大同線纜需要做哪些檢測?

1.電性能檢測

主(zhu)要有導體(ti)(ti)直(zhi)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻、絕緣(yuan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻、成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)品電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓試(shi)驗及(ji)(ji)絕緣(yuan)線(xian)芯間(jian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓試(shi)驗,每項都很重(zhong)要,導體(ti)(ti)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻直(zhi)接反(fan)映了電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)傳輸性(xing)能(neng),直(zhi)接影響(xiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)在通電(dian)(dian)(dian)運行(xing)中的溫度、壽(shou)命、電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓降(jiang)、以及(ji)(ji)運行(xing)安全,它主(zhu)要考(kao)查導體(ti)(ti)的材質(zhi)和截面積(ji)(ji),若導體(ti)(ti)的材質(zhi)不(bu)好(hao)或截面積(ji)(ji)嚴(yan)重(zhong)不(bu)足,就(jiu)會造(zao)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)導體(ti)(ti)直(zhi)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻嚴(yan)重(zhong)超標(biao),這種(zhong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)鋪(pu)設在線(xian)路中就(jiu)會增加電(dian)(dian)(dian)流在線(xian)路上通過時的損耗,引(yin)起電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)導體(ti)(ti)本身發(fa)熱,引(yin)起包覆導體(ti)(ti)的絕緣(yuan)老化開裂,造(zao)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)線(xian)路漏電(dian)(dian)(dian)、短路,甚(shen)至造(zao)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)火災,危及(ji)(ji)人身、財產的安全。標(biao)準對(dui)不(bu)同規格電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)的導體(ti)(ti)直(zhi)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻值均有嚴(yan)格的規定,不(bu)得(de)大于標(biao)準規定的值。

絕(jue)緣(yuan)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)、成品電(dian)(dian)壓試(shi)驗及絕(jue)緣(yuan)線(xian)芯間(jian)電(dian)(dian)壓試(shi)驗,均考查(cha)的(de)是(shi)電(dian)(dian)纜絕(jue)緣(yuan)層和護套層的(de)電(dian)(dian)氣絕(jue)緣(yuan)性能(neng),絕(jue)緣(yuan)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)是(shi)檢測兩個導體之間(jian)絕(jue)緣(yuan)材(cai)料的(de)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu),它應足夠(gou)大以(yi)起到絕(jue)緣(yuan)保護作用。成品電(dian)(dian)壓試(shi)驗及絕(jue)緣(yuan)線(xian)芯間(jian)電(dian)(dian)壓試(shi)驗不光要求(qiu)電(dian)(dian)纜有(you)足夠(gou)的(de)絕(jue)緣(yuan)能(neng)力,還要求(qiu)絕(jue)緣(yuan)或護套材(cai)料均勻無(wu)雜質、厚度足夠(gou)均勻,表面不能(neng)有(you)看不見的(de)沙(sha)眼、針孔等,否則(ze)就會造(zao)成耐壓試(shi)驗時局(ju)部(bu)擊穿。

2.機械性能檢測

主要(yao)是考查(cha)絕(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)和(he)護套塑(su)料(liao)(liao)材(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)抗張強(qiang)(qiang)度(du)、斷裂伸(shen)長(chang)率(lv),包(bao)括老化前后,還有對于成品軟電纜(lan)(lan)進(jin)行的(de)(de)(de)(de)曲撓試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)、彎曲試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)、荷(he)重斷芯(xin)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)、絕(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)線(xian)芯(xin)撕(si)裂試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)、靜態曲撓試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)等。老化前、后抗張強(qiang)(qiang)度(du)、老化前后斷裂伸(shen)長(chang)率(lv)是電纜(lan)(lan)絕(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)和(he)護套材(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao)最重要(yao)最基本的(de)(de)(de)(de)指(zhi)標,要(yao)求用作電纜(lan)(lan)絕(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)和(he)護套的(de)(de)(de)(de)材(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao),既要(yao)有足(zu)夠(gou)的(de)(de)(de)(de)拉(la)伸(shen)強(qiang)(qiang)度(du)不容易拉(la)斷,又要(yao)有一定(ding)的(de)(de)(de)(de)柔韌性(xing)。

老化(hua)是指(zhi)在(zai)高(gao)溫(wen)條件下,絕緣和護(hu)套材(cai)料保持其(qi)原有性(xing)能(neng)的(de)(de)能(neng)力,老化(hua)不(bu)應嚴重(zhong)影(ying)響(xiang)材(cai)料的(de)(de)抗張(zhang)強(qiang)度和伸長(chang)率,這些都將直(zhi)接影(ying)響(xiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜的(de)(de)使(shi)用壽命(ming),若抗張(zhang)強(qiang)度和斷(duan)裂伸長(chang)率不(bu)合(he)格(ge),進行電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜的(de)(de)施工安裝時就極易(yi)出現護(hu)套或絕緣體斷(duan)裂,或在(zai)光、熱(re)環(huan)境下使(shi)用的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜其(qi)護(hu)套和絕緣容易(yi)變(bian)脆(cui),斷(duan)裂,致(zhi)使(shi)帶電(dian)(dian)(dian)導(dao)體裸露,發生觸電(dian)(dian)(dian)危險(xian)。

