絕(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻、成品(pin)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)試(shi)驗及(ji)絕(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)線芯間(jian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)試(shi)驗,均(jun)(jun)考查的是電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)絕(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)層和護套層的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣絕(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)性能,絕(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻是檢(jian)測兩個(ge)導(dao)體之間(jian)絕(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)材料的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻,它應足夠大以起到絕(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)保護作用(yong)。成品(pin)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)試(shi)驗及(ji)絕(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)線芯間(jian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)試(shi)驗不光要求電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)有足夠的絕(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)能力,還要求絕(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)或護套材料均(jun)(jun)勻無雜質、厚度足夠均(jun)(jun)勻,表面不能有看不見(jian)的沙眼、針(zhen)孔等,否則就會(hui)造(zao)成耐壓(ya)試(shi)驗時(shi)局部擊穿。
2.機械性能檢測
主要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)是考查(cha)絕(jue)(jue)緣和護(hu)套塑料材(cai)料的(de)(de)抗張強(qiang)(qiang)度、斷(duan)(duan)裂伸長(chang)率,包(bao)括老(lao)化前(qian)后,還有對于成品軟電纜(lan)進行(xing)的(de)(de)曲(qu)撓(nao)試(shi)(shi)驗、彎(wan)曲(qu)試(shi)(shi)驗、荷重(zhong)斷(duan)(duan)芯試(shi)(shi)驗、絕(jue)(jue)緣線芯撕裂試(shi)(shi)驗、靜(jing)態曲(qu)撓(nao)試(shi)(shi)驗等。老(lao)化前(qian)、后抗張強(qiang)(qiang)度、老(lao)化前(qian)后斷(duan)(duan)裂伸長(chang)率是電纜(lan)絕(jue)(jue)緣和護(hu)套材(cai)料最重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)最基本的(de)(de)指(zhi)標,要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)求(qiu)用作電纜(lan)絕(jue)(jue)緣和護(hu)套的(de)(de)材(cai)料,既要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)有足夠的(de)(de)拉伸強(qiang)(qiang)度不容易拉斷(duan)(duan),又(you)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)有一(yi)定的(de)(de)柔韌性。
老(lao)化是指在(zai)高溫條件(jian)下(xia)(xia),絕(jue)緣(yuan)和護套(tao)材料(liao)保持其(qi)原有(you)性能的(de)(de)(de)能力,老(lao)化不(bu)應嚴重影響材料(liao)的(de)(de)(de)抗(kang)張(zhang)強度和伸(shen)長(chang)率,這(zhe)些(xie)都(dou)將直接影響電(dian)纜(lan)的(de)(de)(de)使(shi)(shi)用壽命,若抗(kang)張(zhang)強度和斷(duan)(duan)裂(lie)伸(shen)長(chang)率不(bu)合格,進(jin)行電(dian)纜(lan)的(de)(de)(de)施(shi)工安裝時(shi)就(jiu)極易出現(xian)護套(tao)或絕(jue)緣(yuan)體(ti)斷(duan)(duan)裂(lie),或在(zai)光、熱環境下(xia)(xia)使(shi)(shi)用的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)纜(lan)其(qi)護套(tao)和絕(jue)緣(yuan)容易變(bian)脆,斷(duan)(duan)裂(lie),致使(shi)(shi)帶電(dian)導體(ti)裸露,發生觸電(dian)危險。
