絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)電(dian)阻、成(cheng)(cheng)品電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)及絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)線芯間電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)試驗(yan),均考查的是(shi)電(dian)纜(lan)絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)層和護套層的電(dian)氣絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)性(xing)能,絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)電(dian)阻是(shi)檢測兩個(ge)導(dao)體之間絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)材料的電(dian)阻,它應足(zu)夠大(da)以起到絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)保護作用。成(cheng)(cheng)品電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)及絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)線芯間電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)不(bu)(bu)光要求電(dian)纜(lan)有足(zu)夠的絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)能力,還要求絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)或護套材料均勻(yun)無雜質、厚度足(zu)夠均勻(yun),表面不(bu)(bu)能有看不(bu)(bu)見的沙眼(yan)、針(zhen)孔等,否則就會造成(cheng)(cheng)耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)試驗(yan)時局部(bu)擊穿。
2.機械性能檢測
主要(yao)是考查絕緣和(he)護(hu)套(tao)塑料材(cai)料的抗張強(qiang)(qiang)度(du)(du)、斷(duan)裂伸(shen)長率,包括(kuo)老(lao)化前后,還有(you)(you)對于成品軟電纜進(jin)行的曲撓試(shi)(shi)驗、彎(wan)曲試(shi)(shi)驗、荷重斷(duan)芯試(shi)(shi)驗、絕緣線芯撕裂試(shi)(shi)驗、靜態曲撓試(shi)(shi)驗等。老(lao)化前、后抗張強(qiang)(qiang)度(du)(du)、老(lao)化前后斷(duan)裂伸(shen)長率是電纜絕緣和(he)護(hu)套(tao)材(cai)料最重要(yao)最基本(ben)的指標,要(yao)求用作(zuo)電纜絕緣和(he)護(hu)套(tao)的材(cai)料,既要(yao)有(you)(you)足夠(gou)的拉(la)伸(shen)強(qiang)(qiang)度(du)(du)不容易拉(la)斷(duan),又要(yao)有(you)(you)一定的柔(rou)韌(ren)性。
老(lao)化(hua)是(shi)指在高溫條件(jian)下,絕緣和(he)護(hu)套材料(liao)保持其(qi)原有性能的能力,老(lao)化(hua)不應嚴重影響材料(liao)的抗(kang)張(zhang)強(qiang)度(du)和(he)伸(shen)長率(lv),這些(xie)都將直接影響電(dian)纜的使(shi)用壽命,若抗(kang)張(zhang)強(qiang)度(du)和(he)斷裂伸(shen)長率(lv)不合格,進行電(dian)纜的施工安裝時(shi)就極易出現(xian)護(hu)套或(huo)絕緣體斷裂,或(huo)在光、熱環(huan)境下使(shi)用的電(dian)纜其(qi)護(hu)套和(he)絕緣容易變脆(cui),斷裂,致使(shi)帶電(dian)導體裸露,發生觸(chu)電(dian)危險。
另外(wai)軟(ruan)(ruan)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)由于不是(shi)固(gu)定敷設,使用(yong)中(zhong)存在(zai)反復拖拉(la)、彎(wan)曲(qu)等情況,所以對于軟(ruan)(ruan)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)標準又另外(wai)規定了在(zai)其成品電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)上加做動態(tai)曲(qu)撓試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗、彎(wan)曲(qu)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗、荷重斷芯試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗、絕(jue)緣(yuan)線芯撕裂試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗、靜(jing)態(tai)曲(qu)撓試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗等,以保證這種線纜(lan)(lan)(lan)在(zai)實(shi)際使用(yong)中(zhong)滿(man)足要求。