另(ling)外(wai)軟電(dian)纜(lan)由(you)于不是(shi)固定敷設,使(shi)用(yong)中存在反復拖拉、彎(wan)曲(qu)(qu)等(deng)情(qing)況,所(suo)以對(dui)于軟電(dian)纜(lan)標準又另(ling)外(wai)規定了(le)在其成品電(dian)纜(lan)上加做動態(tai)(tai)曲(qu)(qu)撓試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)、彎(wan)曲(qu)(qu)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)、荷重(zhong)斷芯試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)、絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣線芯撕裂(lie)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)、靜態(tai)(tai)曲(qu)(qu)撓試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)等(deng),以保證這(zhe)種線纜(lan)在實際(ji)使(shi)用(yong)中滿足要(yao)求(qiu)。如動態(tai)(tai)曲(qu)(qu)撓試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)主要(yao)考核軟電(dian)纜(lan)在受(shou)(shou)到外(wai)界的(de)(de)機械拉伸和(he)彎(wan)曲(qu)(qu)等(deng)應力(li)時,軟導體(ti)的(de)(de)絞合線絲是(shi)否斷裂(lie)而(er)(er)降低(di)電(dian)的(de)(de)傳輸性(xing)能,或(huo)者刺破絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣而(er)(er)降低(di)絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣電(dian)氣(qi)性(xing)能;絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣在受(shou)(shou)到應力(li)作用(yong)是(shi)是(shi)否變(bian)形或(huo)開裂(lie)而(er)(er)影響電(dian)纜(lan)的(de)(de)電(dian)氣(qi)絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣性(xing)能的(de)(de)一種試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)(yan)方(fang)法。

3.絕緣(yuan)和護套材料(liao)性能試驗

包括(kuo)熱(re)(re)失重(zhong)(zhong)、熱(re)(re)沖擊、高溫(wen)壓力、低溫(wen)彎曲、低溫(wen)拉伸、低溫(wen)沖擊、阻燃性(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)等等。這(zhe)些都是考(kao)查(cha)絕緣和護套(tao)的(de)(de)(de)塑料(liao)材料(liao)的(de)(de)(de)性(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)好(hao)(hao)壞,如熱(re)(re)失重(zhong)(zhong)試驗是檢測(ce)經(jing)(jing)過7天80℃的(de)(de)(de)高溫(wen)老化后(hou)材料(liao)降解、揮發的(de)(de)(de)程(cheng)(cheng)度(du);熱(re)(re)沖擊檢測(ce)在150℃高溫(wen)1h后(hou)經(jing)(jing)特(te)殊卷(juan)繞的(de)(de)(de)絕緣表面(mian)是否(fou)有開裂(lie);高溫(wen)壓力檢測(ce)絕緣材料(liao)在經(jing)(jing)過高溫(wen)再冷(leng)卻后(hou)其彈性(xing)(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)(de)保持程(cheng)(cheng)度(du);所有的(de)(de)(de)低溫(wen)試驗一(yi)般指在-15℃條件下其機械性(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)的(de)(de)(de)變化,都是檢測(ce)線纜材料(liao)在低溫(wen)環境下是否(fou)變脆、易(yi)開裂(lie)或易(yi)拉斷等。 另外(wai)電纜的(de)(de)(de)阻燃性(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)勝能(neng)(neng)很重(zhong)(zhong)要,考(kao)查(cha)該項性(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)的(de)(de)(de)試驗為不(bu)延燃試驗,即對按(an)標準(zhun)安裝(zhuang)的(de)(de)(de)成品電纜用專門的(de)(de)(de)火焰(yan)點燃一(yi)定(ding)的(de)(de)(de)時間,待其火焰(yan)自行熄滅后(hou)檢查(cha)線纜被燒的(de)(de)(de)情況(kuang),當然(ran)被燒掉(diao)的(de)(de)(de)部分越(yue)少越(yue)好(hao)(hao),說明其燃燒性(xing)(xing)(xing)差,阻燃性(xing)(xing)(xing)好(hao)(hao),越(yue)安全(quan)。

4.標志檢查

標(biao)(biao)準要(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)電(dian)纜(lan)包裝上應附(fu)有(you)表示(shi)產品型(xing)號(hao)、規(gui)格、標(biao)(biao)準號(hao)、廠(chang)(chang)名和產地(di)的(de)標(biao)(biao)簽(qian)或標(biao)(biao)志(zhi),規(gui)格包括額定電(dian)壓(ya)、芯數和導體(ti)標(biao)(biao)稱(cheng)截面(mian)等;電(dian)纜(lan)表面(mian)應印(yin)有(you)制造廠(chang)(chang)名、產品型(xing)號(hao)和額定電(dian)壓(ya)的(de)連續標(biao)(biao)志(zhi),標(biao)(biao)志(zhi)間距要(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)≤200mm(絕緣表面(mian))或≤500mm (護套(tao)表面(mian)),標(biao)(biao)志(zhi)內容應齊全、清(qing)晰、耐(nai)擦(ca),這(zhe)個要(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)是方便使(shi)用者了解電(dian)纜(lan)的(de)型(xing)號(hao)規(gui)格及電(dian)壓(ya)等級,以防(fang)敷設錯(cuo)誤。

