1.電性能檢測
主要有(you)導體(ti)直(zhi)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)、絕(jue)(jue)緣電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)、成(cheng)品電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓試(shi)驗(yan)及(ji)絕(jue)(jue)緣線(xian)芯間電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓試(shi)驗(yan),每(mei)項都很重(zhong)(zhong)要,導體(ti)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)直(zhi)接反映了電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)傳輸(shu)性能,直(zhi)接影響(xiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜在(zai)通(tong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)運行中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)溫(wen)度、壽命、電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓降、以及(ji)運行安(an)全,它主要考查導體(ti)的(de)(de)材質和截面積,若(ruo)導體(ti)的(de)(de)材質不好(hao)或截面積嚴重(zhong)(zhong)不足(zu),就會(hui)造成(cheng)導體(ti)直(zhi)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)嚴重(zhong)(zhong)超標,這種電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜鋪設(she)在(zai)線(xian)路(lu)中(zhong)(zhong)就會(hui)增加電(dian)(dian)(dian)流在(zai)線(xian)路(lu)上通(tong)過時的(de)(de)損耗,引(yin)起電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜導體(ti)本身(shen)發(fa)熱,引(yin)起包覆導體(ti)的(de)(de)絕(jue)(jue)緣老化開裂,造成(cheng)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)線(xian)路(lu)漏電(dian)(dian)(dian)、短路(lu),甚(shen)至造成(cheng)火災(zai),危(wei)及(ji)人身(shen)、財(cai)產(chan)的(de)(de)安(an)全。標準對不同規格電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜的(de)(de)導體(ti)直(zhi)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)值均有(you)嚴格的(de)(de)規定,不得大于標準規定的(de)(de)值。
絕緣(yuan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)、成(cheng)品電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)及絕緣(yuan)線(xian)芯間(jian)(jian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan),均考查的是電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜絕緣(yuan)層和護(hu)套(tao)(tao)層的電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣絕緣(yuan)性能(neng),絕緣(yuan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu)是檢測兩個導體之間(jian)(jian)絕緣(yuan)材料的電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻(zu),它應足(zu)夠(gou)大以起到絕緣(yuan)保(bao)護(hu)作用。成(cheng)品電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)及絕緣(yuan)線(xian)芯間(jian)(jian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)不(bu)(bu)光(guang)要(yao)求電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜有足(zu)夠(gou)的絕緣(yuan)能(neng)力,還要(yao)求絕緣(yuan)或護(hu)套(tao)(tao)材料均勻無雜質、厚度足(zu)夠(gou)均勻,表面(mian)不(bu)(bu)能(neng)有看不(bu)(bu)見的沙眼、針孔等,否則(ze)就(jiu)會造成(cheng)耐壓(ya)試(shi)驗(yan)時局部擊穿。
2.機械性能檢測
主要(yao)是(shi)考查(cha)絕緣和護(hu)套(tao)(tao)(tao)塑(su)料材料的(de)(de)(de)抗(kang)張強度、斷(duan)(duan)裂伸長率,包(bao)括(kuo)老化(hua)前后,還有(you)對于成品軟電(dian)纜(lan)進行的(de)(de)(de)曲(qu)撓(nao)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)、彎曲(qu)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)、荷重斷(duan)(duan)芯試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)、絕緣線芯撕裂試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)、靜態曲(qu)撓(nao)試(shi)驗(yan)(yan)等。老化(hua)前、后抗(kang)張強度、老化(hua)前后斷(duan)(duan)裂伸長率是(shi)電(dian)纜(lan)絕緣和護(hu)套(tao)(tao)(tao)材料最(zui)(zui)重要(yao)最(zui)(zui)基本的(de)(de)(de)指標,要(yao)求用作電(dian)纜(lan)絕緣和護(hu)套(tao)(tao)(tao)的(de)(de)(de)材料,既要(yao)有(you)足夠的(de)(de)(de)拉伸強度不容易(yi)拉斷(duan)(duan),又要(yao)有(you)一定的(de)(de)(de)柔韌性。
