日前(qian),國網天(tian)津(jin)(jin)(jin)市電(dian)(dian)力公(gong)司(si)提(ti)(ti)出的“以(yi)電(dian)(dian)供熱(re)”試(shi)點規劃,被寫(xie)入(ru)(ru)天(tian)津(jin)(jin)(jin)市政(zheng)府(fu)(fu)工(gong)作(zuo)報告,預示著天(tian)津(jin)(jin)(jin)市加熱(re)電(dian)(dian)纜的需求量(liang)將不(bu)斷提(ti)(ti)高。“推廣電(dian)(dian)能(neng)替(ti)代工(gong)程,啟動以(yi)電(dian)(dian)供熱(re)試(shi)點”被寫(xie)入(ru)(ru)天(tian)津(jin)(jin)(jin)市政(zheng)府(fu)(fu)工(gong)作(zuo)報告,這標志著天(tian)津(jin)(jin)(jin)電(dian)(dian)能(neng)替(ti)代工(gong)作(zuo)已進入(ru)(ru)政(zheng)府(fu)(fu)主導、系統推進的新階段。
當(dang)前電能(neng)(neng)替(ti)代技術成熟,經濟優(you)勢明顯,清潔環(huan)保已成為政(zheng)府和廣大(da)用戶的共(gong)識。一直以來,北方地區冬(dong)季供熱取暖(nuan)主要(yao)是采用燃煤(mei)鍋(guo)爐,造成嚴重(zhong)大(da)氣污(wu)染。如果采取電能(neng)(neng)替(ti)代,以電能(neng)(neng)或太陽能(neng)(neng)代替(ti)燃煤(mei)蒸汽供熱,不但供熱成本大(da)幅(fu)度降低,而(er)且(qie)不會造成環(huan)境(jing)污(wu)染。
在(zai)有(you)些(xie)專家看(kan)來,電(dian)(dian)能作為清潔能源的優勢凸顯,替(ti)代潛(qian)力巨大。4月(yue)2日,國家電(dian)(dian)網公(gong)司召開了2015年電(dian)(dian)能替(ti)代工作推進會,發布(bu)了《國家電(dian)(dian)網公(gong)司2015年全(quan)面(mian)深入推進電(dian)(dian)能替(ti)代行動計劃(hua)》,提出了確保全(quan)年完成650億千瓦時(shi)、力爭實現750億千瓦時(shi)替(ti)代電(dian)(dian)量(liang)。
據(ju)了解,今(jin)年國(guo)家(jia)電(dian)(dian)(dian)網公司(si)將著力(li)鞏(gong)固擴大電(dian)(dian)(dian)窯爐、電(dian)(dian)(dian)鍋爐、熱(re)泵(beng)等成熟項目的實施范圍,因(yin)地(di)制宜拓展新(xin)領域、推(tui)廣(guang)(guang)新(xin)技術(shu),除在(zai)港口(kou)地(di)區推(tui)廣(guang)(guang)岸電(dian)(dian)(dian)替代(通過電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜將船舶(bo)用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)與岸上(shang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)連接,在(zai)船舶(bo)靠岸期間采用(yong)陸地(di)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)供電(dian)(dian)(dian))外,還(huan)將對居民區、學校等用(yong)戶(hu)推(tui)廣(guang)(guang)碳晶、電(dian)(dian)(dian)熱(re)膜、發熱(re)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜等技術(shu),在(zai)企(qi)事業單位食堂推(tui)廣(guang)(guang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁灶、電(dian)(dian)(dian)蒸鍋,在(zai)油田推(tui)廣(guang)(guang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)動鉆機,在(zai)油氣(qi)輸送管線推(tui)廣(guang)(guang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)加壓(ya)等。
從消(xiao)費(fei)端(duan)來看,各地主要通過(guo)以(yi)電(dian)代(dai)煤(mei)、以(yi)電(dian)代(dai)油來促進節(jie)能(neng)減排。北(bei)京市(shi)城六區基本取(qu)消(xiao)燃煤(mei)鍋爐,農(nong)村地區新增(zeng)減煤(mei)換(huan)煤(mei)120萬噸。河北(bei)省提(ti)出(chu)大幅壓減煤(mei)炭用量,實(shi)施(shi)煤(mei)電(dian)節(jie)能(neng)減排升級(ji)改造行(xing)動計劃。在(zai)歐美發達國(guo)家,電(dian)采(cai)暖(nuan)普及率非(fei)常(chang)高,美國(guo)80%的城市(shi)實(shi)行(xing)電(dian)采(cai)暖(nuan),加(jia)拿大、德(de)國(guo)、法國(guo)等電(dian)采(cai)暖(nuan)比(bi)例均(jun)在(zai)50%以(yi)上。
有專家分析(xi)認為,國(guo)內大(da)力(li)開展電(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)替代,能(neng)(neng)有效緩解電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)產(chan)業產(chan)能(neng)(neng)過(guo)剩帶來的(de)巨大(da)壓(ya)力(li)。國(guo)內電(dian)(dian)線(xian)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)行業產(chan)能(neng)(neng)過(guo)剩以及(ji)設備過(guo)剩是(shi)不(bu)爭(zheng)的(de)事實(shi),產(chan)能(neng)(neng)過(guo)剩意味著(zhu)供大(da)于求(qiu),意味著(zhu)惡性競爭(zheng);而設備過(guo)剩又反映出開工率(lv)不(bu)足。事實(shi)上,僅次于汽車制造業的(de)第(di)二大(da)產(chan)業電(dian)(dian)線(xian)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)行業在(zai)贏(ying)得“全球第(di)一”之(zhi)后,卻(que)因(yin)蜂擁而上深陷“紅海”的(de)產(chan)能(neng)(neng)嚴重過(guo)剩之(zhi)中(zhong)。不(bu)足四成的(de)產(chan)能(neng)(neng)開工率(lv)還不(bu)到歐(ou)美(mei)同(tong)期一半,連續萎靡的(de)虧損包袱成為不(bu)少上市公司不(bu)能(neng)(neng)承受之(zhi)重,欲剝離(li)減負。
