按電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)等級可分為中(zhong)、低壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(35千伏及以(yi)下)、高(gao)壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(110千伏以(yi)上)、超高(gao)壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(275~800千伏)以(yi)及特高(gao)壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(1000千伏及以(yi)上)。此(ci)外(wai),還可按電(dian)(dian)(dian)流制分為交流電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)和直流電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)。

1、油浸紙(zhi)絕(jue)(jue)緣電(dian)(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜以油浸紙(zhi)作絕(jue)(jue)緣的電(dian)(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜。其應用歷史最長。它(ta)安全(quan)可靠,使(shi)(shi)用壽命長,價格低廉(lian)。主要缺點是敷設受落(luo)差(cha)限制。自從(cong)開(kai)發出(chu)不滴流浸紙(zhi)絕(jue)(jue)緣后,解決(jue)了落(luo)差(cha)限制問(wen)題,使(shi)(shi)油浸紙(zhi)絕(jue)(jue)緣電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜得以繼續廣(guang)泛應用。
2、塑(su)(su)料絕緣電(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan) 絕緣層為擠壓(ya)塑(su)(su)料的(de)電(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)。常用的(de)塑(su)(su)料有(you)聚氯乙烯、聚乙烯、交聯聚乙烯。塑(su)(su)料電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)結(jie)構簡(jian)單,制造加工方便(bian),重量輕(qing),敷(fu)設安裝方便(bian),不(bu)受敷(fu)設落差限制。因此廣泛應用作中低壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan),并有(you)取代粘性(xing)浸(jin)漬(zi)油紙電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)的(de)趨勢。其最大(da)缺(que)點是存(cun)在(zai)樹枝化擊(ji)穿(chuan)現象,這限制了(le)它在(zai)更高電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)的(de)使用。
3、橡(xiang)皮絕(jue)緣(yuan)電力電纜(lan) 絕(jue)緣(yuan)層(ceng)為橡(xiang)膠加上(shang)各種配(pei)合(he)劑,經過充分混煉后(hou)擠包(bao)在導電線芯上(shang),經過加溫(wen)硫化而成。它柔(rou)軟,富有彈性,適合(he)于移動頻繁(fan)、敷(fu)設彎(wan)曲半徑小的(de)場(chang)合(he)。
常(chang)用(yong)作(zuo)絕緣的(de)膠(jiao)(jiao)料有(you)天然膠(jiao)(jiao)-丁苯膠(jiao)(jiao)混合(he)物(wu),乙丙膠(jiao)(jiao)、丁基膠(jiao)(jiao)等。
按電(dian)壓等級(ji)分
1、低(di)壓電(dian)纜:適(shi)用(yong)于固定敷設在交流50Hz,額定電(dian)壓3kv及以(yi)下的輸(shu)(shu)配(pei)電(dian)線路上作(zuo)輸(shu)(shu)送(song)電(dian)能用(yong)。
2、中(zhong)低壓電(dian)纜:(一般指35KV及(ji)以下):聚(ju)(ju)氯乙烯絕緣(yuan)電(dian)纜,聚(ju)(ju)乙烯絕緣(yuan)電(dian)纜,交(jiao)聯聚(ju)(ju)乙烯絕緣(yuan)電(dian)纜等。
3、高壓電纜(lan):(一般為110KV及以上):聚乙烯(xi)電纜(lan)和交聯聚乙烯(xi)絕(jue)緣(yuan)電纜(lan)等。
4、超高壓電纜:(275~800千伏)。
5、特高壓電纜(lan):(1000千伏(fu)及以上)。
基(ji)本結(jie)構(gou):電(dian)力(li)電(dian)纜的基(ji)本結(jie)構(gou)由線(xian)芯(導體)、絕緣層(ceng)、屏(ping)蔽層(ceng)和(he)保(bao)護層(ceng)四部(bu)分組成。
1.線芯是電(dian)力電(dian)纜(lan)的導電(dian)部分(fen),用來輸(shu)送電(dian)能,是電(dian)力電(dian)纜(lan)的主要部分(fen)。
2.絕緣層是(shi)將線(xian)芯與(yu)大地(di)以(yi)及不同相的(de)(de)線(xian)芯間在電氣上彼此(ci)隔離,保證電能輸送,是(shi)電力電纜結構中(zhong)不可缺少的(de)(de)組成部分(fen)。
3.15KV及以(yi)上的電力電纜(lan)一(yi)般都(dou)有導體屏蔽層和絕緣屏蔽層。
4.保(bao)護(hu)層的作用是保(bao)護(hu)電(dian)力(li)電(dian)纜免受外界雜質和水分的侵入(ru),以及防止外力(li)直接(jie)損(sun)壞電(dian)力(li)電(dian)纜。
主(zhu)要優點:
1占(zhan)地(di)少。一般埋設(she)于(yu)土壤中或敷設(she)于(yu)室(shi)內,溝(gou)道(dao)(dao),隧道(dao)(dao)中,線(xian)間(jian)絕緣(yuan)距離小,不用桿塔,占(zhan)地(di)少,基本不占(zhan)地(di)面(mian)上空(kong)間(jian)。
2可靠(kao)性高(gao)。受氣候條(tiao)件和周圍(wei)環(huan)境影響小,傳輸性能穩(wen)定,可靠(kao)性高(gao)。
3具有向超高壓(ya),大容量發(fa)展的更為有利的條件,如低溫,超導電力電纜等。
4分布電容較大。
5維護工作量少。
6電擊可能性小。

2.用數字(zi)表(biao)示(shi)(shi)外護層構成,有二位數字(zi)。無數字(zi)代表(biao)無鎧(kai)裝層,無外被(bei)層。第一位數字(zi)表(biao)示(shi)(shi)鎧(kai)裝,第二位數字(zi)表(biao)示(shi)(shi)外被(bei),如(ru)粗鋼(gang)絲(si)鎧(kai)裝纖維外被(bei)表(biao)示(shi)(shi)為41。
3.電纜(lan)型號按電纜(lan)結構的排列一般依次序(xu)為:絕緣材料;導體材料;內護(hu)層;外(wai)護(hu)層。
4.電(dian)纜產(chan)品(pin)用型號(hao)、額(e)(e)定(ding)電(dian)壓和規格(ge)表示。其方法是在型號(hao)后再加(jia)上說明額(e)(e)定(ding)電(dian)壓、芯(xin)數和標稱截面(mian)積的。
