1.電性能檢測
主要有導體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)直流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)、絕(jue)緣電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)、成品電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)試驗(yan)及絕(jue)緣線(xian)芯間(jian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)試驗(yan),每項都(dou)很重(zhong)要,導體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)直接反映了電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)傳輸性能,直接影響電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)在(zai)通電(dian)(dian)(dian)運(yun)行中(zhong)的(de)(de)溫度、壽(shou)命(ming)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)降、以及運(yun)行安(an)全,它主要考查(cha)導體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)的(de)(de)材(cai)質和截面(mian)積,若(ruo)導體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)的(de)(de)材(cai)質不好或(huo)截面(mian)積嚴重(zhong)不足,就(jiu)會造(zao)成導體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)直流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)嚴重(zhong)超標,這種電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)鋪設(she)在(zai)線(xian)路(lu)中(zhong)就(jiu)會增加電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)在(zai)線(xian)路(lu)上通過時的(de)(de)損耗,引起電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)導體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)本身發(fa)熱,引起包覆(fu)導體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)的(de)(de)絕(jue)緣老化開裂,造(zao)成供電(dian)(dian)(dian)線(xian)路(lu)漏(lou)電(dian)(dian)(dian)、短路(lu),甚至造(zao)成火災(zai),危及人身、財(cai)產的(de)(de)安(an)全。標準(zhun)對不同規(gui)(gui)(gui)格電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)的(de)(de)導體(ti)(ti)(ti)(ti)直流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)(zu)值均(jun)有嚴格的(de)(de)規(gui)(gui)(gui)定,不得大于標準(zhun)規(gui)(gui)(gui)定的(de)(de)值。
絕(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)電(dian)阻(zu)、成(cheng)(cheng)品(pin)電(dian)壓(ya)試驗(yan)及絕(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)線芯間電(dian)壓(ya)試驗(yan),均考查的(de)是電(dian)纜(lan)絕(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)層(ceng)和(he)護(hu)套層(ceng)的(de)電(dian)氣絕(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)性能(neng),絕(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)電(dian)阻(zu)是檢測兩(liang)個導體之(zhi)間絕(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)材料(liao)的(de)電(dian)阻(zu),它(ta)應足(zu)(zu)夠(gou)大(da)以起到絕(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)保護(hu)作用(yong)。成(cheng)(cheng)品(pin)電(dian)壓(ya)試驗(yan)及絕(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)線芯間電(dian)壓(ya)試驗(yan)不(bu)光要(yao)求電(dian)纜(lan)有(you)足(zu)(zu)夠(gou)的(de)絕(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)能(neng)力,還(huan)要(yao)求絕(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)或護(hu)套材料(liao)均勻無雜(za)質、厚(hou)度足(zu)(zu)夠(gou)均勻,表面不(bu)能(neng)有(you)看不(bu)見的(de)沙(sha)眼、針孔等,否(fou)則就會造(zao)成(cheng)(cheng)耐壓(ya)試驗(yan)時局部擊穿。
2.機械性能檢測
主要(yao)(yao)是考查絕(jue)緣(yuan)和護套塑(su)料材料的(de)(de)抗張強(qiang)度、斷(duan)(duan)裂伸(shen)長(chang)率,包括老化(hua)前后,還有(you)對于成品(pin)軟電纜進(jin)行的(de)(de)曲(qu)撓試驗、彎曲(qu)試驗、荷(he)重斷(duan)(duan)芯(xin)試驗、絕(jue)緣(yuan)線芯(xin)撕裂試驗、靜(jing)態曲(qu)撓試驗等。老化(hua)前、后抗張強(qiang)度、老化(hua)前后斷(duan)(duan)裂伸(shen)長(chang)率是電纜絕(jue)緣(yuan)和護套材料最重要(yao)(yao)最基本的(de)(de)指標,要(yao)(yao)求用作(zuo)電纜絕(jue)緣(yuan)和護套的(de)(de)材料,既要(yao)(yao)有(you)足夠(gou)的(de)(de)拉(la)(la)伸(shen)強(qiang)度不容易拉(la)(la)斷(duan)(duan),又要(yao)(yao)有(you)一(yi)定(ding)的(de)(de)柔韌性。
