1、油浸紙(zhi)絕(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)電(dian)力(li)電(dian)纜以油浸紙(zhi)作絕(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)的電(dian)力(li)電(dian)纜。其應(ying)用歷史最長。它安(an)全可靠(kao),使用壽命長,價格低廉。主(zhu)要缺(que)點是敷設受(shou)落差(cha)限制。自從(cong)開發出(chu)不滴流浸紙(zhi)絕(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)后(hou),解(jie)決了落差(cha)限制問題,使油浸紙(zhi)絕(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)電(dian)纜得以繼續廣(guang)泛(fan)應(ying)用。
2、塑料(liao)(liao)絕緣電(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)纜(lan) 絕緣層為擠壓(ya)塑料(liao)(liao)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)。常用(yong)的(de)(de)塑料(liao)(liao)有聚氯乙(yi)烯(xi)、聚乙(yi)烯(xi)、交聯聚乙(yi)烯(xi)。塑料(liao)(liao)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)結構簡(jian)單,制造加工方(fang)便,重量輕,敷(fu)(fu)設安裝方(fang)便,不受敷(fu)(fu)設落(luo)差(cha)限制。因此廣泛應用(yong)作中低壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan),并有取代粘性浸漬油紙(zhi)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)的(de)(de)趨勢。其最大(da)缺點(dian)是存(cun)在樹(shu)枝化擊穿現(xian)象,這限制了它(ta)在更高(gao)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)的(de)(de)使用(yong)。
3、橡皮(pi)絕緣電(dian)力電(dian)纜(lan) 絕緣層為橡膠加(jia)(jia)上各種配合劑,經過充分混煉后擠包(bao)在(zai)導(dao)電(dian)線芯上,經過加(jia)(jia)溫硫化而成。它柔(rou)軟(ruan),富有彈性(xing),適(shi)合于移動頻繁(fan)、敷(fu)設彎曲半(ban)徑(jing)小(xiao)的場(chang)合。
常用(yong)作絕緣(yuan)的膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)料有天然膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)-丁(ding)苯(ben)膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)混合物,乙(yi)丙(bing)膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)、丁(ding)基膠(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)等。
按電壓等級分
1、低壓電纜(lan):適用(yong)于固定(ding)敷設在交流50Hz,額定(ding)電壓3kv及以下的輸(shu)配電線(xian)路上作輸(shu)送(song)電能用(yong)。
2、中低壓電(dian)纜(lan):(一般指35KV及以下):聚氯乙烯(xi)絕(jue)緣電(dian)纜(lan),聚乙烯(xi)絕(jue)緣電(dian)纜(lan),交聯聚乙烯(xi)絕(jue)緣電(dian)纜(lan)等。
3、高壓電(dian)纜:(一(yi)般為110KV及(ji)以(yi)上):聚乙烯電(dian)纜和交聯聚乙烯絕(jue)緣電(dian)纜等。
4、超高壓電(dian)纜:(275~800千伏)。
5、特(te)高壓(ya)電纜:(1000千伏及以(yi)上)。
基(ji)本結構:電力電纜的基(ji)本結構由(you)線芯(導體)、絕緣層(ceng)、屏蔽層(ceng)和保護層(ceng)四部分組成。
1.線芯是(shi)電力(li)電纜(lan)的導電部(bu)分,用來輸送電能,是(shi)電力(li)電纜(lan)的主要(yao)部(bu)分。
2.絕緣層是將線芯與大地以及不同相的線芯間在電(dian)氣上彼此隔離(li),保證電(dian)能輸送,是電(dian)力電(dian)纜(lan)結構(gou)中(zhong)不可(ke)缺少的組(zu)成部(bu)分。
3.15KV及以(yi)上(shang)的電力電纜一般都有導體屏蔽層和絕緣屏蔽層。
4.保(bao)護(hu)層(ceng)的作用是保(bao)護(hu)電力電纜免受外界(jie)雜(za)質和水分(fen)的侵入,以及防止外力直接損(sun)壞電力電纜。

1.用漢(han)語拼音第一個字(zi)母(mu)的大寫表示絕緣種(zhong)類、導體(ti)材(cai)料、內護(hu)層材(cai)料和結構(gou)特點。如用Z代表紙(zhi);L代表鋁(lv);Q代表鉛(qian)(qian);F代表分相(fen);ZR代表阻燃(zuran);NH代表耐(nai)火(naihuo)。
