主(zhu)要有導體(ti)(ti)直(zhi)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)、絕緣電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)、成(cheng)品電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓試驗及(ji)絕緣線(xian)(xian)芯間電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓試驗,每項都很重(zhong)要,導體(ti)(ti)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)直(zhi)接(jie)反映了電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)傳(chuan)輸性能(neng),直(zhi)接(jie)影響電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜在通(tong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)運行(xing)中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)溫度、壽命、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓降、以及(ji)運行(xing)安全(quan),它主(zhu)要考查導體(ti)(ti)的(de)(de)(de)(de)材質(zhi)和截(jie)面積,若導體(ti)(ti)的(de)(de)(de)(de)材質(zhi)不(bu)(bu)好或截(jie)面積嚴(yan)重(zhong)不(bu)(bu)足,就(jiu)會(hui)造(zao)成(cheng)導體(ti)(ti)直(zhi)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)嚴(yan)重(zhong)超標,這(zhe)種電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜鋪(pu)設在線(xian)(xian)路中(zhong)就(jiu)會(hui)增(zeng)加(jia)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)在線(xian)(xian)路上通(tong)過時的(de)(de)(de)(de)損耗,引起電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜導體(ti)(ti)本身(shen)發(fa)熱(re),引起包覆(fu)導體(ti)(ti)的(de)(de)(de)(de)絕緣老化開裂,造(zao)成(cheng)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)線(xian)(xian)路漏電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)、短路,甚至造(zao)成(cheng)火(huo)災,危及(ji)人身(shen)、財(cai)產的(de)(de)(de)(de)安全(quan)。標準對不(bu)(bu)同規(gui)格電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜的(de)(de)(de)(de)導體(ti)(ti)直(zhi)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)值均有嚴(yan)格的(de)(de)(de)(de)規(gui)定,不(bu)(bu)得大(da)于標準規(gui)定的(de)(de)(de)(de)值。
絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)電(dian)阻(zu)、成(cheng)品電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗及絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)線芯間(jian)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗,均考(kao)查(cha)的是電(dian)纜絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)層和護(hu)套層的電(dian)氣絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)性能,絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)電(dian)阻(zu)是檢測兩個導體之間(jian)絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)材料的電(dian)阻(zu),它應(ying)足(zu)夠(gou)大以起(qi)到絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)保護(hu)作用。成(cheng)品電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗及絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)線芯間(jian)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗不(bu)光要求電(dian)纜有足(zu)夠(gou)的絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)能力,還要求絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)或護(hu)套材料均勻(yun)無雜(za)質(zhi)、厚度足(zu)夠(gou)均勻(yun),表面不(bu)能有看(kan)不(bu)見的沙(sha)眼、針孔(kong)等,否則就會造成(cheng)耐壓(ya)(ya)試(shi)驗時局(ju)部擊穿。
2.機械性能檢測