老化是(shi)指在高(gao)溫(wen)條件(jian)下(xia),絕緣(yuan)和(he)護套(tao)材料保持其原有性能(neng)的能(neng)力,老化不(bu)應嚴(yan)重影(ying)響材料的抗張(zhang)強度(du)和(he)伸長率,這些都將直接影(ying)響電(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)的使(shi)(shi)用壽命(ming),若(ruo)抗張(zhang)強度(du)和(he)斷裂伸長率不(bu)合格,進行電(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)的施工安裝(zhuang)時就(jiu)極易出現護套(tao)或絕緣(yuan)體斷裂,或在光(guang)、熱環(huan)境下(xia)使(shi)(shi)用的電(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)其護套(tao)和(he)絕緣(yuan)容易變脆,斷裂,致使(shi)(shi)帶電(dian)導(dao)體裸露,發生觸(chu)電(dian)危險(xian)。
另(ling)外軟(ruan)(ruan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜由于(yu)不是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)固定敷(fu)設(she),使(shi)用(yong)中(zhong)存在反復(fu)拖拉、彎曲(qu)(qu)等(deng)情況,所以對于(yu)軟(ruan)(ruan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜標準又另(ling)外規定了在其(qi)成品電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜上加做動(dong)態曲(qu)(qu)撓試(shi)驗、彎曲(qu)(qu)試(shi)驗、荷重斷芯(xin)試(shi)驗、絕(jue)緣線芯(xin)撕裂(lie)試(shi)驗、靜態曲(qu)(qu)撓試(shi)驗等(deng),以保(bao)證這種(zhong)線纜在實際使(shi)用(yong)中(zhong)滿足要(yao)求。如動(dong)態曲(qu)(qu)撓試(shi)驗主要(yao)考核軟(ruan)(ruan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜在受到外界的(de)(de)機械拉伸和(he)彎曲(qu)(qu)等(deng)應力時,軟(ruan)(ruan)導體(ti)的(de)(de)絞合(he)線絲是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)否(fou)斷裂(lie)而(er)降(jiang)(jiang)低電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)傳輸性(xing)(xing)能,或者刺破絕(jue)緣而(er)降(jiang)(jiang)低絕(jue)緣電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣性(xing)(xing)能;絕(jue)緣在受到應力作用(yong)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)否(fou)變形或開(kai)裂(lie)而(er)影響電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣絕(jue)緣性(xing)(xing)能的(de)(de)一種(zhong)試(shi)驗方法。
3.絕緣和護套材料(liao)性能試(shi)驗(yan)
包括熱失重(zhong)、熱沖(chong)(chong)(chong)擊、高(gao)(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)壓(ya)力、低(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)彎(wan)曲、低(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)拉伸、低(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)沖(chong)(chong)(chong)擊、阻(zu)燃性(xing)能(neng)(neng)等(deng)(deng)等(deng)(deng)。這些(xie)都是(shi)考查(cha)絕緣(yuan)和護(hu)套的(de)塑料(liao)(liao)材(cai)料(liao)(liao)的(de)性(xing)能(neng)(neng)好壞,如熱失重(zhong)試驗(yan)是(shi)檢(jian)測(ce)經(jing)過7天(tian)80℃的(de)高(gao)(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)老化后材(cai)料(liao)(liao)降解、揮(hui)發(fa)的(de)程度(du);熱沖(chong)(chong)(chong)擊檢(jian)測(ce)在150℃高(gao)(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)1h后經(jing)特殊卷繞的(de)絕緣(yuan)表(biao)面是(shi)否(fou)有開裂;高(gao)(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)壓(ya)力檢(jian)測(ce)絕緣(yuan)材(cai)料(liao)(liao)在經(jing)過高(gao)(gao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)再冷卻后其(qi)彈性(xing)的(de)保(bao)持程度(du);所有的(de)低(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)試驗(yan)一般指在-15℃條件下其(qi)機(ji)械性(xing)能(neng)(neng)的(de)變化,都是(shi)檢(jian)測(ce)線纜(lan)材(cai)料(liao)(liao)在低(di)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)環(huan)境下是(shi)否(fou)變脆、易(yi)開裂或易(yi)拉斷等(deng)(deng)。 另外電纜(lan)的(de)阻(zu)燃性(xing)能(neng)(neng)勝能(neng)(neng)很重(zhong)要,考查(cha)該項性(xing)能(neng)(neng)的(de)試驗(yan)為不(bu)延(yan)燃試驗(yan),即對(dui)按(an)標準安裝的(de)成(cheng)品電纜(lan)用專門的(de)火焰點燃一定的(de)時間,待其(qi)火焰自行熄滅后檢(jian)查(cha)線纜(lan)被燒(shao)的(de)情況,當(dang)然(ran)被燒(shao)掉的(de)部分越(yue)少越(yue)好,說明(ming)其(qi)燃燒(shao)性(xing)差(cha),阻(zu)燃性(xing)好,越(yue)安全。
