主(zhu)要(yao)有(you)導體(ti)(ti)直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻、絕緣電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻、成品電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)試驗及絕緣線芯間電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)試驗,每項都很重要(yao),導體(ti)(ti)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)接(jie)反映(ying)了電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)傳輸性能(neng),直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)接(jie)影響電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)在(zai)通(tong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)運行(xing)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)溫(wen)度、壽命、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)降、以及運行(xing)安(an)全,它(ta)主(zhu)要(yao)考查(cha)導體(ti)(ti)的(de)材(cai)質(zhi)和截面積,若導體(ti)(ti)的(de)材(cai)質(zhi)不好或截面積嚴(yan)(yan)重不足,就會造(zao)成導體(ti)(ti)直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻嚴(yan)(yan)重超標,這種電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)鋪(pu)設在(zai)線路(lu)(lu)中(zhong)(zhong)就會增加(jia)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流在(zai)線路(lu)(lu)上通(tong)過時(shi)的(de)損耗(hao),引(yin)起電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)導體(ti)(ti)本身發(fa)熱,引(yin)起包覆導體(ti)(ti)的(de)絕緣老化開裂,造(zao)成供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)線路(lu)(lu)漏電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)、短路(lu)(lu),甚(shen)至造(zao)成火災(zai),危及人身、財產的(de)安(an)全。標準(zhun)對不同規格電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)的(de)導體(ti)(ti)直(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻值均有(you)嚴(yan)(yan)格的(de)規定,不得(de)大于標準(zhun)規定的(de)值。
絕(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)、成(cheng)品電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)試驗(yan)(yan)及絕(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)線(xian)芯間(jian)(jian)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)試驗(yan)(yan),均(jun)考查的(de)(de)是電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)絕(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)層(ceng)和護(hu)套層(ceng)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)氣絕(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)性能(neng),絕(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)是檢測兩(liang)個導(dao)體之(zhi)間(jian)(jian)絕(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)材(cai)料的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu),它應足(zu)夠(gou)大以起到(dao)絕(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)保護(hu)作用。成(cheng)品電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)試驗(yan)(yan)及絕(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)線(xian)芯間(jian)(jian)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)試驗(yan)(yan)不光(guang)要求電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)有足(zu)夠(gou)的(de)(de)絕(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)能(neng)力(li),還要求絕(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)或(huo)護(hu)套材(cai)料均(jun)勻無雜質、厚(hou)度足(zu)夠(gou)均(jun)勻,表面不能(neng)有看不見(jian)的(de)(de)沙(sha)眼、針孔等,否則就會造(zao)成(cheng)耐壓(ya)試驗(yan)(yan)時(shi)局(ju)部擊(ji)穿。
2.機械性能檢測