另外,電線(xian)(xian)(xian)絕緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)線(xian)(xian)(xian)芯應優(you)先選用標準(zhun)(zhun)推薦的(de)(de)顏色(se)(se),特別要提的(de)(de)是黃/綠(lv)(lv)雙(shuang)色(se)(se)線(xian)(xian)(xian)芯,這(zhe)種線(xian)(xian)(xian)一般用在電器產品的(de)(de)電源(yuan)線(xian)(xian)(xian)中(zhong),這(zhe)條(tiao)特殊雙(shuang)色(se)(se)線(xian)(xian)(xian)專(zhuan)用于接地,對(dui)于黃/綠(lv)(lv)搭(da)配標準(zhun)(zhun)也有(you)以下規定:即對(dui)每一段(duan)長(chang)巧(qiao)~的(de)(de)雙(shuang)色(se)(se)絕緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)線(xian)(xian)(xian)芯,其中(zhong)一種顏色(se)(se)應至少覆蓋絕緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)線(xian)(xian)(xian)芯表面的(de)(de)30%,且不大于70%,而另一種顏色(se)(se)則覆蓋絕緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)線(xian)(xian)(xian)芯的(de)(de)其余部分(fen),即黃/綠(lv)(lv)雙(shuang)色(se)(se)應基本均衡(heng)搭(da)配。

5.結構尺寸檢測

包括絕緣和(he)護套(tao)的厚(hou)(hou)度(du)、最薄厚(hou)(hou)度(du)、外(wai)形尺(chi)寸等。絕緣和(he)護套(tao)的厚(hou)(hou)度(du)大小對于(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)能(neng)夠耐受多大強度(du)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓,以(yi)(yi)及其機械(xie)性能(neng)好(hao)壞都有很重(zhong)要的作用(yong),所以(yi)(yi)對于(yu)不(bu)同規(gui)格(ge)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan),標準(zhun)對厚(hou)(hou)度(du)都有嚴格(ge)規(gui)定,要求(qiu)不(bu)得(de)低于(yu)國家標準(zhun)的規(gui)定值。電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)絕緣厚(hou)(hou)度(du)太薄會(hui)嚴重(zhong)影響(xiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)的使(shi)用(yong)安(an)全(quan),會(hui)帶來電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)擊穿、導體(ti)裸露(lu)引起漏電(dian)(dian)(dian)等安(an)全(quan)隱患,當(dang)然也(ye)不(bu)是越厚(hou)(hou)越好(hao),應不(bu)影響(xiang)安(an)裝,故標準(zhun)又(you)設了一個(ge)外(wai)形尺(chi)寸要求(qiu)對此進行限(xian)制。

常見的認證標志

1.CCC認(ren)證強制性認(ren)證,是進入國(guo)內市場(chang)的通行證。

2.CB認(ren)(ren)證(zheng)(zheng)有(you)利于(yu)產品(pin)(pin)出(chu)口(kou)用(yong)于(yu)家(jia)庭、辦(ban)公室、車間和(he)類似場所的直(zhi)接涉及人身安(an)全(quan)的電工產品(pin)(pin),這(zhe)類產品(pin)(pin)在一部分(fen)國(guo)(guo)家(jia)中實(shi)行(xing)(xing)強制性認(ren)(ren)證(zheng)(zheng),即(ji)取得(de)該國(guo)(guo)的認(ren)(ren)證(zheng)(zheng)合(he)格(ge)證(zheng)(zheng)書后(hou),才(cai)允(yun)許出(chu)口(kou)到該國(guo)(guo),并在該國(guo)(guo)市(shi)場上銷售(shou)。即(ji)使在未實(shi)行(xing)(xing)強制性認(ren)(ren)證(zheng)(zheng)的國(guo)(guo)家(jia)中,消(xiao)費(fei)者(zhe)為了自(zi)身的安(an)全(quan),都愿(yuan)意(yi)購買經過(guo)認(ren)(ren)證(zheng)(zheng)而帶有(you)認(ren)(ren)證(zheng)(zheng)標志的產品(pin)(pin)。

3.CE認證

是產(chan)品進(jin)入歐(ou)盟及歐(ou)洲(zhou)貿易自由區國家市場的(de)通行(xing)證。獲得認證并(bing)貼(tie)有CE標志的(de)產(chan)品將降低在歐(ou)洲(zhou)市場上銷售(shou)的(de)風險:

1)被海關扣留和查處的風險;

2)被市場監(jian)督機(ji)構查(cha)處的風險;

3)同行出于(yu)競爭目(mu)的(de)的(de)指控(kong)風險。
