分類:按電壓等級分
按電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓等級可(ke)分為中、低壓電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(35千(qian)伏(fu)及以下)、高(gao)壓電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(110千(qian)伏(fu)以上(shang))、超高(gao)壓電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(275~800千(qian)伏(fu))以及特(te)高(gao)壓電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(1000千(qian)伏(fu)及以上(shang))。此外,還(huan)可(ke)按電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流制分為交流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)和直流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)。
按絕緣材(cai)料分
1、油浸(jin)紙(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)絕緣(yuan)(yuan)電(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)纜以(yi)油浸(jin)紙(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)作絕緣(yuan)(yuan)的電(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)纜。其應(ying)用(yong)歷史最長(chang)(chang)。它安全可(ke)靠(kao),使(shi)用(yong)壽命長(chang)(chang),價格低廉。主要缺點是敷設受落差限(xian)制(zhi)。自從開(kai)發出不滴流浸(jin)紙(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)絕緣(yuan)(yuan)后,解決了落差限(xian)制(zhi)問題(ti),使(shi)油浸(jin)紙(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)絕緣(yuan)(yuan)電(dian)(dian)纜得以(yi)繼續廣泛(fan)應(ying)用(yong)。
2、塑(su)(su)料(liao)絕(jue)緣電(dian)(dian)力(li)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan) 絕(jue)緣層為擠壓塑(su)(su)料(liao)的電(dian)(dian)力(li)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)。常(chang)用(yong)的塑(su)(su)料(liao)有聚(ju)氯乙烯(xi)、聚(ju)乙烯(xi)、交聯聚(ju)乙烯(xi)。塑(su)(su)料(liao)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)結構(gou)簡單,制(zhi)造加(jia)工(gong)方(fang)便(bian),重量輕,敷(fu)設安裝方(fang)便(bian),不受敷(fu)設落差限制(zhi)。因此廣泛應用(yong)作中低(di)壓電(dian)(dian)纜(lan),并有取代粘(zhan)性浸漬油紙電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)的趨勢(shi)。其最大缺點是存在(zai)樹枝(zhi)化擊(ji)穿現象,這限制(zhi)了它在(zai)更高(gao)電(dian)(dian)壓的使用(yong)。
3、橡皮絕緣電力電纜(lan) 絕緣層(ceng)為(wei)橡膠加上各種(zhong)配合劑(ji),經過充分(fen)混(hun)煉后擠包在導(dao)電線芯上,經過加溫(wen)硫化而成(cheng)。它柔軟,富有彈(dan)性,適合于移(yi)動頻繁(fan)、敷(fu)設彎(wan)曲半徑小的場合。
常用作絕緣的膠料有天然膠-丁苯膠混(hun)合物,乙丙膠、丁基膠等(deng)。
按電壓等(deng)級分
1、低壓(ya)電(dian)纜:適用于固定(ding)敷(fu)設在交(jiao)流50Hz,額(e)定(ding)電(dian)壓(ya)3kv及以下的輸配電(dian)線路上作輸送(song)電(dian)能用。
2、中低壓(ya)電(dian)纜:(一般指35KV及以下):聚氯乙(yi)(yi)烯(xi)絕緣(yuan)電(dian)纜,聚乙(yi)(yi)烯(xi)絕緣(yuan)電(dian)纜,交(jiao)聯(lian)聚乙(yi)(yi)烯(xi)絕緣(yuan)電(dian)纜等。
3、高(gao)壓電纜(lan):(一般為110KV及以(yi)上):聚乙烯(xi)電纜(lan)和交聯聚乙烯(xi)絕緣電纜(lan)等(deng)。
4、超高壓電纜:(275~800千伏)。
5、特(te)高(gao)壓電纜(lan):(1000千伏及以(yi)上)。
基本結(jie)構:電力電纜的基本結(jie)構由(you)線芯(導體(ti))、絕緣層(ceng)、屏蔽層(ceng)和(he)保(bao)護層(ceng)四部分組成(cheng)。
1.線芯是電(dian)(dian)力(li)電(dian)(dian)纜的導電(dian)(dian)部分,用來輸送電(dian)(dian)能,是電(dian)(dian)力(li)電(dian)(dian)纜的主要(yao)部分。
2.絕(jue)緣層是將線(xian)芯(xin)與大地以及不(bu)同相(xiang)的線(xian)芯(xin)間在電(dian)(dian)氣上彼(bi)此隔離,保證(zheng)電(dian)(dian)能輸送,是電(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)纜結構中(zhong)不(bu)可缺少的組成(cheng)部分。
3.15KV及以上的電(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)纜一般都有導體屏(ping)蔽(bi)層(ceng)和(he)絕緣屏(ping)蔽(bi)層(ceng)。
4.保(bao)護(hu)(hu)層(ceng)的作(zuo)用是保(bao)護(hu)(hu)電(dian)力(li)電(dian)纜(lan)免受(shou)外界雜質和水分的侵入(ru),以及(ji)防止(zhi)外力(li)直接損壞(huai)電(dian)力(li)電(dian)纜(lan)。
主要優點:
1占(zhan)地少。一般埋設于土壤中或敷(fu)設于室內,溝道,隧道中,線間絕(jue)緣距(ju)離小,不(bu)用桿(gan)塔(ta),占(zhan)地少,基本不(bu)占(zhan)地面(mian)上空間。
2可靠性(xing)高。受氣(qi)候條件和周圍環境影響小,傳(chuan)輸性(xing)能穩定,可靠性(xing)高。
3具有向超高壓,大容量發展的更(geng)為有利的條(tiao)件,如低溫,超導電(dian)力(li)電(dian)纜(lan)等(deng)。
4分布電容較大。
5維護工作量少。
6電擊可能性小。

1.用漢語(yu)拼音(yin)第一個字母的(de)大寫表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)示絕緣(yuan)種(zhong)類、導體材料、內護層(ceng)材料和(he)結構特(te)點。如用Z代表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)紙(zhi);L代表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)鋁(lv)(lv);Q代表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)鉛(qian);F代表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)分相(fen);ZR代表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)阻燃(zuran);NH代表(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)耐火(huo)(naihuo)。
2.用數(shu)字表(biao)(biao)示外(wai)護層構成,有(you)二(er)位(wei)數(shu)字。無(wu)數(shu)字代表(biao)(biao)無(wu)鎧裝(zhuang)層,無(wu)外(wai)被層。第一位(wei)數(shu)字表(biao)(biao)示鎧裝(zhuang),第二(er)位(wei)數(shu)字表(biao)(biao)示外(wai)被,如粗鋼(gang)絲鎧裝(zhuang)纖維外(wai)被表(biao)(biao)示為41。
3.電(dian)纜型號(hao)按電(dian)纜結(jie)構的(de)排(pai)列一般依(yi)次序(xu)為:絕緣材(cai)料(liao);導體(ti)材(cai)料(liao);內護層;外護層。
4.電纜產品用型號(hao)、額(e)定電壓和規格(ge)表示。其方法是在(zai)型號(hao)后再加上說明(ming)額(e)定電壓、芯數(shu)和標稱截面積的(de)。