主(zhu)要(yao)(yao)是考查絕緣(yuan)和(he)(he)護(hu)套塑(su)料(liao)材料(liao)的(de)抗(kang)張強度、斷(duan)(duan)裂(lie)(lie)伸(shen)長率(lv),包括老(lao)(lao)化(hua)前后(hou),還有對于成品軟電(dian)纜進行的(de)曲(qu)撓(nao)試(shi)(shi)驗、彎曲(qu)試(shi)(shi)驗、荷(he)重斷(duan)(duan)芯試(shi)(shi)驗、絕緣(yuan)線芯撕(si)裂(lie)(lie)試(shi)(shi)驗、靜(jing)態(tai)曲(qu)撓(nao)試(shi)(shi)驗等(deng)。老(lao)(lao)化(hua)前、后(hou)抗(kang)張強度、老(lao)(lao)化(hua)前后(hou)斷(duan)(duan)裂(lie)(lie)伸(shen)長率(lv)是電(dian)纜絕緣(yuan)和(he)(he)護(hu)套材料(liao)最(zui)重要(yao)(yao)最(zui)基本的(de)指標,要(yao)(yao)求用作電(dian)纜絕緣(yuan)和(he)(he)護(hu)套的(de)材料(liao),既要(yao)(yao)有足夠(gou)的(de)拉(la)(la)伸(shen)強度不容易拉(la)(la)斷(duan)(duan),又要(yao)(yao)有一定的(de)柔(rou)韌(ren)性。
老化是指在(zai)(zai)高溫(wen)條件下,絕(jue)緣和(he)(he)護(hu)套(tao)材料保持其(qi)原有(you)性能的能力,老化不(bu)應嚴重影響材料的抗張強(qiang)(qiang)度和(he)(he)伸(shen)長(chang)率,這些都將直接(jie)影響電纜(lan)(lan)的使(shi)用壽命,若抗張強(qiang)(qiang)度和(he)(he)斷(duan)裂(lie)伸(shen)長(chang)率不(bu)合(he)格,進行(xing)電纜(lan)(lan)的施工安裝時就極(ji)易出(chu)現(xian)護(hu)套(tao)或絕(jue)緣體(ti)斷(duan)裂(lie),或在(zai)(zai)光、熱(re)環(huan)境下使(shi)用的電纜(lan)(lan)其(qi)護(hu)套(tao)和(he)(he)絕(jue)緣容易變脆,斷(duan)裂(lie),致使(shi)帶(dai)電導體(ti)裸露,發(fa)生觸電危險。
另外軟(ruan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜由于不是(shi)固定敷設,使用中存在反復拖拉、彎曲(qu)等(deng)情況(kuang),所(suo)以對于軟(ruan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜標準(zhun)又另外規定了在其成品(pin)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜上加做動態(tai)曲(qu)撓試(shi)驗、彎曲(qu)試(shi)驗、荷重斷(duan)芯試(shi)驗、絕緣(yuan)(yuan)線(xian)芯撕(si)裂試(shi)驗、靜(jing)態(tai)曲(qu)撓試(shi)驗等(deng),以保證這種線(xian)纜在實(shi)際使用中滿足要(yao)求(qiu)。如動態(tai)曲(qu)撓試(shi)驗主要(yao)考核軟(ruan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜在受(shou)到外界(jie)的(de)機械拉伸和彎曲(qu)等(deng)應(ying)(ying)力(li)時,軟(ruan)導體的(de)絞合線(xian)絲是(shi)否(fou)斷(duan)裂而降低(di)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)傳(chuan)輸性能,或者刺破絕緣(yuan)(yuan)而降低(di)絕緣(yuan)(yuan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)性能;絕緣(yuan)(yuan)在受(shou)到應(ying)(ying)力(li)作用是(shi)是(shi)否(fou)變形(xing)或開(kai)裂而影響電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)絕緣(yuan)(yuan)性能的(de)一種試(shi)驗方法。
3.絕緣和護套材(cai)料性能試(shi)驗
包括熱(re)失(shi)重、熱(re)沖擊(ji)、高溫(wen)壓(ya)(ya)力、低(di)溫(wen)彎曲、低(di)溫(wen)拉(la)伸、低(di)溫(wen)沖擊(ji)、阻燃性(xing)(xing)能(neng)等(deng)(deng)等(deng)(deng)。這些(xie)都(dou)是(shi)考查絕(jue)緣和護套的(de)(de)(de)塑(su)料(liao)(liao)材料(liao)(liao)的(de)(de)(de)性(xing)(xing)能(neng)好(hao)壞,如熱(re)失(shi)重試(shi)驗(yan)是(shi)檢測(ce)經(jing)過(guo)7天80℃的(de)(de)(de)高溫(wen)老化(hua)后材料(liao)(liao)降(jiang)解、揮發的(de)(de)(de)程度(du);熱(re)沖擊(ji)檢測(ce)在(zai)150℃高溫(wen)1h后經(jing)特殊(shu)卷(juan)繞的(de)(de)(de)絕(jue)緣表面是(shi)否有開(kai)裂;高溫(wen)壓(ya)(ya)力檢測(ce)絕(jue)緣材料(liao)(liao)在(zai)經(jing)過(guo)高溫(wen)再冷卻后其(qi)彈(dan)性(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)(de)保持程度(du);所有的(de)(de)(de)低(di)溫(wen)試(shi)驗(yan)一般(ban)指在(zai)-15℃條件下其(qi)機械性(xing)(xing)能(neng)的(de)(de)(de)變(bian)化(hua),都(dou)是(shi)檢測(ce)線纜材料(liao)(liao)在(zai)低(di)溫(wen)環境下是(shi)否變(bian)脆、易(yi)開(kai)裂或易(yi)拉(la)斷(duan)等(deng)(deng)。 另外電纜的(de)(de)(de)阻燃性(xing)(xing)能(neng)勝能(neng)很重要,考查該項性(xing)(xing)能(neng)的(de)(de)(de)試(shi)驗(yan)為不(bu)延燃試(shi)驗(yan),即對按(an)標準安裝的(de)(de)(de)成品電纜用專(zhuan)門(men)的(de)(de)(de)火(huo)焰(yan)點燃一定的(de)(de)(de)時(shi)間,待(dai)其(qi)火(huo)焰(yan)自行(xing)熄(xi)滅后檢查線纜被燒的(de)(de)(de)情況,當然被燒掉的(de)(de)(de)部(bu)分越(yue)少(shao)越(yue)好(hao),說明(ming)其(qi)燃燒性(xing)(xing)差,阻燃性(xing)(xing)好(hao),越(yue)安全。
