)配(pei)標準也有以(yi)下規定:即對每(mei)一(yi)段長巧~的(de)(de)雙(shuang)色絕緣線(xian)(xian)(xian)芯(xin),其中一(yi)種顏(yan)色應至(zhi)少覆蓋絕緣線(xian)(xian)(xian)芯(xin)表面的(de)(de)30%,且不大(da)于70%,而(er)另(ling)一(yi)種顏(yan)色則覆蓋絕緣線(xian)(xian)(xian)芯(xin)的(de)(de)其余部分,即黃(huang)/綠雙(shuang)色應基本均衡搭(da)配(pei)。
5.結構尺寸檢測
包括絕(jue)緣(yuan)和護套的(de)厚(hou)度(du)、最薄厚(hou)度(du)、外形(xing)尺寸等(deng)。絕(jue)緣(yuan)和護套的(de)厚(hou)度(du)大小對(dui)于(yu)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)能夠耐受多大強度(du)的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓,以(yi)及其機械性能好壞(huai)都有很重要的(de)作用,所以(yi)對(dui)于(yu)不(bu)(bu)同規格(ge)的(de)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan),標(biao)準對(dui)厚(hou)度(du)都有嚴格(ge)規定,要求不(bu)(bu)得低(di)于(yu)國家標(biao)準的(de)規定值。電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)絕(jue)緣(yuan)厚(hou)度(du)太薄會(hui)嚴重影(ying)響電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)的(de)使用安全(quan),會(hui)帶(dai)來電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)擊穿、導體裸露引起漏電(dian)(dian)等(deng)安全(quan)隱患,當然也不(bu)(bu)是越(yue)(yue)厚(hou)越(yue)(yue)好,應不(bu)(bu)影(ying)響安裝,故(gu)標(biao)準又(you)設(she)了(le)一個(ge)外形(xing)尺寸要求對(dui)此進(jin)行限(xian)制(zhi)。
常見的認證標志
1.CCC認證(zheng)強制性認證(zheng),是進入國內市場(chang)的通行證(zheng)。
2.CB認(ren)證有利于產(chan)品(pin)出口用于家(jia)(jia)庭、辦(ban)公室、車(che)間和類(lei)似(si)場(chang)所的(de)(de)直接涉(she)及人身安(an)全(quan)的(de)(de)電(dian)工產(chan)品(pin),這類(lei)產(chan)品(pin)在一部分(fen)國(guo)家(jia)(jia)中(zhong)實行(xing)(xing)強(qiang)制性認(ren)證,即(ji)取得該國(guo)的(de)(de)認(ren)證合格證書后,才允許出口到(dao)該國(guo),并在該國(guo)市場(chang)上(shang)銷售。即(ji)使在未實行(xing)(xing)強(qiang)制性認(ren)證的(de)(de)國(guo)家(jia)(jia)中(zhong),消費者(zhe)為了自身的(de)(de)安(an)全(quan),都愿(yuan)意購買經過認(ren)證而帶(dai)有認(ren)證標志的(de)(de)產(chan)品(pin)。
3.CE認證
是產品進(jin)入歐(ou)(ou)盟及歐(ou)(ou)洲(zhou)(zhou)貿易(yi)自由區(qu)國家(jia)市場的(de)通(tong)行證。獲得認證并貼有CE標志的(de)產品將降低在(zai)歐(ou)(ou)洲(zhou)(zhou)市場上(shang)銷售的(de)風險:
1)被海關扣留和查處的風(feng)險;
2)被(bei)市場監督機構(gou)查處(chu)的風險(xian);
3)同行出于競爭目的(de)的(de)指控風(feng)險。