老化是(shi)指在高溫條件(jian)下,絕(jue)緣和護套材料保持其原有性能(neng)(neng)的(de)能(neng)(neng)力,老化不(bu)應嚴重影響材料的(de)抗張強(qiang)度(du)和伸(shen)長(chang)率,這些(xie)都將直接影響電(dian)纜的(de)使用壽命(ming),若抗張強(qiang)度(du)和斷(duan)裂伸(shen)長(chang)率不(bu)合(he)格(ge),進行電(dian)纜的(de)施工安(an)裝時就極易出現護套或(huo)(huo)絕(jue)緣體(ti)(ti)斷(duan)裂,或(huo)(huo)在光、熱環境下使用的(de)電(dian)纜其護套和絕(jue)緣容(rong)易變脆,斷(duan)裂,致(zhi)使帶電(dian)導(dao)體(ti)(ti)裸露,發生(sheng)觸電(dian)危險(xian)。
另(ling)外軟(ruan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)由(you)于(yu)不是(shi)固定敷設(she),使用中存在(zai)反復拖拉、彎(wan)曲等情況,所(suo)以對于(yu)軟(ruan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)標準又(you)另(ling)外規定了在(zai)其成品電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)上加做(zuo)動態曲撓試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)、彎(wan)曲試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)、荷重斷芯試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)、絕(jue)緣(yuan)線芯撕裂(lie)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)、靜(jing)態曲撓試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)等,以保證這種線纜(lan)(lan)在(zai)實際使用中滿足要(yao)求。如動態曲撓試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)主(zhu)要(yao)考(kao)核軟(ruan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)在(zai)受到(dao)外界的機械拉伸和彎(wan)曲等應力(li)時,軟(ruan)導(dao)體的絞合線絲是(shi)否斷裂(lie)而(er)(er)降低電(dian)(dian)(dian)的傳輸性能(neng),或者刺破絕(jue)緣(yuan)而(er)(er)降低絕(jue)緣(yuan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣性能(neng);絕(jue)緣(yuan)在(zai)受到(dao)應力(li)作用是(shi)是(shi)否變形或開(kai)裂(lie)而(er)(er)影響電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣絕(jue)緣(yuan)性能(neng)的一種試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)(yan)方法。
3.絕緣和(he)護套材料性能試(shi)驗(yan)
包括(kuo)熱失重、熱沖擊(ji)、高(gao)(gao)(gao)溫(wen)(wen)壓力(li)、低(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)彎曲、低(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)拉(la)伸、低(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)沖擊(ji)、阻(zu)燃(ran)性(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)等(deng)等(deng)。這些都是(shi)(shi)考查絕緣(yuan)和護套的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)塑(su)料材料的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)性(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)好(hao)壞,如(ru)熱失重試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)是(shi)(shi)檢(jian)測(ce)經(jing)過7天(tian)80℃的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)高(gao)(gao)(gao)溫(wen)(wen)老化后(hou)材料降解、揮發(fa)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)程度;熱沖擊(ji)檢(jian)測(ce)在150℃高(gao)(gao)(gao)溫(wen)(wen)1h后(hou)經(jing)特殊卷繞的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)絕緣(yuan)表面是(shi)(shi)否有開(kai)裂;高(gao)(gao)(gao)溫(wen)(wen)壓力(li)檢(jian)測(ce)絕緣(yuan)材料在經(jing)過高(gao)(gao)(gao)溫(wen)(wen)再冷卻后(hou)其(qi)彈性(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)保持程度;所有的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)低(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)一般指在-15℃條件下(xia)(xia)其(qi)機械性(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)變化,都是(shi)(shi)檢(jian)測(ce)線纜材料在低(di)(di)(di)溫(wen)(wen)環境下(xia)(xia)是(shi)(shi)否變脆(cui)、易(yi)開(kai)裂或易(yi)拉(la)斷等(deng)。 