如動態(tai)曲(qu)撓試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗主要考(kao)核軟(ruan)(ruan)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)在(zai)受(shou)到(dao)外(wai)界的(de)(de)(de)機械(xie)拉(la)伸(shen)和(he)彎(wan)曲(qu)等應(ying)力時,軟(ruan)(ruan)導(dao)體的(de)(de)(de)絞合(he)線絲是(shi)否(fou)斷裂而(er)降(jiang)低(di)電(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)(de)傳(chuan)輸性能,或(huo)(huo)者(zhe)刺破絕(jue)緣(yuan)而(er)降(jiang)低(di)絕(jue)緣(yuan)電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)性能;絕(jue)緣(yuan)在(zai)受(shou)到(dao)應(ying)力作用(yong)是(shi)是(shi)否(fou)變形或(huo)(huo)開(kai)裂而(er)影響電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)氣(qi)絕(jue)緣(yuan)性能的(de)(de)(de)一種試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗方(fang)法。
3.絕緣(yuan)和護套材料性能試驗(yan)
包(bao)括熱(re)失重、熱(re)沖(chong)(chong)擊(ji)(ji)、高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)壓(ya)力、低溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)彎曲(qu)、低溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)拉(la)伸、低溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)沖(chong)(chong)擊(ji)(ji)、阻燃(ran)(ran)(ran)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)等(deng)等(deng)。這些都(dou)是(shi)(shi)考查絕(jue)緣和(he)護(hu)套(tao)的(de)(de)塑料(liao)材(cai)料(liao)的(de)(de)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)好(hao)壞,如熱(re)失重試(shi)(shi)驗是(shi)(shi)檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)經(jing)過7天80℃的(de)(de)高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)老化后(hou)(hou)材(cai)料(liao)降解、揮(hui)發的(de)(de)程度(du);熱(re)沖(chong)(chong)擊(ji)(ji)檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)在(zai)150℃高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)1h后(hou)(hou)經(jing)特(te)殊卷(juan)繞的(de)(de)絕(jue)緣表(biao)面是(shi)(shi)否有開裂(lie);高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)壓(ya)力檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)絕(jue)緣材(cai)料(liao)在(zai)經(jing)過高(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)再冷(leng)卻后(hou)(hou)其(qi)(qi)彈(dan)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)保持程度(du);所有的(de)(de)低溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)試(shi)(shi)驗一般指在(zai)-15℃條件下(xia)其(qi)(qi)機(ji)械性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)的(de)(de)變(bian)化,都(dou)是(shi)(shi)檢(jian)(jian)測(ce)線纜(lan)材(cai)料(liao)在(zai)低溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)環境下(xia)是(shi)(shi)否變(bian)脆、易(yi)開裂(lie)或易(yi)拉(la)斷等(deng)。 另外電纜(lan)的(de)(de)阻燃(ran)(ran)(ran)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)勝能(neng)(neng)很重要,考查該項(xiang)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)的(de)(de)試(shi)(shi)驗為不延(yan)燃(ran)(ran)(ran)試(shi)(shi)驗,即(ji)對按標準安(an)裝(zhuang)的(de)(de)成品電纜(lan)用專門(men)的(de)(de)火(huo)焰點燃(ran)(ran)(ran)一定的(de)(de)時(shi)間(jian),待(dai)其(qi)(qi)火(huo)焰自行熄滅后(hou)(hou)檢(jian)(jian)查線纜(lan)被燒的(de)(de)情(qing)況,當(dang)然被燒掉(diao)的(de)(de)部分(fen)越少越好(hao),說明其(qi)(qi)燃(ran)(ran)(ran)燒性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)差,阻燃(ran)(ran)(ran)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)好(hao),越安(an)全(quan)。
