按電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)等級(ji)可(ke)(ke)分為(wei)中、低壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(35千(qian)(qian)伏(fu)及(ji)以(yi)下)、高(gao)壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(110千(qian)(qian)伏(fu)以(yi)上(shang))、超高(gao)壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(275~800千(qian)(qian)伏(fu))以(yi)及(ji)特高(gao)壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(1000千(qian)(qian)伏(fu)及(ji)以(yi)上(shang))。此外,還可(ke)(ke)按電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)制分為(wei)交流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)和直(zhi)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)。
按絕緣材(cai)料分
1、油浸紙(zhi)絕緣(yuan)(yuan)電(dian)力電(dian)纜(lan)以油浸紙(zhi)作絕緣(yuan)(yuan)的電(dian)力電(dian)纜(lan)。其應(ying)用歷(li)史最長。它(ta)安全可靠,使(shi)(shi)用壽命(ming)長,價格低廉。主要(yao)缺點是(shi)敷設受落差限制。自從開(kai)發出(chu)不滴(di)流浸紙(zhi)絕緣(yuan)(yuan)后(hou),解決(jue)了落差限制問題,使(shi)(shi)油浸紙(zhi)絕緣(yuan)(yuan)電(dian)纜(lan)得以繼續廣(guang)泛(fan)應(ying)用。
2、塑料絕緣電(dian)力(li)電(dian)纜(lan) 絕緣層為擠壓(ya)塑料的電(dian)力(li)電(dian)纜(lan)。常用(yong)的塑料有(you)聚氯(lv)乙烯(xi)、聚乙烯(xi)、交聯聚乙烯(xi)。塑料電(dian)纜(lan)結構簡單,制(zhi)(zhi)造加工方便,重量輕,敷設安(an)裝方便,不受敷設落差(cha)限制(zhi)(zhi)。因此廣泛應用(yong)作中低壓(ya)電(dian)纜(lan),并(bing)有(you)取(qu)代粘性浸漬油紙電(dian)纜(lan)的趨勢。其(qi)最大缺點是存(cun)在(zai)(zai)樹枝化擊穿(chuan)現象,這限制(zhi)(zhi)了它在(zai)(zai)更高電(dian)壓(ya)的使(shi)用(yong)。
3、橡皮絕(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)電力電纜 絕(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)層為橡膠加上各種(zhong)配合(he)劑,經過充分混煉后擠(ji)包(bao)在導(dao)電線芯上,經過加溫(wen)硫化而成。它柔軟,富有(you)彈性,適(shi)合(he)于移動(dong)頻繁、敷設彎曲半徑小的場合(he)。
常(chang)用作絕緣的膠(jiao)料有天然膠(jiao)-丁苯膠(jiao)混合物,乙丙膠(jiao)、丁基膠(jiao)等。
按電壓等(deng)級(ji)分(fen)
1、低壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)纜:適用于固(gu)定敷設在交流50Hz,額定電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)3kv及以(yi)下的(de)輸配電(dian)(dian)線路上作(zuo)輸送電(dian)(dian)能用。
2、中低壓電(dian)纜:(一般指35KV及以下):聚氯乙(yi)烯(xi)絕緣電(dian)纜,聚乙(yi)烯(xi)絕緣電(dian)纜,交聯聚乙(yi)烯(xi)絕緣電(dian)纜等。
3、高壓電纜:(一般(ban)為110KV及以上(shang)):聚乙(yi)烯(xi)(xi)電纜和交聯聚乙(yi)烯(xi)(xi)絕緣電纜等(deng)。
4、超高壓電纜:(275~800千伏)。
5、特高壓電纜:(1000千伏及以上)。
基(ji)本結構:電(dian)力電(dian)纜的(de)基(ji)本結構由線芯(導體)、絕緣層、屏蔽層和保(bao)護層四部分組成。
1.線芯是電(dian)力(li)電(dian)纜的導(dao)電(dian)部分,用來輸送電(dian)能,是電(dian)力(li)電(dian)纜的主(zhu)要部分。
2.絕(jue)緣(yuan)層是(shi)將線芯與大地以及(ji)不同相的(de)線芯間(jian)在電氣上彼此(ci)隔離,保證(zheng)電能輸(shu)送(song),是(shi)電力電纜結構中(zhong)不可缺少的(de)組成部(bu)分。
3.15KV及以上的電力電纜(lan)一般(ban)都有導體屏蔽(bi)層和絕緣屏蔽(bi)層。
4.保護層的作用是保護電(dian)力電(dian)纜(lan)免受(shou)外(wai)(wai)界雜質和水分的侵入,以及(ji)防止外(wai)(wai)力直接損壞電(dian)力電(dian)纜(lan)。
主(zhu)要優(you)點(dian):
1占地(di)少。一般埋設于土壤中(zhong)或(huo)敷設于室(shi)內,溝(gou)道(dao),隧道(dao)中(zhong),線間(jian)絕緣距(ju)離小,不(bu)用桿塔,占地(di)少,基本不(bu)占地(di)面(mian)上空間(jian)。
2可靠性(xing)高(gao)(gao)。受氣候條件和周圍環(huan)境影響小,傳輸性(xing)能穩定,可靠性(xing)高(gao)(gao)。
3具有向超高壓,大容量發展的更為(wei)有利(li)的條件,如低溫,超導電(dian)力電(dian)纜等。
4分布電容較大。
5維護工作量少。
6電擊可能性小。

電(dian)力電(dian)纜(lan)的型號
1.用漢語拼音(yin)第(di)一個字母的大寫表(biao)示絕緣種類(lei)、導體材料、內護層材料和(he)結構特點。如用Z代(dai)表(biao)紙(zhi);L代(dai)表(biao)鋁(lv);Q代(dai)表(biao)鉛(qian);F代(dai)表(biao)分相(xiang)(fen);ZR代(dai)表(biao)阻(zu)燃(zuran);NH代(dai)表(biao)耐火(huo)(naihuo)。
2.用數字(zi)表(biao)(biao)示外(wai)護層構成,有(you)二(er)位(wei)數字(zi)。無(wu)數字(zi)代表(biao)(biao)無(wu)鎧(kai)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)層,無(wu)外(wai)被(bei)層。第一位(wei)數字(zi)表(biao)(biao)示鎧(kai)裝(zhuang)(zhuang),第二(er)位(wei)數字(zi)表(biao)(biao)示外(wai)被(bei),如(ru)粗鋼絲鎧(kai)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)纖維外(wai)被(bei)表(biao)(biao)示為41。
3.電(dian)纜型(xing)號(hao)按電(dian)纜結構的排列一般依次(ci)序為:絕緣材料(liao);導(dao)體材料(liao);內(nei)護層(ceng);外(wai)護層(ceng)。