主要(yao)是考查絕緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)和護套(tao)(tao)塑料(liao)材料(liao)的(de)(de)抗張強度、斷(duan)裂(lie)伸長(chang)率(lv),包括(kuo)老(lao)化(hua)前后,還有(you)對(dui)于成品軟電纜進行的(de)(de)曲(qu)撓試驗(yan)、彎曲(qu)試驗(yan)、荷重(zhong)斷(duan)芯試驗(yan)、絕緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)線芯撕(si)裂(lie)試驗(yan)、靜態曲(qu)撓試驗(yan)等。老(lao)化(hua)前、后抗張強度、老(lao)化(hua)前后斷(duan)裂(lie)伸長(chang)率(lv)是電纜絕緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)和護套(tao)(tao)材料(liao)最重(zhong)要(yao)最基本的(de)(de)指標,要(yao)求用作電纜絕緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)和護套(tao)(tao)的(de)(de)材料(liao),既要(yao)有(you)足夠的(de)(de)拉伸強度不(bu)容(rong)易拉斷(duan),又要(yao)有(you)一定的(de)(de)柔韌性。
老化是(shi)指在高溫(wen)條件下,絕緣(yuan)(yuan)和護(hu)套材(cai)料保持其原有性(xing)能的(de)能力,老化不應嚴(yan)重(zhong)影(ying)響材(cai)料的(de)抗張(zhang)強(qiang)度和伸(shen)長率(lv),這(zhe)些都將直接影(ying)響電(dian)纜(lan)的(de)使用壽命,若抗張(zhang)強(qiang)度和斷(duan)(duan)裂(lie)伸(shen)長率(lv)不合格,進(jin)行電(dian)纜(lan)的(de)施工安裝(zhuang)時就極易(yi)出現護(hu)套或絕緣(yuan)(yuan)體(ti)斷(duan)(duan)裂(lie),或在光、熱環境(jing)下使用的(de)電(dian)纜(lan)其護(hu)套和絕緣(yuan)(yuan)容(rong)易(yi)變脆,斷(duan)(duan)裂(lie),致使帶電(dian)導體(ti)裸露,發生觸(chu)電(dian)危險。
另外軟(ruan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)由于(yu)不是固(gu)定敷設,使用中(zhong)存在(zai)反復拖拉、彎曲(qu)等(deng)情況,所以(yi)對(dui)于(yu)軟(ruan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)標準又(you)另外規定了在(zai)其成(cheng)品電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)上加(jia)做動(dong)態曲(qu)撓(nao)(nao)試驗(yan)、彎曲(qu)試驗(yan)、荷重(zhong)斷(duan)芯試驗(yan)、絕緣(yuan)(yuan)線(xian)芯撕(si)裂(lie)試驗(yan)、靜態曲(qu)撓(nao)(nao)試驗(yan)等(deng),以(yi)保證(zheng)這種(zhong)(zhong)線(xian)纜(lan)在(zai)實(shi)際使用中(zhong)滿(man)足要(yao)求。如動(dong)態曲(qu)撓(nao)(nao)試驗(yan)主要(yao)考核軟(ruan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)在(zai)受到(dao)外界的(de)(de)機械拉伸和彎曲(qu)等(deng)應力時(shi),軟(ruan)導體的(de)(de)絞合線(xian)絲是否斷(duan)裂(lie)而(er)降低電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)傳輸(shu)性(xing)(xing)(xing)能,或(huo)者刺破絕緣(yuan)(yuan)而(er)降低絕緣(yuan)(yuan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣性(xing)(xing)(xing)能;絕緣(yuan)(yuan)在(zai)受到(dao)應力作用是是否變形或(huo)開(kai)裂(lie)而(er)影響電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣絕緣(yuan)(yuan)性(xing)(xing)(xing)能的(de)(de)一種(zhong)(zhong)試驗(yan)方法。
3.絕緣和護(hu)套材料性能試驗
包括熱失(shi)重、熱沖(chong)(chong)擊、高(gao)(gao)溫壓力、低溫彎曲、低溫拉伸、低溫沖(chong)(chong)擊、阻燃(ran)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)等等。這些都(dou)是(shi)考(kao)查絕緣(yuan)和(he)護套的(de)(de)(de)塑料(liao)材(cai)(cai)(cai)料(liao)的(de)(de)(de)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)好(hao)壞,如熱失(shi)重試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)是(shi)檢(jian)測經(jing)過7天(tian)80℃的(de)(de)(de)高(gao)(gao)溫老化(hua)后(hou)材(cai)(cai)(cai)料(liao)降解、揮發的(de)(de)(de)程(cheng)度;熱沖(chong)(chong)擊檢(jian)測在150℃高(gao)(gao)溫1h后(hou)經(jing)特殊卷繞的(de)(de)(de)絕緣(yuan)表面是(shi)否有開(kai)裂(lie);高(gao)(gao)溫壓力檢(jian)測絕緣(yuan)材(cai)(cai)(cai)料(liao)在經(jing)過高(gao)(gao)溫再(zai)冷(leng)卻后(hou)其彈性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)(de)保持程(cheng)度;所有的(de)(de)(de)低溫試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)一(yi)般指在-15℃條件下其機械性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)的(de)(de)(de)變化(hua),都(dou)是(shi)檢(jian)測線(xian)纜(lan)(lan)材(cai)(cai)(cai)料(liao)在低溫環境下是(shi)否變脆、易開(kai)裂(lie)或易拉斷等。 