4.標志檢查
標準要(yao)求(qiu)電纜(lan)包裝(zhuang)上應(ying)附有(you)表示產品型(xing)號(hao)、規(gui)格、標準號(hao)、廠名和產地(di)的(de)標簽或標志(zhi),規(gui)格包括額定電壓(ya)、芯數和導體標稱(cheng)截面(mian)等(deng);電纜(lan)表面(mian)應(ying)印有(you)制造廠名、產品型(xing)號(hao)和額定電壓(ya)的(de)連續標志(zhi),標志(zhi)間距要(yao)求(qiu)≤200mm(絕(jue)緣表面(mian))或≤500mm (護套表面(mian)),標志(zhi)內容應(ying)齊全(quan)、清(qing)晰(xi)、耐擦,這個要(yao)求(qiu)是方便使用(yong)者(zhe)了解電纜(lan)的(de)型(xing)號(hao)規(gui)格及電壓(ya)等(deng)級(ji),以防敷設(she)錯誤(wu)。
另外,電線(xian)絕(jue)(jue)緣線(xian)芯應(ying)優先(xian)選用(yong)(yong)標準(zhun)推薦(jian)的(de)(de)顏(yan)色(se),特(te)別要提的(de)(de)是黃/綠(lv)(lv)雙色(se)線(xian)芯,這(zhe)(zhe)種(zhong)線(xian)一(yi)(yi)般用(yong)(yong)在電器(qi)產品的(de)(de)電源線(xian)中,這(zhe)(zhe)條特(te)殊雙色(se)線(xian)專用(yong)(yong)于接(jie)地,對于黃/綠(lv)(lv)搭(da)(da)配(pei)標準(zhun)也有以(yi)下規(gui)定(ding):即對每一(yi)(yi)段長(chang)巧(qiao)~的(de)(de)雙色(se)絕(jue)(jue)緣線(xian)芯,其中一(yi)(yi)種(zhong)顏(yan)色(se)應(ying)至少覆(fu)蓋絕(jue)(jue)緣線(xian)芯表面的(de)(de)30%,且不大于70%,而(er)另一(yi)(yi)種(zhong)顏(yan)色(se)則覆(fu)蓋絕(jue)(jue)緣線(xian)芯的(de)(de)其余(yu)部分,即黃/綠(lv)(lv)雙色(se)應(ying)基本均衡(heng)搭(da)(da)配(pei)。
5.結構尺寸檢測
包括(kuo)絕(jue)緣和護(hu)套(tao)的(de)(de)(de)厚度(du)、最薄厚度(du)、外形(xing)尺寸(cun)等。絕(jue)緣和護(hu)套(tao)的(de)(de)(de)厚度(du)大(da)小對(dui)于(yu)電(dian)纜能(neng)夠耐受(shou)多大(da)強度(du)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)壓,以及其機械性能(neng)好壞都有(you)很(hen)重要(yao)的(de)(de)(de)作用,所以對(dui)于(yu)不(bu)同(tong)規格(ge)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)纜,標(biao)準(zhun)對(dui)厚度(du)都有(you)嚴格(ge)規定,要(yao)求不(bu)得低于(yu)國家標(biao)準(zhun)的(de)(de)(de)規定值。電(dian)纜絕(jue)緣厚度(du)太(tai)薄會(hui)嚴重影(ying)響電(dian)纜的(de)(de)(de)使用安(an)(an)全(quan),會(hui)帶來電(dian)纜擊穿、導體裸露引起漏電(dian)等安(an)(an)全(quan)隱患(huan),當然(ran)也不(bu)是越厚越好,應不(bu)影(ying)響安(an)(an)裝,故標(biao)準(zhun)又(you)設了一個外形(xing)尺寸(cun)要(yao)求對(dui)此進行限制。
常見的認證標志
1.CCC認證強制(zhi)性認證,是進入國(guo)內市(shi)場的(de)通(tong)行證。
2.CB認(ren)(ren)證(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)有(you)利于(yu)產(chan)品出(chu)口用(yong)于(yu)家(jia)(jia)庭、辦公室、車間和類(lei)似(si)場所的(de)直接(jie)涉(she)及人身(shen)安全的(de)電(dian)工產(chan)品,這(zhe)類(lei)產(chan)品在(zai)(zai)(zai)一部(bu)分國(guo)家(jia)(jia)中(zhong)實行強制性認(ren)(ren)證(zheng)(zheng)(zheng),即取得(de)該國(guo)的(de)認(ren)(ren)證(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)合(he)格證(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)書后,才允許出(chu)口到該國(guo),并(bing)在(zai)(zai)(zai)該國(guo)市場上銷售。即使在(zai)(zai)(zai)未(wei)實行強制性認(ren)(ren)證(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)的(de)國(guo)家(jia)(jia)中(zhong),消費者為了自身(shen)的(de)安全,都(dou)愿(yuan)意購買經過認(ren)(ren)證(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)而帶有(you)認(ren)(ren)證(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)標志(zhi)的(de)產(chan)品。
3.CE認證
是產品進(jin)入歐盟及歐洲貿易自由(you)區(qu)國家(jia)市場的(de)通行證(zheng)。獲得認證(zheng)并貼有CE標(biao)志(zhi)的(de)產品將降低(di)在歐洲市場上銷售的(de)風險:
