分類:按電壓等級分
按電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)等(deng)級可分為中、低壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)纜(35千(qian)伏(fu)(fu)及以下)、高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)纜(110千(qian)伏(fu)(fu)以上(shang))、超高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)纜(275~800千(qian)伏(fu)(fu))以及特(te)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)纜(1000千(qian)伏(fu)(fu)及以上(shang))。此(ci)外,還可按電(dian)(dian)流制分為交流電(dian)(dian)纜和(he)直流電(dian)(dian)纜。
按絕緣材料分
1、油(you)浸紙(zhi)絕(jue)緣(yuan)電力(li)(li)電纜(lan)以(yi)油(you)浸紙(zhi)作絕(jue)緣(yuan)的電力(li)(li)電纜(lan)。其應用歷史最長。它安全可靠,使用壽命長,價格低廉。主要缺點是(shi)敷設受落(luo)差限(xian)(xian)制(zhi)。自從(cong)開(kai)發出不(bu)滴流浸紙(zhi)絕(jue)緣(yuan)后(hou),解決了落(luo)差限(xian)(xian)制(zhi)問題,使油(you)浸紙(zhi)絕(jue)緣(yuan)電纜(lan)得以(yi)繼續廣泛(fan)應用。
2、塑(su)料絕緣電(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)纜 絕緣層(ceng)為擠壓(ya)塑(su)料的(de)電(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)纜。常用的(de)塑(su)料有(you)聚(ju)氯乙(yi)烯、聚(ju)乙(yi)烯、交聯聚(ju)乙(yi)烯。塑(su)料電(dian)(dian)纜結(jie)構簡(jian)單(dan),制造加工方(fang)(fang)便,重量輕,敷設安裝方(fang)(fang)便,不受敷設落(luo)差限(xian)制。因此廣泛(fan)應用作中低(di)壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)纜,并有(you)取代粘性浸漬油(you)紙電(dian)(dian)纜的(de)趨(qu)勢(shi)。其最(zui)大缺點是存在(zai)樹枝(zhi)化擊穿現(xian)象,這限(xian)制了它在(zai)更高(gao)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)的(de)使(shi)用。
3、橡皮絕緣(yuan)電(dian)力(li)電(dian)纜 絕緣(yuan)層為(wei)橡膠加(jia)上各種(zhong)配合劑,經(jing)(jing)過充分混煉(lian)后擠包在導電(dian)線芯上,經(jing)(jing)過加(jia)溫硫化而成(cheng)。它(ta)柔軟,富有彈性,適合于移(yi)動頻(pin)繁、敷設彎曲(qu)半徑小的場合。
常用作絕緣的膠(jiao)料有(you)天然(ran)膠(jiao)-丁苯膠(jiao)混(hun)合(he)物(wu),乙(yi)丙膠(jiao)、丁基膠(jiao)等。
按電壓(ya)等(deng)級(ji)分
1、低壓(ya)電(dian)纜:適用于(yu)固定(ding)敷設在交流50Hz,額定(ding)電(dian)壓(ya)3kv及以下的輸配電(dian)線路上(shang)作輸送電(dian)能用。
2、中低(di)壓電(dian)纜:(一般(ban)指35KV及(ji)以下):聚(ju)氯(lv)乙(yi)烯(xi)絕緣(yuan)電(dian)纜,聚(ju)乙(yi)烯(xi)絕緣(yuan)電(dian)纜,交聯(lian)聚(ju)乙(yi)烯(xi)絕緣(yuan)電(dian)纜等。
3、高壓電(dian)纜:(一般為110KV及以上):聚乙(yi)烯電(dian)纜和(he)交聯聚乙(yi)烯絕緣(yuan)電(dian)纜等。
4、超高壓電纜:(275~800千伏(fu))。
5、特高壓電纜:(1000千伏及以上)。
基本結構:電力(li)電纜(lan)的(de)基本結構由線芯(導(dao)體)、絕(jue)緣層(ceng)、屏蔽層(ceng)和(he)保護層(ceng)四部(bu)分組(zu)成。
1.線芯是(shi)電(dian)力(li)(li)電(dian)纜的導電(dian)部(bu)分,用來輸送電(dian)能,是(shi)電(dian)力(li)(li)電(dian)纜的主(zhu)要部(bu)分。
2.絕緣(yuan)層(ceng)是將線芯與大地以及不同相的線芯間在(zai)電氣上彼此隔離,保證電能輸送(song),是電力電纜結構中不可(ke)缺少(shao)的組成部分。
3.15KV及以上的電力(li)電纜(lan)一(yi)般都(dou)有導體屏蔽(bi)層(ceng)和(he)絕緣屏蔽(bi)層(ceng)。
4.保護層的作(zuo)用是保護電力電纜(lan)免受(shou)外(wai)界雜質(zhi)和水分的侵入(ru),以及防止外(wai)力直接損壞電力電纜(lan)。
主要(yao)優點:
1占地少。一般埋設(she)于(yu)土壤(rang)中(zhong)(zhong)或敷設(she)于(yu)室內,溝(gou)道,隧道中(zhong)(zhong),線間絕(jue)緣距離小,不用(yong)桿塔,占地少,基本不占地面上空間。
2可靠(kao)(kao)性高(gao)。受氣候條件和(he)周圍環境影響小,傳輸性能穩定(ding),可靠(kao)(kao)性高(gao)。
3具有向超(chao)(chao)高壓(ya),大(da)容量發展的更為有利的條件,如低溫,超(chao)(chao)導(dao)電力電纜等。
4分布電容較大。
5維護工作量少。
6電擊可能性小。
型號說明(ming)
電力電纜的(de)型號
1.用漢語拼音第一個字母的大(da)寫表(biao)(biao)(biao)示絕緣種類、導體材料(liao)(liao)、內護層(ceng)材料(liao)(liao)和結構特點。如用Z代(dai)(dai)表(biao)(biao)(biao)紙(zhi);L代(dai)(dai)表(biao)(biao)(biao)鋁(lv);Q代(dai)(dai)表(biao)(biao)(biao)鉛(qian);F代(dai)(dai)表(biao)(biao)(biao)分相(fen);ZR代(dai)(dai)表(biao)(biao)(biao)阻燃(zuran);NH代(dai)(dai)表(biao)(biao)(biao)耐火(huo)(naihuo)。
2.用數字表(biao)(biao)示(shi)外護層構成,有二位數字。無數字代(dai)表(biao)(biao)無鎧裝層,無外被(bei)層。第一位數字表(biao)(biao)示(shi)鎧裝,第二位數字表(biao)(biao)示(shi)外被(bei),如粗鋼絲(si)鎧裝纖維(wei)外被(bei)表(biao)(biao)示(shi)為41。
3.電(dian)纜型號按(an)電(dian)纜結構的(de)排列一般(ban)依次(ci)序為:絕(jue)緣材料;導體材料;內(nei)護(hu)層;外護(hu)層。
4.電纜產品用型號(hao)、額定電壓和規(gui)格表示。其方(fang)法(fa)是在型號(hao)后再(zai)加(jia)上說(shuo)明額定電壓、芯數(shu)和標稱截面積(ji)的。