另外電纜(lan)(lan)的(de)(de)(de)阻燃(ran)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)勝能(neng)很(hen)重要(yao),考(kao)查該項性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)的(de)(de)(de)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)為(wei)不(bu)延燃(ran)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan),即對(dui)按(an)標準安裝(zhuang)的(de)(de)(de)成品電纜(lan)(lan)用專門(men)的(de)(de)(de)火(huo)焰(yan)點燃(ran)一(yi)定的(de)(de)(de)時間,待其火(huo)焰(yan)自行熄滅后(hou)檢(jian)查線(xian)纜(lan)(lan)被燒的(de)(de)(de)情況,當然被燒掉的(de)(de)(de)部分(fen)越(yue)少越(yue)好(hao),說(shuo)明(ming)其燃(ran)燒性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)差,阻燃(ran)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)好(hao),越(yue)安全。
4.標志檢查
標(biao)(biao)準要求(qiu)電(dian)纜(lan)包(bao)裝上(shang)應(ying)附有表(biao)示產(chan)品型(xing)號(hao)、規格(ge)、標(biao)(biao)準號(hao)、廠名和(he)產(chan)地(di)的標(biao)(biao)簽或標(biao)(biao)志(zhi),規格(ge)包(bao)括額定電(dian)壓、芯數和(he)導體標(biao)(biao)稱截面(mian)等;電(dian)纜(lan)表(biao)面(mian)應(ying)印有制(zhi)造廠名、產(chan)品型(xing)號(hao)和(he)額定電(dian)壓的連續標(biao)(biao)志(zhi),標(biao)(biao)志(zhi)間距要求(qiu)≤200mm(絕(jue)緣表(biao)面(mian))或≤500mm (護套表(biao)面(mian)),標(biao)(biao)志(zhi)內容應(ying)齊全、清晰、耐擦,這個要求(qiu)是方(fang)便使用者了解(jie)電(dian)纜(lan)的型(xing)號(hao)規格(ge)及(ji)電(dian)壓等級(ji),以防敷(fu)設(she)錯誤(wu)。
另(ling)(ling)外(wai),電線絕(jue)緣(yuan)線芯(xin)應優先選用(yong)標(biao)準推薦(jian)的(de)顏色(se),特(te)別要提的(de)是黃/綠(lv)雙(shuang)(shuang)色(se)線芯(xin),這(zhe)種(zhong)線一(yi)般(ban)用(yong)在電器產品的(de)電源線中,這(zhe)條特(te)殊雙(shuang)(shuang)色(se)線專用(yong)于接地,對(dui)于黃/綠(lv)搭配(pei)標(biao)準也(ye)有以下規(gui)定(ding):即對(dui)每一(yi)段長(chang)巧~的(de)雙(shuang)(shuang)色(se)絕(jue)緣(yuan)線芯(xin),其(qi)中一(yi)種(zhong)顏色(se)應至少覆蓋絕(jue)緣(yuan)線芯(xin)表面的(de)30%,且不大于70%,而(er)另(ling)(ling)一(yi)種(zhong)顏色(se)則(ze)覆蓋絕(jue)緣(yuan)線芯(xin)的(de)其(qi)余部分,即黃/綠(lv)雙(shuang)(shuang)色(se)應基本均衡(heng)搭配(pei)。
5.結構尺寸檢測
包括絕緣和護套的(de)(de)厚(hou)度(du)、最薄厚(hou)度(du)、外形尺(chi)寸(cun)等(deng)(deng)。絕緣和護套的(de)(de)厚(hou)度(du)大(da)小對于電(dian)(dian)纜能(neng)(neng)夠耐受多大(da)強度(du)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓,以及其機械性(xing)能(neng)(neng)好壞都有很重(zhong)要的(de)(de)作用(yong),所(suo)以對于不(bu)同規格(ge)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)纜,標準(zhun)(zhun)對厚(hou)度(du)都有嚴格(ge)規定,要求不(bu)得低于國(guo)家標準(zhun)(zhun)的(de)(de)規定值。電(dian)(dian)纜絕緣厚(hou)度(du)太(tai)薄會嚴重(zhong)影響(xiang)電(dian)(dian)纜的(de)(de)使用(yong)安全(quan),會帶來電(dian)(dian)纜擊穿、導體裸露引(yin)起(qi)漏(lou)電(dian)(dian)等(deng)(deng)安全(quan)隱患,當然也不(bu)是越厚(hou)越好,應不(bu)影響(xiang)安裝(zhuang),故標準(zhun)(zhun)又設了一個(ge)外形尺(chi)寸(cun)要求對此進(jin)行(xing)限制。
常見的認證標志
1.CCC認證強制(zhi)性認證,是(shi)進入國(guo)內市(shi)場的通行證。
2.CB認證(zheng)有利于產(chan)品(pin)(pin)出(chu)口用于家庭、辦公室、車間和類(lei)似場所的(de)直接涉及(ji)人身安全(quan)的(de)電(dian)工產(chan)品(pin)(pin),這類(lei)產(chan)品(pin)(pin)在一部分(fen)國(guo)(guo)家中(zhong)(zhong)實(shi)行強制(zhi)性(xing)認證(zheng),即取得該(gai)(gai)國(guo)(guo)的(de)認證(zheng)合格證(zheng)書后,才允許出(chu)口到該(gai)(gai)國(guo)(guo),并在該(gai)(gai)國(guo)(guo)市場上銷售。即使在未實(shi)行強制(zhi)性(xing)認證(zheng)的(de)國(guo)(guo)家中(zhong)(zhong),消費者為(wei)了自身的(de)安全(quan),都愿意(yi)購買經(jing)過(guo)認證(zheng)而帶有認證(zheng)標志(zhi)的(de)產(chan)品(pin)(pin)。
3.CE認證
是產品進(jin)入歐盟(meng)及歐洲(zhou)貿易(yi)自由區國家市場(chang)的(de)通行證。獲得認證并貼有CE標志的(de)產品將(jiang)降低(di)在歐洲(zhou)市場(chang)上銷售的(de)風險:
1)被海關扣留和查處的風險;
2)被(bei)市場監督機構(gou)查處(chu)的風險;
3)同(tong)行出于競爭(zheng)目(mu)的的指(zhi)控風險。
