絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)、成(cheng)品電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)及(ji)絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)線(xian)芯間電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan),均考查的(de)(de)是電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)層(ceng)和護套層(ceng)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)性(xing)能,絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)是檢(jian)測兩(liang)個導(dao)體之間絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)材料(liao)(liao)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu),它應足(zu)(zu)夠(gou)大以起(qi)到絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)保(bao)護作(zuo)用。成(cheng)品電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)及(ji)絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)線(xian)芯間電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)不光要求電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)有足(zu)(zu)夠(gou)的(de)(de)絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)能力,還(huan)要求絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)或護套材料(liao)(liao)均勻無雜質、厚度足(zu)(zu)夠(gou)均勻,表面不能有看不見的(de)(de)沙眼、針孔(kong)等,否則就會造成(cheng)耐壓(ya)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)時局部擊穿(chuan)。
2.機械性能檢測
主要(yao)(yao)是考查絕緣(yuan)和(he)護套(tao)塑(su)料(liao)(liao)材(cai)料(liao)(liao)的(de)(de)抗(kang)張強度(du)、斷裂伸(shen)長(chang)率,包(bao)括老(lao)化前(qian)后,還(huan)有對于成品軟電纜(lan)進行的(de)(de)曲撓(nao)試驗(yan)(yan)、彎曲試驗(yan)(yan)、荷重斷芯試驗(yan)(yan)、絕緣(yuan)線芯撕(si)裂試驗(yan)(yan)、靜態曲撓(nao)試驗(yan)(yan)等。老(lao)化前(qian)、后抗(kang)張強度(du)、老(lao)化前(qian)后斷裂伸(shen)長(chang)率是電纜(lan)絕緣(yuan)和(he)護套(tao)材(cai)料(liao)(liao)最重要(yao)(yao)最基本的(de)(de)指標,要(yao)(yao)求用作(zuo)電纜(lan)絕緣(yuan)和(he)護套(tao)的(de)(de)材(cai)料(liao)(liao),既(ji)要(yao)(yao)有足夠(gou)的(de)(de)拉(la)伸(shen)強度(du)不容易拉(la)斷,又要(yao)(yao)有一(yi)定(ding)的(de)(de)柔(rou)韌性(xing)。
老化是指在(zai)高溫條(tiao)件下,絕緣(yuan)和(he)護(hu)套(tao)材料保(bao)持(chi)其(qi)(qi)原有性能(neng)的能(neng)力,老化不(bu)應嚴重影(ying)響(xiang)(xiang)材料的抗(kang)張(zhang)強度和(he)伸長率,這些(xie)都(dou)將直接影(ying)響(xiang)(xiang)電纜(lan)的使用壽(shou)命(ming),若(ruo)抗(kang)張(zhang)強度和(he)斷(duan)裂(lie)伸長率不(bu)合格,進行(xing)電纜(lan)的施工安裝時(shi)就(jiu)極(ji)易(yi)(yi)出現護(hu)套(tao)或絕緣(yuan)體(ti)斷(duan)裂(lie),或在(zai)光、熱環境下使用的電纜(lan)其(qi)(qi)護(hu)套(tao)和(he)絕緣(yuan)容易(yi)(yi)變脆,斷(duan)裂(lie),致使帶電導體(ti)裸露(lu),發(fa)生觸電危險。