近來研發成功的(de)碳(tan)纖維加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan),將加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)系統(tong)的(de)應(ying)用(yong)推向(xiang)了技術創(chuang)新階段。推行(xing)“以電(dian)(dian)供(gong)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)”的(de)應(ying)用(yong),廣泛(fan)涉及(ji)千家萬戶(hu)。例如在住宅內部,可(ke)實現墻(qiang)壁、地(di)板、空間(jian)加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)。其中,僅墻(qiang)壁和(he)(he)地(di)板加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)系統(tong),就需(xu)要(yao)大量(liang)加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)。此外,根據(ju)外國經驗(yan),道(dao)路(lu)和(he)(he)機場融雪加熱(re)(re)(re)(re),也普遍首選(xuan)加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)系統(tong)。
電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)采暖(nuan)(nuan)相比(bi)燃煤采暖(nuan)(nuan)優勢比(bi)較明顯。當前,國內電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)供需(xu)矛盾將(jiang)日(ri)趨緩和,2006年中國電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)供需(xu)基本平衡(heng)。從(cong)2007年開始,一部分煤炭產地為降低煤炭運輸(shu)(shu)成本,大(da)力(li)(li)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)火力(li)(li)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),變煤炭運輸(shu)(shu)為電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)輸(shu)(shu)送,并且國家正在大(da)力(li)(li)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)風力(li)(li)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)、太(tai)陽能發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)、水力(li)(li)發(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)、核電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)等,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)已出現冬季過(guo)剩現象(xiang),這(zhe)就(jiu)為電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)采暖(nuan)(nuan)提供了(le)足夠空間。
據(ju)相關統(tong)計(ji)數字表明,我國地面輻射采(cai)(cai)(cai)暖(nuan)市場(chang)(chang)在2010年底(di)已(yi)達(da)千億元,其中技術(shu)成熟(shu)的低溫熱(re)水輻射采(cai)(cai)(cai)暖(nuan)和(he)散熱(re)片采(cai)(cai)(cai)暖(nuan)占(zhan)據(ju)70%以上的市場(chang)(chang)份(fen)額。電采(cai)(cai)(cai)暖(nuan)雖(sui)處于起步階段(duan),但也占(zhan)據(ju)了25%左(zuo)右的市場(chang)(chang)份(fen)額,并(bing)且保持持續上升的趨勢。
如今,全國各地針對電采(cai)暖(nuan)紛紛出臺優惠政策,這(zhe)從(cong)側面展現出了電采(cai)暖(nuan)的(de)(de)巨大潛力,也(ye)為(wei)碳纖維發熱電纜(lan)的(de)(de)發展提供了無限的(de)(de)可能(neng)(neng)性。就目前各個集中(zhong)供暖(nuan)區域推(tui)出的(de)(de)供暖(nuan)政策來看,煤炭供熱的(de)(de)時(shi)代正(zheng)(zheng)在成(cheng)為(wei)歷史(shi)。而新(xin)型的(de)(de)環保(bao)節能(neng)(neng)的(de)(de)采(cai)暖(nuan)方式正(zheng)(zheng)在占領市場,其(qi)中(zhong)電采(cai)暖(nuan)以(yi)其(qi)成(cheng)熟(shu)的(de)(de)行業體(ti)系和卓越的(de)(de)供暖(nuan)效(xiao)果正(zheng)(zheng)在不斷受(shou)到(dao)重視(shi)。這(zhe)為(wei)正(zheng)(zheng)處于產能(neng)(neng)過剩的(de)(de)電纜(lan)產業開辟(pi)了一個新(xin)的(de)(de)市場。
