按(an)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)等級可分為中(zhong)、低壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)力(li)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(35千(qian)伏(fu)(fu)及(ji)以(yi)下)、高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(110千(qian)伏(fu)(fu)以(yi)上)、超高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(275~800千(qian)伏(fu)(fu))以(yi)及(ji)特高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(1000千(qian)伏(fu)(fu)及(ji)以(yi)上)。此(ci)外,還可按(an)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)制(zhi)分為交流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)和直流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)。
按絕緣材料分
1、油浸(jin)(jin)紙(zhi)(zhi)絕緣(yuan)電(dian)力(li)電(dian)纜以(yi)油浸(jin)(jin)紙(zhi)(zhi)作絕緣(yuan)的電(dian)力(li)電(dian)纜。其應用(yong)歷史最(zui)長(chang)(chang)。它(ta)安全(quan)可靠,使(shi)用(yong)壽命長(chang)(chang),價格低廉。主要缺點是敷設受落(luo)(luo)差限制。自從開發出不(bu)滴流浸(jin)(jin)紙(zhi)(zhi)絕緣(yuan)后(hou),解決(jue)了落(luo)(luo)差限制問題,使(shi)油浸(jin)(jin)紙(zhi)(zhi)絕緣(yuan)電(dian)纜得(de)以(yi)繼續(xu)廣泛應用(yong)。
2、塑料(liao)絕緣(yuan)電(dian)力電(dian)纜(lan) 絕緣(yuan)層為擠壓(ya)(ya)塑料(liao)的(de)電(dian)力電(dian)纜(lan)。常用的(de)塑料(liao)有聚氯乙烯(xi)(xi)、聚乙烯(xi)(xi)、交聯聚乙烯(xi)(xi)。塑料(liao)電(dian)纜(lan)結構(gou)簡單,制(zhi)(zhi)造加工(gong)方(fang)便,重量輕,敷設安裝方(fang)便,不(bu)受敷設落差(cha)限制(zhi)(zhi)。因此(ci)廣泛(fan)應(ying)用作中低壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)纜(lan),并有取代粘(zhan)性浸漬(zi)油紙電(dian)纜(lan)的(de)趨勢。其最大缺點(dian)是存(cun)在樹枝(zhi)化(hua)擊穿(chuan)現象,這限制(zhi)(zhi)了它在更高(gao)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的(de)使用。
3、橡皮絕緣電力電纜 絕緣層為橡膠(jiao)加上各種配合劑,經過充分(fen)混煉后擠包在導電線芯上,經過加溫硫化而(er)成。它(ta)柔(rou)軟,富有彈性,適合于移動(dong)頻繁、敷設彎曲半徑(jing)小的場合。
常(chang)用作絕緣(yuan)的(de)膠(jiao)料有天然膠(jiao)-丁苯膠(jiao)混合物,乙(yi)丙膠(jiao)、丁基膠(jiao)等(deng)。
按電(dian)壓等級分
1、低(di)壓(ya)(ya)電纜:適用(yong)于(yu)固定(ding)敷設在(zai)交流(liu)50Hz,額定(ding)電壓(ya)(ya)3kv及以下(xia)的輸(shu)配電線(xian)路(lu)上作輸(shu)送電能(neng)用(yong)。
2、中低壓電(dian)纜(lan):(一(yi)般(ban)指35KV及以下):聚氯乙烯(xi)(xi)絕緣(yuan)電(dian)纜(lan),聚乙烯(xi)(xi)絕緣(yuan)電(dian)纜(lan),交聯聚乙烯(xi)(xi)絕緣(yuan)電(dian)纜(lan)等(deng)。
3、高壓電纜:(一般為110KV及(ji)以上(shang)):聚乙烯(xi)電纜和交聯聚乙烯(xi)絕緣電纜等。
4、超高壓電纜:(275~800千伏)。
5、特高壓電纜:(1000千伏及以(yi)上(shang))。
基本結構:電力電纜的(de)基本結構由線芯(導體)、絕緣層、屏蔽層和保護層四部分組(zu)成。
1.線芯是電(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)纜的導電(dian)(dian)部分(fen)(fen),用來輸送電(dian)(dian)能(neng),是電(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)纜的主要部分(fen)(fen)。
2.絕緣層(ceng)是將線芯與大地以及(ji)不同相(xiang)的(de)線芯間在電(dian)(dian)氣上彼此隔離,保證電(dian)(dian)能輸送,是電(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)纜結構中不可缺少的(de)組成部分。
3.15KV及以上(shang)的(de)電力電纜一般都有導(dao)體(ti)屏蔽層和絕緣屏蔽層。
4.保護層的作(zuo)用是保護電(dian)力電(dian)纜免受外界雜質(zhi)和(he)水分(fen)的侵入,以及(ji)防止外力直接損壞電(dian)力電(dian)纜。

1占地(di)少(shao)。一般埋(mai)設(she)于(yu)土壤中(zhong)或敷設(she)于(yu)室內,溝道,隧道中(zhong),線間絕(jue)緣距離小(xiao),不(bu)(bu)用桿塔,占地(di)少(shao),基(ji)本不(bu)(bu)占地(di)面(mian)上(shang)空間。
2可靠性(xing)高。受氣候條件和周圍環(huan)境影(ying)響小(xiao),傳輸性(xing)能穩定(ding),可靠性(xing)高。
3具有向超高(gao)壓,大容量發展的更(geng)為有利的條(tiao)件,如低溫,超導電(dian)力電(dian)纜(lan)等(deng)。

1.用漢語拼音第(di)一(yi)個字(zi)母的(de)大(da)寫表(biao)(biao)(biao)示絕緣(yuan)種類(lei)、導體材料、內護層材料和結構特點。如用Z代(dai)(dai)表(biao)(biao)(biao)紙(zhi);L代(dai)(dai)表(biao)(biao)(biao)鋁(lv)(lv);Q代(dai)(dai)表(biao)(biao)(biao)鉛(qian)(qian);F代(dai)(dai)表(biao)(biao)(biao)分相(xiang)(fen);ZR代(dai)(dai)表(biao)(biao)(biao)阻燃(zuran);NH代(dai)(dai)表(biao)(biao)(biao)耐(nai)火(huo)(naihuo)。