另(ling)外軟(ruan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)由于不是(shi)固定敷設,使用(yong)中存在(zai)反復(fu)拖拉、彎(wan)曲(qu)等情況,所以(yi)對(dui)于軟(ruan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)標準(zhun)又另(ling)外規定了在(zai)其成品電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)上加做(zuo)動態(tai)(tai)曲(qu)撓試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗、彎(wan)曲(qu)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗、荷重斷(duan)芯(xin)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗、絕緣(yuan)線芯(xin)撕裂(lie)(lie)試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗、靜態(tai)(tai)曲(qu)撓試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗等,以(yi)保證(zheng)這種線纜(lan)在(zai)實際(ji)使用(yong)中滿足(zu)要(yao)求。如動態(tai)(tai)曲(qu)撓試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗主要(yao)考核(he)軟(ruan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)在(zai)受到(dao)外界(jie)的(de)機械(xie)拉伸和彎(wan)曲(qu)等應(ying)力時(shi),軟(ruan)導體(ti)的(de)絞(jiao)合線絲是(shi)否(fou)斷(duan)裂(lie)(lie)而降低電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)傳輸性(xing)能(neng),或者刺(ci)破(po)絕緣(yuan)而降低絕緣(yuan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣性(xing)能(neng);絕緣(yuan)在(zai)受到(dao)應(ying)力作用(yong)是(shi)是(shi)否(fou)變形(xing)或開裂(lie)(lie)而影響(xiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣絕緣(yuan)性(xing)能(neng)的(de)一種試(shi)(shi)(shi)驗方法。
3.絕緣和護(hu)套材料性能試驗
包括(kuo)熱(re)(re)失重(zhong)、熱(re)(re)沖(chong)擊、高(gao)溫壓力、低(di)(di)溫彎曲、低(di)(di)溫拉伸、低(di)(di)溫沖(chong)擊、阻燃性(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)等等。這些都(dou)是(shi)考查(cha)絕緣(yuan)和護套的(de)(de)塑(su)料(liao)材(cai)料(liao)的(de)(de)性(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)好(hao)壞(huai),如熱(re)(re)失重(zhong)試(shi)驗是(shi)檢(jian)測經(jing)過7天80℃的(de)(de)高(gao)溫老化后(hou)材(cai)料(liao)降解(jie)、揮發的(de)(de)程度(du);熱(re)(re)沖(chong)擊檢(jian)測在150℃高(gao)溫1h后(hou)經(jing)特殊卷繞的(de)(de)絕緣(yuan)表(biao)面是(shi)否有開裂;高(gao)溫壓力檢(jian)測絕緣(yuan)材(cai)料(liao)在經(jing)過高(gao)溫再冷卻后(hou)其彈性(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)保(bao)持程度(du);所有的(de)(de)低(di)(di)溫試(shi)驗一(yi)般指(zhi)在-15℃條件下其機械性(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)的(de)(de)變(bian)化,都(dou)是(shi)檢(jian)測線纜(lan)材(cai)料(liao)在低(di)(di)溫環境(jing)下是(shi)否變(bian)脆、易(yi)開裂或易(yi)拉斷等。 另外電(dian)纜(lan)的(de)(de)阻燃性(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)勝能(neng)(neng)很重(zhong)要,考查(cha)該項性(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)的(de)(de)試(shi)驗為不(bu)延(yan)燃試(shi)驗,即(ji)對(dui)按標準安裝的(de)(de)成品電(dian)纜(lan)用專(zhuan)門(men)的(de)(de)火(huo)焰點燃一(yi)定的(de)(de)時間,待其火(huo)焰自行熄(xi)滅后(hou)檢(jian)查(cha)線纜(lan)被(bei)燒(shao)的(de)(de)情(qing)況,當(dang)然被(bei)燒(shao)掉的(de)(de)部分(fen)越(yue)(yue)少(shao)越(yue)(yue)好(hao),說明其燃燒(shao)性(xing)(xing)差,阻燃性(xing)(xing)好(hao),越(yue)(yue)安全。
4.標志檢查