4.標志檢查
標(biao)(biao)(biao)準要(yao)求(qiu)電(dian)纜包裝上應(ying)附有表(biao)示(shi)產品型號(hao)、規格(ge)、標(biao)(biao)(biao)準號(hao)、廠名(ming)和(he)產地的標(biao)(biao)(biao)簽或(huo)(huo)標(biao)(biao)(biao)志,規格(ge)包括(kuo)額(e)定電(dian)壓、芯數和(he)導體標(biao)(biao)(biao)稱截面(mian)等;電(dian)纜表(biao)面(mian)應(ying)印(yin)有制造廠名(ming)、產品型號(hao)和(he)額(e)定電(dian)壓的連續標(biao)(biao)(biao)志,標(biao)(biao)(biao)志間(jian)距要(yao)求(qiu)≤200mm(絕緣表(biao)面(mian))或(huo)(huo)≤500mm (護套表(biao)面(mian)),標(biao)(biao)(biao)志內容應(ying)齊全(quan)、清晰、耐擦,這個要(yao)求(qiu)是方便使用(yong)者(zhe)了(le)解(jie)電(dian)纜的型號(hao)規格(ge)及電(dian)壓等級,以防敷(fu)設錯(cuo)誤。
另(ling)外,電(dian)線(xian)(xian)絕緣線(xian)(xian)芯(xin)應(ying)優先選用標準推薦的(de)顏色,特別要(yao)提的(de)是黃/綠(lv)(lv)雙(shuang)(shuang)色線(xian)(xian)芯(xin),這種線(xian)(xian)一般(ban)用在電(dian)器產品(pin)的(de)電(dian)源(yuan)線(xian)(xian)中(zhong)(zhong),這條特殊雙(shuang)(shuang)色線(xian)(xian)專用于接地,對于黃/綠(lv)(lv)搭(da)配標準也(ye)有以(yi)下規定:即對每一段(duan)長(chang)巧(qiao)~的(de)雙(shuang)(shuang)色絕緣線(xian)(xian)芯(xin),其中(zhong)(zhong)一種顏色應(ying)至少覆蓋(gai)絕緣線(xian)(xian)芯(xin)表面的(de)30%,且不(bu)大于70%,而另(ling)一種顏色則(ze)覆蓋(gai)絕緣線(xian)(xian)芯(xin)的(de)其余部分,即黃/綠(lv)(lv)雙(shuang)(shuang)色應(ying)基本均衡搭(da)配。
5.結構尺寸檢測
包括絕緣和(he)護(hu)(hu)套(tao)的(de)(de)厚度(du)、最薄厚度(du)、外形尺(chi)寸等。絕緣和(he)護(hu)(hu)套(tao)的(de)(de)厚度(du)大小(xiao)對(dui)于(yu)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)能夠耐受多大強度(du)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya),以及其機械性能好壞都有很重(zhong)要的(de)(de)作用,所(suo)以對(dui)于(yu)不同規(gui)格(ge)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan),標準(zhun)對(dui)厚度(du)都有嚴格(ge)規(gui)定,要求不得低于(yu)國家標準(zhun)的(de)(de)規(gui)定值。電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)絕緣厚度(du)太薄會嚴重(zhong)影響(xiang)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)的(de)(de)使用安全,會帶來電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)擊穿、導體裸露引起漏(lou)電(dian)(dian)等安全隱(yin)患(huan),當(dang)然也(ye)不是越(yue)厚越(yue)好,應不影響(xiang)安裝,故標準(zhun)又設(she)了一(yi)個外形尺(chi)寸要求對(dui)此進行限制。
常見的認證標志
1.CCC認(ren)證強制性認(ren)證,是(shi)進(jin)入國內市(shi)場的通(tong)行(xing)證。
2.CB認(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)證(zheng)有利于(yu)(yu)產(chan)品(pin)出口用于(yu)(yu)家(jia)庭、辦公(gong)室(shi)、車間和類似場(chang)所(suo)的直接涉及(ji)人身安(an)(an)全的電工產(chan)品(pin),這類產(chan)品(pin)在一部(bu)分國(guo)(guo)家(jia)中實(shi)行(xing)強(qiang)制(zhi)性(xing)認(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)證(zheng),即取(qu)得該(gai)(gai)(gai)國(guo)(guo)的認(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)證(zheng)合(he)格(ge)證(zheng)書(shu)后,才允(yun)許出口到該(gai)(gai)(gai)國(guo)(guo),并(bing)在該(gai)(gai)(gai)國(guo)(guo)市場(chang)上銷售(shou)。即使在未實(shi)行(xing)強(qiang)制(zhi)性(xing)認(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)證(zheng)的國(guo)(guo)家(jia)中,消費(fei)者(zhe)為了自身的安(an)(an)全,都愿意購買經過認(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)證(zheng)而帶有認(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)證(zheng)標志的產(chan)品(pin)。
3.CE認證
是產品進入歐(ou)盟及歐(ou)洲貿易自(zi)由(you)區國家市場(chang)的(de)通行證(zheng)。獲得(de)認證(zheng)并貼有CE標志的(de)產品將降(jiang)低在(zai)歐(ou)洲市場(chang)上銷(xiao)售的(de)風險:
1)被海關扣留和查處的風險;
2)被市(shi)場監督(du)機構查(cha)處的風險;
3)同行出于競爭目的的指控(kong)風險(xian)。