另外(wai)(wai)軟電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)由于不(bu)是固定(ding)敷(fu)設(she),使(shi)用中存在(zai)(zai)反復拖拉、彎(wan)曲(qu)等(deng)情況,所(suo)以(yi)(yi)對(dui)于軟電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)標準又(you)另外(wai)(wai)規定(ding)了在(zai)(zai)其成品(pin)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)上(shang)加做動態曲(qu)撓(nao)(nao)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)、彎(wan)曲(qu)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)、荷重斷芯(xin)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)、絕(jue)緣(yuan)線芯(xin)撕裂試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)、靜態曲(qu)撓(nao)(nao)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)等(deng),以(yi)(yi)保證這種(zhong)線纜(lan)(lan)在(zai)(zai)實際使(shi)用中滿足要求。如動態曲(qu)撓(nao)(nao)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)主要考(kao)核軟電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)在(zai)(zai)受到外(wai)(wai)界的(de)(de)機(ji)械拉伸和彎(wan)曲(qu)等(deng)應(ying)力時,軟導體的(de)(de)絞合線絲是否(fou)斷裂而降(jiang)低電(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)傳輸性能(neng),或者刺(ci)破絕(jue)緣(yuan)而降(jiang)低絕(jue)緣(yuan)電(dian)(dian)氣性能(neng);絕(jue)緣(yuan)在(zai)(zai)受到應(ying)力作用是是否(fou)變形或開裂而影(ying)響電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)氣絕(jue)緣(yuan)性能(neng)的(de)(de)一種(zhong)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)方法(fa)。
3.絕(jue)緣和護(hu)套材料性能試驗
包括熱(re)(re)失(shi)重、熱(re)(re)沖(chong)擊(ji)、高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)壓(ya)力(li)、低溫(wen)(wen)(wen)彎曲、低溫(wen)(wen)(wen)拉伸、低溫(wen)(wen)(wen)沖(chong)擊(ji)、阻燃性(xing)能(neng)(neng)等(deng)等(deng)。這些都是考查絕(jue)緣和護套的(de)(de)塑料(liao)(liao)材料(liao)(liao)的(de)(de)性(xing)能(neng)(neng)好(hao)壞,如熱(re)(re)失(shi)重試驗(yan)是檢(jian)測經過(guo)7天80℃的(de)(de)高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)老化后(hou)(hou)材料(liao)(liao)降解、揮發的(de)(de)程(cheng)度(du);熱(re)(re)沖(chong)擊(ji)檢(jian)測在(zai)150℃高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)1h后(hou)(hou)經特(te)殊卷(juan)繞的(de)(de)絕(jue)緣表(biao)面是否有開裂;高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)壓(ya)力(li)檢(jian)測絕(jue)緣材料(liao)(liao)在(zai)經過(guo)高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)再冷卻后(hou)(hou)其彈性(xing)的(de)(de)保(bao)持程(cheng)度(du);所有的(de)(de)低溫(wen)(wen)(wen)試驗(yan)一(yi)般(ban)指(zhi)在(zai)-15℃條件下其機械(xie)性(xing)能(neng)(neng)的(de)(de)變化,都是檢(jian)測線纜(lan)材料(liao)(liao)在(zai)低溫(wen)(wen)(wen)環境下是否變脆、易(yi)開裂或易(yi)拉斷等(deng)。 另外電纜(lan)的(de)(de)阻燃性(xing)能(neng)(neng)勝(sheng)能(neng)(neng)很(hen)重要,考查該項(xiang)性(xing)能(neng)(neng)的(de)(de)試驗(yan)為(wei)不延燃試驗(yan),即對按標(biao)準安裝的(de)(de)成品電纜(lan)用專門的(de)(de)火(huo)焰(yan)點燃一(yi)定的(de)(de)時間,待(dai)其火(huo)焰(yan)自行熄滅后(hou)(hou)檢(jian)查線纜(lan)被(bei)燒(shao)的(de)(de)情況,當然被(bei)燒(shao)掉的(de)(de)部分越少越好(hao),說明(ming)其燃燒(shao)性(xing)差(cha),阻燃性(xing)好(hao),越安全(quan)。
4.標志檢查
