按電壓(ya)等級可分為(wei)中、低壓(ya)電力電纜(lan)(lan)(35千(qian)伏(fu)及以(yi)(yi)下)、高(gao)壓(ya)電纜(lan)(lan)(110千(qian)伏(fu)以(yi)(yi)上)、超高(gao)壓(ya)電纜(lan)(lan)(275~800千(qian)伏(fu))以(yi)(yi)及特高(gao)壓(ya)電纜(lan)(lan)(1000千(qian)伏(fu)及以(yi)(yi)上)。此外,還(huan)可按電流制分為(wei)交流電纜(lan)(lan)和直流電纜(lan)(lan)。
按絕緣材料(liao)分
1、油(you)浸(jin)紙(zhi)絕緣(yuan)(yuan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜以油(you)浸(jin)紙(zhi)作絕緣(yuan)(yuan)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜。其應(ying)用(yong)歷史(shi)最長(chang)。它安全(quan)可(ke)靠,使(shi)用(yong)壽命長(chang),價格低(di)廉。主要缺點(dian)是敷設受落差限(xian)制。自(zi)從開發出不滴流浸(jin)紙(zhi)絕緣(yuan)(yuan)后,解決了落差限(xian)制問(wen)題,使(shi)油(you)浸(jin)紙(zhi)絕緣(yuan)(yuan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜得以繼續(xu)廣泛應(ying)用(yong)。
2、塑(su)(su)料(liao)(liao)(liao)絕(jue)緣電力電纜(lan) 絕(jue)緣層為(wei)擠壓(ya)塑(su)(su)料(liao)(liao)(liao)的(de)電力電纜(lan)。常用(yong)的(de)塑(su)(su)料(liao)(liao)(liao)有聚氯(lv)乙(yi)烯、聚乙(yi)烯、交(jiao)聯(lian)聚乙(yi)烯。塑(su)(su)料(liao)(liao)(liao)電纜(lan)結構簡單(dan),制(zhi)造加工(gong)方便,重量輕,敷(fu)設安裝(zhuang)方便,不(bu)受敷(fu)設落差限制(zhi)。因此廣泛應用(yong)作中低壓(ya)電纜(lan),并(bing)有取(qu)代粘性浸漬油紙電纜(lan)的(de)趨(qu)勢。其最大缺(que)點(dian)是存在樹枝(zhi)化擊穿現象(xiang),這限制(zhi)了它(ta)在更(geng)高電壓(ya)的(de)使(shi)用(yong)。
3、橡(xiang)皮絕(jue)緣電力電纜 絕(jue)緣層為(wei)橡(xiang)膠加上各種配(pei)合劑,經(jing)過充分混煉后擠包(bao)在導電線芯上,經(jing)過加溫硫化而(er)成。它柔軟,富有(you)彈(dan)性,適合于移動頻(pin)繁、敷(fu)設彎曲(qu)半徑(jing)小的場合。
常用作(zuo)絕緣的膠(jiao)料有天然膠(jiao)-丁(ding)苯膠(jiao)混合(he)物,乙丙膠(jiao)、丁(ding)基膠(jiao)等。
按電壓等級分
1、低壓電(dian)纜:適用于固定(ding)敷設在交流50Hz,額定(ding)電(dian)壓3kv及以下的輸配(pei)電(dian)線路(lu)上作輸送(song)電(dian)能(neng)用。
2、中低壓電纜:(一般指35KV及以下(xia)):聚氯乙烯絕(jue)緣電纜,聚乙烯絕(jue)緣電纜,交(jiao)聯聚乙烯絕(jue)緣電纜等。
3、高壓電(dian)纜:(一般(ban)為110KV及以上):聚乙烯電(dian)纜和(he)交聯聚乙烯絕緣電(dian)纜等。
4、超高壓(ya)電纜:(275~800千伏)。
5、特高壓電纜:(1000千伏及以上(shang))。
基本(ben)(ben)結(jie)構(gou):電(dian)力電(dian)纜的基本(ben)(ben)結(jie)構(gou)由線芯(導體)、絕緣層、屏蔽層和(he)保護層四部(bu)分組(zu)成。
1.線芯是電(dian)(dian)力(li)電(dian)(dian)纜的(de)導電(dian)(dian)部(bu)(bu)分(fen),用來輸(shu)送(song)電(dian)(dian)能,是電(dian)(dian)力(li)電(dian)(dian)纜的(de)主要部(bu)(bu)分(fen)。
2.絕緣層(ceng)是將線芯(xin)(xin)與大(da)地(di)以及(ji)不同相(xiang)的線芯(xin)(xin)間在電(dian)氣上彼此(ci)隔離,保證電(dian)能(neng)輸送,是電(dian)力電(dian)纜結構中不可(ke)缺少的組成(cheng)部分。
3.15KV及(ji)以上的(de)電(dian)力電(dian)纜一般都(dou)有導(dao)體屏蔽層和(he)絕緣屏蔽層。
4.保(bao)護層(ceng)的(de)作用是(shi)保(bao)護電(dian)力電(dian)纜(lan)免受外(wai)界(jie)雜質和(he)水分的(de)侵入,以及防止外(wai)力直接損壞電(dian)力電(dian)纜(lan)。
主要優點(dian):
1占(zhan)(zhan)地(di)少(shao)(shao)。一般埋設于土(tu)壤中或敷(fu)設于室內,溝道,隧道中,線間絕(jue)緣距離小,不用桿塔,占(zhan)(zhan)地(di)少(shao)(shao),基本不占(zhan)(zhan)地(di)面上(shang)空間。
2可靠性高。受(shou)氣(qi)候條件和周圍(wei)環境影響小(xiao),傳輸(shu)性能穩定(ding),可靠性高。
3具(ju)有(you)向超高壓,大容量發展的(de)更為(wei)有(you)利的(de)條(tiao)件,如低溫(wen),超導電力電纜等(deng)。

1.用漢語(yu)拼音第(di)一個字(zi)母的大寫表(biao)(biao)示絕(jue)緣種(zhong)類、導體材(cai)料(liao)、內護層材(cai)料(liao)和結構特(te)點。如用Z代(dai)表(biao)(biao)紙(zhi);L代(dai)表(biao)(biao)鋁(lv);Q代(dai)表(biao)(biao)鉛(qian);F代(dai)表(biao)(biao)分(fen)相(fen);ZR代(dai)表(biao)(biao)阻(zu)燃(zuran);NH代(dai)表(biao)(biao)耐火(naihuo)。
