按電壓(ya)等(deng)級可(ke)分(fen)為中、低(di)壓(ya)電力(li)電纜(lan)(lan)(35千伏及以(yi)下)、高壓(ya)電纜(lan)(lan)(110千伏以(yi)上(shang))、超高壓(ya)電纜(lan)(lan)(275~800千伏)以(yi)及特高壓(ya)電纜(lan)(lan)(1000千伏及以(yi)上(shang))。此外,還可(ke)按電流制分(fen)為交流電纜(lan)(lan)和直流電纜(lan)(lan)。
按絕緣材料分
1、油浸紙(zhi)絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)電(dian)力電(dian)纜(lan)以油浸紙(zhi)作(zuo)絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)的電(dian)力電(dian)纜(lan)。其應(ying)用歷(li)史最(zui)長(chang)。它安全可靠,使用壽命長(chang),價格低廉。主要缺(que)點是敷設受落差限(xian)制。自從開發出(chu)不滴流(liu)浸紙(zhi)絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)后(hou),解決(jue)了(le)落差限(xian)制問(wen)題,使油浸紙(zhi)絕(jue)(jue)(jue)緣(yuan)電(dian)纜(lan)得以繼續廣泛(fan)應(ying)用。
2、塑料(liao)(liao)絕緣(yuan)電(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)纜 絕緣(yuan)層為擠壓塑料(liao)(liao)的電(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)纜。常用的塑料(liao)(liao)有(you)聚氯乙烯(xi)、聚乙烯(xi)、交聯聚乙烯(xi)。塑料(liao)(liao)電(dian)(dian)纜結構簡單,制(zhi)造加工(gong)方便,重(zhong)量輕,敷設安裝方便,不受敷設落差限制(zhi)。因此廣泛應(ying)用作中低壓電(dian)(dian)纜,并有(you)取代粘性浸漬(zi)油紙電(dian)(dian)纜的趨勢。其最大缺(que)點是存在樹枝(zhi)化擊穿現(xian)象,這(zhe)限制(zhi)了它(ta)在更高電(dian)(dian)壓的使(shi)用。
3、橡皮絕緣(yuan)電(dian)力電(dian)纜 絕緣(yuan)層為橡膠加上各種配合(he)劑,經過(guo)充分(fen)混煉后擠包在導電(dian)線芯上,經過(guo)加溫硫(liu)化(hua)而成。它柔軟,富(fu)有彈性(xing),適(shi)合(he)于移(yi)動頻繁、敷(fu)設彎曲半徑小的場合(he)。
常用作絕緣的(de)膠(jiao)料有天然膠(jiao)-丁苯膠(jiao)混合物,乙丙(bing)膠(jiao)、丁基膠(jiao)等。
按電壓等級分
1、低壓(ya)電纜(lan):適用于(yu)固定敷設在(zai)交流50Hz,額(e)定電壓(ya)3kv及以下的輸配電線路(lu)上作(zuo)輸送電能用。
2、中低壓電纜(lan):(一般(ban)指35KV及以(yi)下):聚氯乙烯(xi)絕(jue)緣電纜(lan),聚乙烯(xi)絕(jue)緣電纜(lan),交(jiao)聯聚乙烯(xi)絕(jue)緣電纜(lan)等。
3、高壓電(dian)纜(lan):(一般為110KV及以(yi)上(shang)):聚乙烯(xi)(xi)電(dian)纜(lan)和交(jiao)聯聚乙烯(xi)(xi)絕緣電(dian)纜(lan)等。
4、超(chao)高壓電纜:(275~800千伏)。
5、特高壓電纜:(1000千伏及以上)。
基本結構:電(dian)力電(dian)纜的基本結構由線芯(導體)、絕緣(yuan)層(ceng)、屏蔽層(ceng)和(he)保(bao)護層(ceng)四(si)部分組成。
1.線芯是(shi)電力(li)電纜(lan)的導電部(bu)(bu)分,用(yong)來輸送電能,是(shi)電力(li)電纜(lan)的主要部(bu)(bu)分。
2.絕緣層是將(jiang)線(xian)芯與(yu)大(da)地以(yi)及不同相(xiang)的線(xian)芯間(jian)在(zai)電(dian)氣上彼此隔離,保證電(dian)能輸送,是電(dian)力(li)電(dian)纜(lan)結構(gou)中不可缺少(shao)的組成部(bu)分(fen)。
3.15KV及以上的電(dian)力電(dian)纜一般都有導體(ti)屏蔽層(ceng)和(he)絕緣屏蔽層(ceng)。
4.保護(hu)層(ceng)的作(zuo)用是保護(hu)電力(li)電纜免受外(wai)界(jie)雜質和水分(fen)的侵入(ru),以及防止(zhi)外(wai)力(li)直(zhi)接損(sun)壞電力(li)電纜。
主要優點(dian):
1占(zhan)地(di)少。一般埋設于土壤(rang)中(zhong)或敷(fu)設于室(shi)內,溝(gou)道(dao),隧道(dao)中(zhong),線間絕緣距離小,不(bu)用桿塔,占(zhan)地(di)少,基本不(bu)占(zhan)地(di)面上空間。
2可(ke)靠(kao)性高。受氣候條件和周圍環(huan)境影響小(xiao),傳(chuan)輸性能穩(wen)定,可(ke)靠(kao)性高。
3具有向超高壓(ya),大容量(liang)發(fa)展的(de)更(geng)為有利的(de)條件,如低(di)溫(wen),超導電力電纜等。
4分布電容較大。
5維護工作量少。
6電擊可能性小。

電力電纜的(de)型號
1.用漢語拼音第一個(ge)字母的大寫表(biao)示絕緣種類、導體材料、內護層材料和結(jie)構(gou)特點(dian)。如用Z代(dai)(dai)表(biao)紙(zhi);L代(dai)(dai)表(biao)鋁(lv);Q代(dai)(dai)表(biao)鉛(qian);F代(dai)(dai)表(biao)分相(fen);ZR代(dai)(dai)表(biao)阻燃(zuran);NH代(dai)(dai)表(biao)耐火(naihuo)。
2.用數(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)(zi)表(biao)(biao)示(shi)(shi)外(wai)護層(ceng)構成(cheng),有二(er)位數(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)(zi)。無(wu)(wu)數(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)(zi)代表(biao)(biao)無(wu)(wu)鎧裝層(ceng),無(wu)(wu)外(wai)被(bei)層(ceng)。第一位數(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)(zi)表(biao)(biao)示(shi)(shi)鎧裝,第二(er)位數(shu)(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)(zi)表(biao)(biao)示(shi)(shi)外(wai)被(bei),如粗鋼絲鎧裝纖維外(wai)被(bei)表(biao)(biao)示(shi)(shi)為41。