另外電(dian)纜的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)阻(zu)燃(ran)性(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)勝能(neng)(neng)很重要,考查該項性(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan)為(wei)不延燃(ran)試(shi)(shi)驗(yan),即對按標準安裝的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)成(cheng)品電(dian)纜用專門的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)火焰點燃(ran)一定的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)時間,待其(qi)火焰自行(xing)熄滅后(hou)檢(jian)查線纜被燒(shao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)情況,當然被燒(shao)掉的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)部分越(yue)少越(yue)好(hao),說(shuo)明其(qi)燃(ran)燒(shao)性(xing)(xing)差,阻(zu)燃(ran)性(xing)(xing)好(hao),越(yue)安全。
4.標志檢查
標準要求(qiu)電(dian)纜包(bao)(bao)裝上(shang)應附有(you)表(biao)示產(chan)品型號(hao)、規格、標準號(hao)、廠名(ming)和(he)(he)產(chan)地的(de)標簽或(huo)標志(zhi)(zhi),規格包(bao)(bao)括額定(ding)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)、芯數和(he)(he)導體標稱(cheng)截面(mian)(mian)等;電(dian)纜表(biao)面(mian)(mian)應印有(you)制造廠名(ming)、產(chan)品型號(hao)和(he)(he)額定(ding)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)的(de)連續標志(zhi)(zhi),標志(zhi)(zhi)間距要求(qiu)≤200mm(絕緣表(biao)面(mian)(mian))或(huo)≤500mm (護(hu)套表(biao)面(mian)(mian)),標志(zhi)(zhi)內容應齊(qi)全、清晰、耐擦,這個要求(qiu)是方便使用者了解(jie)電(dian)纜的(de)型號(hao)規格及電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)等級,以防敷(fu)設錯誤。
另外,電(dian)線(xian)(xian)絕(jue)緣線(xian)(xian)芯(xin)應(ying)(ying)優先(xian)選(xuan)用標準推薦的(de)顏色(se),特(te)別要提的(de)是(shi)黃(huang)/綠(lv)雙色(se)線(xian)(xian)芯(xin),這種線(xian)(xian)一般用在電(dian)器產品的(de)電(dian)源線(xian)(xian)中(zhong),這條特(te)殊雙色(se)線(xian)(xian)專用于接地(di),對于黃(huang)/綠(lv)搭(da)(da)配標準也有以(yi)下規定:即(ji)(ji)對每一段長(chang)巧~的(de)雙色(se)絕(jue)緣線(xian)(xian)芯(xin),其(qi)中(zhong)一種顏色(se)應(ying)(ying)至少(shao)覆蓋絕(jue)緣線(xian)(xian)芯(xin)表面的(de)30%,且不大于70%,而另一種顏色(se)則覆蓋絕(jue)緣線(xian)(xian)芯(xin)的(de)其(qi)余(yu)部分(fen),即(ji)(ji)黃(huang)/綠(lv)雙色(se)應(ying)(ying)基本均(jun)衡搭(da)(da)配。
5.結構尺寸檢測
包(bao)括絕緣和護套的(de)厚(hou)度(du)(du)(du)、最薄厚(hou)度(du)(du)(du)、外形尺寸(cun)等。絕緣和護套的(de)厚(hou)度(du)(du)(du)大(da)小對(dui)(dui)于(yu)電(dian)纜(lan)能(neng)夠耐受多大(da)強度(du)(du)(du)的(de)電(dian)壓,以及其機械性(xing)能(neng)好壞都有很重要(yao)的(de)作用,所以對(dui)(dui)于(yu)不(bu)(bu)同規(gui)格(ge)的(de)電(dian)纜(lan),標準(zhun)(zhun)對(dui)(dui)厚(hou)度(du)(du)(du)都有嚴格(ge)規(gui)定(ding),要(yao)求(qiu)不(bu)(bu)得(de)低于(yu)國(guo)家標準(zhun)(zhun)的(de)規(gui)定(ding)值(zhi)。電(dian)纜(lan)絕緣厚(hou)度(du)(du)(du)太(tai)薄會嚴重影響(xiang)電(dian)纜(lan)的(de)使用安(an)(an)全,會帶(dai)來電(dian)纜(lan)擊穿、導體(ti)裸(luo)露引(yin)起漏電(dian)等安(an)(an)全隱患(huan),當(dang)然也不(bu)(bu)是(shi)越(yue)厚(hou)越(yue)好,應不(bu)(bu)影響(xiang)安(an)(an)裝(zhuang),故(gu)標準(zhun)(zhun)又(you)設了一個(ge)外形尺寸(cun)要(yao)求(qiu)對(dui)(dui)此進行(xing)限制(zhi)。
常見的認證標志
1.CCC認證(zheng)(zheng)強制性(xing)認證(zheng)(zheng),是進(jin)入國內市場的通行證(zheng)(zheng)。
2.CB認(ren)證(zheng)有利(li)于產品(pin)出(chu)口用于家(jia)庭、辦公室、車間和(he)類似場所的(de)直(zhi)接涉及(ji)人身(shen)安全的(de)電工產品(pin),這類產品(pin)在(zai)一(yi)部分國(guo)(guo)家(jia)中(zhong)實行強制性認(ren)證(zheng),即取得該國(guo)(guo)的(de)認(ren)證(zheng)合格(ge)證(zheng)書后,才允許出(chu)口到該國(guo)(guo),并在(zai)該國(guo)(guo)市場上銷售。即使在(zai)未實行強制性認(ren)證(zheng)的(de)國(guo)(guo)家(jia)中(zhong),消費者(zhe)為了自身(shen)的(de)安全,都(dou)愿意購(gou)買經(jing)過認(ren)證(zheng)而帶(dai)有認(ren)證(zheng)標志的(de)產品(pin)。
3.CE認證
是產品(pin)進入歐(ou)盟(meng)及歐(ou)洲貿易自由區國家(jia)市(shi)場的通行(xing)證。獲得認證并貼有CE標志的產品(pin)將降低在歐(ou)洲市(shi)場上銷售的風險:
1)被海關扣留(liu)和查處的風險;
2)被市(shi)場監(jian)督機構(gou)查處(chu)的(de)風(feng)險;
3)同行出(chu)于(yu)競(jing)爭目的的指控風險。