標(biao)(biao)準要(yao)求(qiu)電(dian)纜(lan)包裝上應(ying)(ying)附有(you)(you)表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)示產品(pin)型號、規格、標(biao)(biao)準號、廠名(ming)和產地的(de)標(biao)(biao)簽或標(biao)(biao)志,規格包括額定(ding)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)、芯數和導體(ti)標(biao)(biao)稱截面(mian)(mian)等(deng);電(dian)纜(lan)表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)面(mian)(mian)應(ying)(ying)印有(you)(you)制造廠名(ming)、產品(pin)型號和額定(ding)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的(de)連續標(biao)(biao)志,標(biao)(biao)志間(jian)距要(yao)求(qiu)≤200mm(絕緣(yuan)表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)面(mian)(mian))或≤500mm (護套表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)面(mian)(mian)),標(biao)(biao)志內容應(ying)(ying)齊(qi)全、清晰、耐擦,這個(ge)要(yao)求(qiu)是(shi)方便使用(yong)者了解電(dian)纜(lan)的(de)型號規格及電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)等(deng)級,以防敷設錯(cuo)誤。
另外,電線(xian)(xian)絕(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)線(xian)(xian)芯應優先選(xuan)用(yong)標(biao)(biao)準推薦的(de)(de)顏色(se),特別要提的(de)(de)是黃(huang)/綠雙(shuang)色(se)線(xian)(xian)芯,這種線(xian)(xian)一般用(yong)在(zai)電器產品的(de)(de)電源(yuan)線(xian)(xian)中(zhong),這條特殊雙(shuang)色(se)線(xian)(xian)專用(yong)于(yu)(yu)接地,對于(yu)(yu)黃(huang)/綠搭配標(biao)(biao)準也有以下(xia)規定(ding):即(ji)對每一段長巧~的(de)(de)雙(shuang)色(se)絕(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)線(xian)(xian)芯,其(qi)中(zhong)一種顏色(se)應至少覆(fu)蓋(gai)絕(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)線(xian)(xian)芯表面的(de)(de)30%,且不大于(yu)(yu)70%,而(er)另一種顏色(se)則覆(fu)蓋(gai)絕(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)線(xian)(xian)芯的(de)(de)其(qi)余部分,即(ji)黃(huang)/綠雙(shuang)色(se)應基本均(jun)衡(heng)搭配。
5.結構尺寸檢測
包括絕緣和護(hu)套(tao)的(de)厚(hou)度(du)、最薄(bo)厚(hou)度(du)、外(wai)形尺(chi)(chi)寸等。絕緣和護(hu)套(tao)的(de)厚(hou)度(du)大小對(dui)于(yu)電(dian)(dian)纜能(neng)夠(gou)耐受多大強度(du)的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓,以(yi)及(ji)其機械性(xing)能(neng)好壞都有很重要(yao)的(de)作用,所以(yi)對(dui)于(yu)不同規(gui)格的(de)電(dian)(dian)纜,標準對(dui)厚(hou)度(du)都有嚴格規(gui)定,要(yao)求(qiu)不得(de)低于(yu)國家標準的(de)規(gui)定值(zhi)。電(dian)(dian)纜絕緣厚(hou)度(du)太薄(bo)會(hui)嚴重影響電(dian)(dian)纜的(de)使用安全,會(hui)帶來(lai)電(dian)(dian)纜擊穿、導體裸露引起漏電(dian)(dian)等安全隱患(huan),當然(ran)也不是越厚(hou)越好,應不影響安裝,故標準又(you)設了(le)一(yi)個外(wai)形尺(chi)(chi)寸要(yao)求(qiu)對(dui)此(ci)進行限制。
常見的認證標志
1.CCC認證(zheng)強制性認證(zheng),是進入國內市場的通行證(zheng)。
2.CB認(ren)證(zheng)有利于產(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)出口用(yong)于家庭、辦公(gong)室、車間和(he)類(lei)似場(chang)所的(de)直接涉及(ji)人身安全(quan)的(de)電工產(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin),這類(lei)產(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)在一(yi)部分(fen)國(guo)家中實行(xing)強(qiang)制(zhi)性認(ren)證(zheng),即取(qu)得該(gai)國(guo)的(de)認(ren)證(zheng)合格證(zheng)書后,才允許(xu)出口到該(gai)國(guo),并在該(gai)國(guo)市場(chang)上銷售。即使在未(wei)實行(xing)強(qiang)制(zhi)性認(ren)證(zheng)的(de)國(guo)家中,消費者(zhe)為了自身的(de)安全(quan),都愿意購買經過認(ren)證(zheng)而帶有認(ren)證(zheng)標志(zhi)的(de)產(chan)(chan)品(pin)(pin)。
3.CE認證
是(shi)產品進(jin)入(ru)歐盟及歐洲(zhou)貿易自由區國(guo)家市場的通行證。獲得認證并貼有CE標志的產品將降(jiang)低在歐洲(zhou)市場上銷售的風險:
1)被海關扣留和查處的風(feng)險;
