按電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)等級可(ke)(ke)分(fen)為中、低壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(35千(qian)(qian)伏(fu)及(ji)(ji)以下)、高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(110千(qian)(qian)伏(fu)以上)、超高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(275~800千(qian)(qian)伏(fu))以及(ji)(ji)特高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(1000千(qian)(qian)伏(fu)及(ji)(ji)以上)。此外,還可(ke)(ke)按電(dian)(dian)(dian)流制分(fen)為交(jiao)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)和(he)直流電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)。

1、油(you)浸(jin)紙絕緣(yuan)(yuan)電(dian)力(li)電(dian)纜(lan)以油(you)浸(jin)紙作絕緣(yuan)(yuan)的電(dian)力(li)電(dian)纜(lan)。其應用歷史最長。它安全可靠,使用壽命長,價格低廉(lian)。主要缺點(dian)是敷設受(shou)落差限制。自(zi)從開發出不(bu)滴(di)流(liu)浸(jin)紙絕緣(yuan)(yuan)后,解(jie)決了落差限制問題,使油(you)浸(jin)紙絕緣(yuan)(yuan)電(dian)纜(lan)得(de)以繼(ji)續廣(guang)泛應用。
2、塑料絕緣電(dian)(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan) 絕緣層為(wei)擠壓(ya)塑料的電(dian)(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)。常用的塑料有聚(ju)氯(lv)乙烯、聚(ju)乙烯、交聯聚(ju)乙烯。塑料電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)結構(gou)簡單,制造加工方便(bian)(bian),重量輕(qing),敷(fu)設安(an)裝方便(bian)(bian),不受敷(fu)設落差(cha)限制。因(yin)此(ci)廣泛應用作中(zhong)低壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan),并有取代粘性浸漬油紙電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)的趨勢。其(qi)最(zui)大缺點是存(cun)在樹枝化擊穿現象,這限制了(le)它在更高電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)的使用。
3、橡(xiang)皮絕(jue)緣電(dian)力電(dian)纜 絕(jue)緣層為橡(xiang)膠加上各(ge)種配合劑,經(jing)過(guo)充分混(hun)煉后擠包在導電(dian)線芯上,經(jing)過(guo)加溫硫(liu)化而成。它柔軟,富有彈(dan)性,適合于(yu)移動頻繁、敷設彎曲半(ban)徑小的(de)場(chang)合。
常用作絕緣的膠(jiao)料有天然(ran)膠(jiao)-丁苯(ben)膠(jiao)混合物,乙丙膠(jiao)、丁基膠(jiao)等。
按電壓等級分
1、低壓電(dian)纜:適用于固定敷設在交流(liu)50Hz,額定電(dian)壓3kv及(ji)以(yi)下的輸配電(dian)線路上作輸送電(dian)能用。
2、中(zhong)低壓電纜(lan):(一般指35KV及以下):聚氯(lv)乙(yi)烯絕緣(yuan)(yuan)電纜(lan),聚乙(yi)烯絕緣(yuan)(yuan)電纜(lan),交聯聚乙(yi)烯絕緣(yuan)(yuan)電纜(lan)等。
3、高壓電(dian)纜(lan):(一(yi)般為110KV及以上(shang)):聚乙烯(xi)電(dian)纜(lan)和交聯聚乙烯(xi)絕緣(yuan)電(dian)纜(lan)等。
4、超高壓電纜:(275~800千伏)。
5、特(te)高壓電(dian)纜:(1000千(qian)伏及以上)。
基(ji)本(ben)結構:電力電纜的基(ji)本(ben)結構由線芯(導體)、絕緣層(ceng)、屏(ping)蔽層(ceng)和(he)保護層(ceng)四部分(fen)組成(cheng)。
1.線芯是電力(li)電纜的導電部(bu)分,用(yong)來輸送(song)電能(neng),是電力(li)電纜的主(zhu)要(yao)部(bu)分。
2.絕緣層是(shi)將線芯與大地以及不同(tong)相的線芯間在電氣上彼此隔(ge)離,保證電能輸送,是(shi)電力電纜(lan)結構中不可缺少的組成部分。
3.15KV及以上的(de)電(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)纜一般都有導體(ti)屏蔽(bi)層和絕緣屏蔽(bi)層。
4.保護層的作用是(shi)保護電力電纜(lan)免受外界(jie)雜質和(he)水分(fen)的侵入,以(yi)及(ji)防止(zhi)外力直接損壞電力電纜(lan)。
主要優點:
1占(zhan)地少。一般埋(mai)設(she)于(yu)土壤中(zhong)或(huo)敷設(she)于(yu)室內,溝(gou)道(dao),隧道(dao)中(zhong),線間絕緣距離小,不用(yong)桿塔(ta),占(zhan)地少,基本(ben)不占(zhan)地面上空間。
2可(ke)靠(kao)性(xing)高。受氣(qi)候條(tiao)件和周(zhou)圍(wei)環境影(ying)響小,傳(chuan)輸性(xing)能穩定,可(ke)靠(kao)性(xing)高。
3具有向超(chao)高壓,大(da)容量發展(zhan)的(de)更為(wei)有利的(de)條件(jian),如低溫,超(chao)導電力電纜等。
4分布電容較大。
5維護工作量少。
6電擊可能性小。

1.用漢(han)語拼音第一個(ge)字母的大(da)寫表(biao)(biao)(biao)示絕緣種類、導體(ti)材料(liao)(liao)、內(nei)護層材料(liao)(liao)和結構(gou)特點(dian)。如用Z代(dai)表(biao)(biao)(biao)紙(zhi);L代(dai)表(biao)(biao)(biao)鋁(lv);Q代(dai)表(biao)(biao)(biao)鉛(qian);F代(dai)表(biao)(biao)(biao)分相(fen);ZR代(dai)表(biao)(biao)(biao)阻燃(zuran);NH代(dai)表(biao)(biao)(biao)耐火(naihuo)。
2.用數(shu)字(zi)表(biao)示外護層構成(cheng),有二位數(shu)字(zi)。無(wu)數(shu)字(zi)代表(biao)無(wu)鎧(kai)裝層,無(wu)外被層。第(di)一位數(shu)字(zi)表(biao)示鎧(kai)裝,第(di)二位數(shu)字(zi)表(biao)示外被,如粗(cu)鋼絲(si)鎧(kai)裝纖維外被表(biao)示為41。