標(biao)(biao)準要求電纜包(bao)裝上應附(fu)有(you)表(biao)(biao)示產(chan)品型(xing)號、規(gui)格、標(biao)(biao)準號、廠(chang)名和(he)產(chan)地的(de)標(biao)(biao)簽或(huo)標(biao)(biao)志,規(gui)格包(bao)括額定電壓、芯數和(he)導體標(biao)(biao)稱截(jie)面等;電纜表(biao)(biao)面應印有(you)制造廠(chang)名、產(chan)品型(xing)號和(he)額定電壓的(de)連(lian)續標(biao)(biao)志,標(biao)(biao)志間距(ju)要求≤200mm(絕緣表(biao)(biao)面)或(huo)≤500mm (護套(tao)表(biao)(biao)面),標(biao)(biao)志內容應齊全(quan)、清(qing)晰、耐擦,這個要求是方(fang)便(bian)使用者了(le)解電纜的(de)型(xing)號規(gui)格及電壓等級,以防敷設錯誤(wu)。
另(ling)外,電線(xian)絕(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)線(xian)芯(xin)(xin)應(ying)優先(xian)選用(yong)(yong)標(biao)準推(tui)薦的(de)顏(yan)色(se)(se)(se),特別要提的(de)是(shi)黃/綠雙(shuang)(shuang)色(se)(se)(se)線(xian)芯(xin)(xin),這種線(xian)一(yi)(yi)般用(yong)(yong)在電器產(chan)品的(de)電源線(xian)中,這條特殊雙(shuang)(shuang)色(se)(se)(se)線(xian)專(zhuan)用(yong)(yong)于接地,對于黃/綠搭配標(biao)準也有以下(xia)規定:即對每(mei)一(yi)(yi)段長巧~的(de)雙(shuang)(shuang)色(se)(se)(se)絕(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)線(xian)芯(xin)(xin),其中一(yi)(yi)種顏(yan)色(se)(se)(se)應(ying)至(zhi)少覆蓋絕(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)線(xian)芯(xin)(xin)表(biao)面(mian)的(de)30%,且不大于70%,而另(ling)一(yi)(yi)種顏(yan)色(se)(se)(se)則覆蓋絕(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)線(xian)芯(xin)(xin)的(de)其余(yu)部分,即黃/綠雙(shuang)(shuang)色(se)(se)(se)應(ying)基(ji)本(ben)均衡搭配。
5.結構尺寸檢測
包括(kuo)絕(jue)緣(yuan)和護套的厚度、最薄厚度、外形尺(chi)寸等(deng)。絕(jue)緣(yuan)和護套的厚度大小(xiao)對于電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜能夠耐(nai)受多大強(qiang)度的電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓,以及其機械(xie)性能好壞都(dou)有很重要的作用(yong)(yong),所(suo)以對于不(bu)同規格的電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜,標準對厚度都(dou)有嚴格規定(ding),要求不(bu)得低于國家標準的規定(ding)值。電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜絕(jue)緣(yuan)厚度太薄會(hui)嚴重影響電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜的使用(yong)(yong)安全(quan),會(hui)帶來電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜擊穿、導(dao)體裸露引起漏電(dian)(dian)(dian)等(deng)安全(quan)隱患,當然也(ye)不(bu)是越(yue)厚越(yue)好,應不(bu)影響安裝,故標準又設了(le)一個外形尺(chi)寸要求對此進行限制。
常見的認證標志
1.CCC認證強制性認證,是進入國內市場(chang)的通(tong)行證。
2.CB認(ren)(ren)證(zheng)(zheng)有利于(yu)產品(pin)出口用(yong)于(yu)家(jia)(jia)庭、辦公室、車間和類(lei)似(si)場所(suo)的(de)(de)直接涉及人身安(an)全的(de)(de)電工產品(pin),這(zhe)類(lei)產品(pin)在(zai)一部分國(guo)(guo)家(jia)(jia)中(zhong)(zhong)實(shi)行強(qiang)制性(xing)認(ren)(ren)證(zheng)(zheng),即(ji)取得(de)該國(guo)(guo)的(de)(de)認(ren)(ren)證(zheng)(zheng)合格證(zheng)(zheng)書(shu)后,才允許出口到該國(guo)(guo),并在(zai)該國(guo)(guo)市場上銷(xiao)售(shou)。即(ji)使(shi)在(zai)未(wei)實(shi)行強(qiang)制性(xing)認(ren)(ren)證(zheng)(zheng)的(de)(de)國(guo)(guo)家(jia)(jia)中(zhong)(zhong),消費者(zhe)為了(le)自(zi)身的(de)(de)安(an)全,都愿意購買經過認(ren)(ren)證(zheng)(zheng)而帶(dai)有認(ren)(ren)證(zheng)(zheng)標志的(de)(de)產品(pin)。
3.CE認證
是產品進(jin)入(ru)歐盟(meng)及歐洲(zhou)貿易自(zi)由區國家市(shi)場的通(tong)行(xing)證(zheng)。獲得認證(zheng)并貼(tie)有(you)CE標(biao)志的產品將降低在歐洲(zhou)市(shi)場上(shang)銷售的風險:
1)被海關扣留和查處的風險;
2)被市場監督機構查處的風險;
3)同行出于競爭目的的指控風險。