4.標志檢查
標(biao)準要求電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)包裝(zhuang)上應附(fu)有表(biao)(biao)示產(chan)品型號(hao)、規(gui)格、標(biao)準號(hao)、廠名和產(chan)地(di)的(de)標(biao)簽或標(biao)志,規(gui)格包括額定電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)、芯數(shu)和導體標(biao)稱截面(mian)等;電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)表(biao)(biao)面(mian)應印有制(zhi)造廠名、產(chan)品型號(hao)和額定電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)的(de)連續標(biao)志,標(biao)志間(jian)距要求≤200mm(絕緣(yuan)表(biao)(biao)面(mian))或≤500mm (護套表(biao)(biao)面(mian)),標(biao)志內容應齊全、清晰、耐擦,這個要求是方便使(shi)用(yong)者了解電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)的(de)型號(hao)規(gui)格及電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)等級,以防敷(fu)設錯誤。
另(ling)(ling)外,電(dian)(dian)線(xian)(xian)絕(jue)(jue)緣線(xian)(xian)芯(xin)(xin)應(ying)優先選用標準推(tui)薦的(de)顏色(se),特(te)別要(yao)提的(de)是黃/綠(lv)雙色(se)線(xian)(xian)芯(xin)(xin),這種(zhong)線(xian)(xian)一般(ban)用在電(dian)(dian)器產品的(de)電(dian)(dian)源線(xian)(xian)中,這條特(te)殊雙色(se)線(xian)(xian)專用于接地,對(dui)于黃/綠(lv)搭配(pei)標準也有(you)以下規定:即對(dui)每一段長巧~的(de)雙色(se)絕(jue)(jue)緣線(xian)(xian)芯(xin)(xin),其中一種(zhong)顏色(se)應(ying)至少覆蓋(gai)絕(jue)(jue)緣線(xian)(xian)芯(xin)(xin)表(biao)面的(de)30%,且不大于70%,而(er)另(ling)(ling)一種(zhong)顏色(se)則覆蓋(gai)絕(jue)(jue)緣線(xian)(xian)芯(xin)(xin)的(de)其余部分,即黃/綠(lv)雙色(se)應(ying)基本均衡(heng)搭配(pei)。
5.結構尺寸檢測
包(bao)括絕(jue)緣和護套(tao)的(de)(de)厚(hou)度、最薄厚(hou)度、外(wai)形(xing)尺寸(cun)等。絕(jue)緣和護套(tao)的(de)(de)厚(hou)度大小(xiao)對(dui)于電(dian)纜能(neng)夠耐受(shou)多大強度的(de)(de)電(dian)壓,以及(ji)其機械性(xing)能(neng)好壞都有很重要的(de)(de)作用,所以對(dui)于不同規格的(de)(de)電(dian)纜,標準對(dui)厚(hou)度都有嚴(yan)(yan)格規定,要求不得低于國(guo)家(jia)標準的(de)(de)規定值。電(dian)纜絕(jue)緣厚(hou)度太薄會嚴(yan)(yan)重影響(xiang)電(dian)纜的(de)(de)使用安全,會帶來電(dian)纜擊(ji)穿、導(dao)體裸露引起漏電(dian)等安全隱患,當然也(ye)不是越(yue)(yue)厚(hou)越(yue)(yue)好,應(ying)不影響(xiang)安裝,故(gu)標準又設了一個外(wai)形(xing)尺寸(cun)要求對(dui)此進行限制。
常見的認證標志
1.CCC認(ren)證強制(zhi)性認(ren)證,是進(jin)入國內市場的通行(xing)證。
2.CB認證(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)有利于(yu)(yu)產(chan)品(pin)(pin)出口用于(yu)(yu)家庭、辦公室、車間和(he)類似場所(suo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)直接(jie)涉及人(ren)身安全(quan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)工產(chan)品(pin)(pin),這類產(chan)品(pin)(pin)在(zai)一部分國家中實行強制性認證(zheng)(zheng)(zheng),即取得該國的(de)(de)(de)(de)認證(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)合(he)格證(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)書(shu)后,才(cai)允(yun)許出口到該國,并(bing)在(zai)該國市場上(shang)銷(xiao)售。即使在(zai)未實行強制性認證(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)國家中,消費(fei)者為了自(zi)身的(de)(de)(de)(de)安全(quan),都愿意購買經過認證(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)而(er)帶有認證(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)標(biao)志的(de)(de)(de)(de)產(chan)品(pin)(pin)。
3.CE認證
是產(chan)(chan)品進入歐盟及歐洲貿易自由區國家市(shi)場的(de)通(tong)行(xing)證(zheng)。獲得認證(zheng)并貼(tie)有(you)CE標志的(de)產(chan)(chan)品將(jiang)降低在歐洲市(shi)場上銷(xiao)售的(de)風險(xian):
1)被海(hai)關扣留和查處(chu)的風險;
2)被市場(chang)監(jian)督(du)機構(gou)查處的風險;
3)同行出于競爭目(mu)的的指控(kong)風險。
